Circo Lounge in Bournemouth

I enjoyed my visit at the Circo Lounge. I had tapas, squids, prawns, and potato brava. The food was delicious. The squids were cooked perfectly. The prawns were delicious. The potatoes brava were ok. We used the QR code on the table to order our meal. All in all, I enjoyed it and will definitely return.

Great for cake, breakfast, cocktails whatever you fancy. Good all round

Better then I thought it was. Nice place inside. Food is decent too. Chicken fried was beautiful really tender and flavoured. Fries was good with it and the bbq sauce was nice and flavour too. What I like about it you know its fresh when u taste it. Might come back again and try something else never know might order it again.

I didn't eat on this visit, but had a Brixton ale. Not my favourite ale, nevertheless there's plenty of other beers available. Ambient atmosphere, smart decor and pleasant service from Sadie and her colleague. Will return and try the tapas.

A great venue to drink coffee or beer, to have breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.

What a great spot. Atmosphere is always lovely and staff is fantastic. Food is delicious and pints fresh. One of my favourite spots to hang out in the area.

Saturday evening meal and drinks with friends, we all enjoyed our food, desserts and cocktails. Staff friendly and very helpful and attentive. Would definitely consider going back with friends and may try the Monday night quiz!

First time at this lounge. Seated ourselves and ordered from the table. Service was very quick. Lots of space and the restaurant didn't feel crowded even though it was busy. We ordered a tapas board and a chilli. Both were really good and would order them again. The app was really easy to use and had a QR code to scan from the table. You could order at the bar if you preferred. Staff were very friendly and chatty. Would recommend.

Shocking. Stood at door for ages- not acknowledged so went to a table to be told to go back to the door and wait (lots of free tables) nah, your ok- I’ll take my service elsewhere. Shambles. Train your staff in some manners and customer service.

Second time I have visited Circo and there won’t be a third. First time, they weren’t serving breakfast. This time ignored for ages and when we finally approached someone to ask if we were able to sit down, we were told there were no tables available despite us being able to see at least 3 tables free…. Unfriendly and definitely the worst of any of the Lounges I have visited. If you want a friendly service, go to Ludo…. Always been welcomed there with super friendly and helpful staff!

We were sat down straight away on arrival, our order taken after looking at the menu, and the food arrived with an average wait time that you would expect. Food came out hot. Only thing that I would like to comment on, is the glasses for water could be a little cleaner and the sauce bottles could have lids to them whilst making sure there aren’t loads of empty bottles around. Other than that, the service was very efficient and worth what we paid for our meal.

Upper end pricing but you definitely get what you pay for. Will return. Quiz night is for older crowd though, we got demolished.

If I could give this lounge more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. The atmosphere is wonderful, with quirky decorations and lovely staff. The food is absolutely delicious and beautiful presented. An amazing option for the prices as there is something for everyone, even children and vegans, which I find challenging to find sometimes with 2 picky children and a vegan in the family. The facilities are clean and the food is amazing. Quick service and just to rephrase, brilliant food. Great drinks selection and all brilliant. Definitely worth a visit and will be returning soon!

Regularly at Circo lounge in Westbourne and on the whole it offers a good selection toon of food at reasonable prices and sometimes doesn’t have the odd item on the menu which understandable. This time the order was wrong, it was rectified without an apology and then we were ignored and the table left I cleaned which the member of staff had a drink at the bar and chatted to colleagues. People make mistakes but a simply sorry resolves things and then making an effort (cleaning the table) goes a distance to help.

I recently visited Circo Lounge in Poole, and it was an absolute delight! Despite the bustling atmosphere, we only had a brief 5-minute wait before being warmly greeted by a friendly waitress who promptly escorted us to our table. Ordering was a breeze with the convenient QR code system, allowing for easy browsing of the menu and seamless online payment. The food was simply delightful, accompanied by a great cup of coffee. The overall service was fantastic, and our waitress ensured our experience was nothing short of enjoyable. I highly recommend Circo Lounge for its welcoming ambiance, efficient service, and delicious offerings. A definite must-visit!

