Cinnamon Indian Takeway in Reigate and Banstead

Starters very nice, but mains including chicken masala and jalfreizi contain serious amounts of garlic that overwhelm the dishes. Never had garlic in these dishes from any other restaurant. Shaslicks and chips over greasy. Wish the prices were cheaper and they just charged for delivery. Adding serious amounts of money onto the online prices just doesn't seem right as I am not talking just a few pence.

Ordered meal via Deliveroo. We both had the set meal for one. The chicken tikka was ok but dry; the lamb bhuna was tasteless and had more onion than anything else; and we didn’t get the poppadums that should have been included. Most of it went in the bin, complete waste of money.

Never had such a terrible