Return visit which I had recommended. Food great but found the app ordering time consuming (not for the older people I guess) having said that the staff were great.

Popped in here after a rather disappointing meal at Renoufs last night. We were delighted by the warm and friendly welcome we had from the 2 delightful chatty barmaids. (Unlike our earlier experience at Renoufs) I absolutely love the way the building has been designed and decorated with beautiful pictures, mirrors and quirky art deco pieces. Will certainly return.

Didn't have any food, but the people I was with said it was good. My only gripe was it was a little darker than I would've liked, but good experience none the less.

Went in for breakfast which is well priced, well cooked and all round great. We got there for 9.30am on a Sunday, plenty of seating but soon for busy. Lovely building with plenty of quirky pictures and such like to brighten up the inside.

Cosy place but has drinks have got very expensive recently. Most of the staff are brilliant, but there’s 1 or 2 who are bit moody. Gutted you don’t have Hazy Jane anymore but the Brixton is ok. Good if you want to have a relatively cheap, but tasty meal without having to wait on waiters / waitresses. Also a nice place to have a quietish drink with a relaxing ambience, especially if you get the seats by the front window. The garden is good too!

Good traditional breakfast and the cider was good too. Surprised they got Helles beer! They were out of soap in the men's restroom, so I told the waiter. Within minutes he cared for it and refilled the soap. Excellent service!

1st time here whilst visiting my sister Monday was quiz night and very busy but we were still made to feel welcome. Got a table by the window, menu for most tastes and there were some good daily offers on which we took advantage offers.

Had my birthday dinner here with some loved ones, staff were friendly and provided amazing service! I brought my dog with me and the staff were lovely with her, such a wonderful dog friendly space. I got a steak which was delicious and I enjoyed a lovely dinner here, thanks!

You know what you're going to get whenever you walk in to any of the 'Lounge' chain ... slightly pricey but really tasty range of food options from breakfast through to supper and a good range of drinks. Comfortable, nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. Tapas Tuesday is always a nice treat! Amazing new menu!

Small venue, but very nice. You can find the outside terrace. Toilets are located downstairs. Another very welcoming Lounge. One few in the area.

Great service and atmosphere. Food could be alot better. Steak was cold when asked for medium cooked. Sent it back. It was slightly warm. Not a massive difference. Loved the halloumi fries though and drink.

Good food great mix of customers. From a coffee to a full meal. Plenty of seating from big sofas to small wooden chairs. Can be a bit noisy depending on the time of day. Interesting decoration lots of unique pictures and lighting. Can be a bit dark in places. Might find the menu small and hard to read. Use the app to order and all drinks and food is brought to your table. Lots of choices vegan and vegetarian choices on the menu

We didn't eat here, just a couple of pints each. Staff are always friendly and helpful. It's spacious and has a good smoking area out the back.

I arrived first to find a table, the Lounge was quiet so I sat in quiet until my colleagues arrived. We had coffee and cake and felt unheard and the service was speedy and kind

Food normally ok, but I ordered the prawn and chicken nasi goreng. I could only find TWO teeny tiny baby SHRIMP... the kind you find in a prawn sandwich. Definitely NOT prawns and nowhere near enough. It cost about £12 too!!

This place is amazing, atmosphere is the best, it is an amazingly busy place, but the staff go out of their way to make sure, everything is okay.

Like all the lounges in the chain this one does good food at reasonable prices with good service or order via the app.

I'm sorry for the 3 stars but pancakes from the kids menu are terrible! They are like rubber. They are not freshly made. You heat them up and add lots of sauce. Bad idea.

Stayed in Bournemouth for a week's break and found Circo a great popular place for breakfast with friendly staff. There was a good range of food, including vegetarian options.

A really nice place I’m Westbourne, with lovely staff. Chloe was our server and she was amazing and very helpful, she gave us a full refund on everything and was very apologetic about the terrible breakfast that the chef cooked. The 2 stars go to her

Was recommended this place and the reviews were pretty universally positive. Went in for breakfast and was underwhelmed. Had the veggie eggs benedict, coffee and fresh orange. Service was friendly and swift, but coffee was way too hot (flavour spoilt), and the eggs benedict had mushrooms from a tin(?). Difficult to believe, especially at that price. Disappointed, really; shame.

Every time we are in town we come here for food. Beautiful place with great food and friendly staff with a fabulous atmosphere. Its still as great as the first time we came x....What a great place. Great funky vibe. Staff are warm and welcoming. Food and drinks were delicious. Reallt enjoyed our visit thank you guys what fab little gem in Westbourne xx

A nice relaxed lunch, good atmosphere on entering, seated ourselves and found a table easily. You can order through the QR code or if you have allergies or intolerances you go to the bar and order there. A very enjoyable lunch, staff really friendly and the food went down very well, will definitely return.

Have always found the staff here to be exceptional. They are extremely friendly and customer focused. They are what sets the lounge apart and makes it such a great place to visit. Great food, wonder setting and brilliant people. They have got it 100% right. Thanks you for such memorable experiences.

Not 5 stars but close. We had a great time and isn't that the point! However, the food could have been better. My GF burger bun was rock hard. Probably should have sent it back. But the rest of the meal was great. We would definitely recommend the Circo Lounge and will go back so should be 5 stars. It's just the food really. Atmosphere is busy. Not lively but busy with a light buzz. Nice. Give this place a try. They have a Gluten Free menu too. What's not to like.

Circo lounge is so cute and quaint with a 'secret' back garden. Staff are really friendly and trendy and have a really laid back vibe going which is always nice...always welcoming. Food is such good value for money and tasty 😋

We popped into Circo Lounge for a quick bite to eat. It was all very tasty, but portions on the halluomi burger aren't generous, so we were done very quickly. Luckily it was late, so it didn't matter for us but for a main meal, you could be left wanting more.

Circo lounge almost has the formula right, good food, reasonable drinks, good music and average service. Conversely with the recent increase price they maybe losing the edge and would benifit from increasing the service standards.

Great food for a good value. Sadly my favourite salad was removed from menu.

Overall a lovely café, the food is good, the coffee is ok but let's them down. Service is through a QR code scanning system which is not uncommon, however removes the ability to get a server's attention at times. Ordered an orange juice which took longer than most anything, almost longer than the food took to arrive, and it carried a rather large price tag unfortunately. The staff seemed nice enough though seemingly always busy/sidetracked, the place is bustling, a large cafe with high ceilings and interesting art works plastered on the walls. I will be back and will definitely recommend to friends.

This is a lovely place to get some drinks/food and chill with friends. They have a selection of brunch dishes, burgers, tapas, mains, etc. The atmosphere is very nice and it's kinda vintage. I loved the decoration and they have some sofas where you can relax. We ordered: A glass of wine + Lounge bacon cheeseburger = £15.90 Hummus + Fresh orange juice = around 9£ Raspberry lemonade. Around £7

I had the full English breakfast which was nice.

My favourite 'Hangout' in Bournemouth. Very relaxed atmosphere, great food, great staff, great service, all at very reasonable prices. Good selection of beers too. I visit often

Another Lounge, another great meal. Tidy and clean place. Busy but not overcrowded. Very friendly staff. All day breakfast again, and was as good as I have come to expect from a Lounge. Much bigger than it looks from the outside. Recommended

Really friendly place to meet friends and accommodating for young children. Food is lovely and cafe is nice and big.

The waitress with dyed red hair in her 40's is extremely rude. No please or thank you's. Very angry expression on her face and clearly does not want to be there. Not really what you want when buying drinks and food.
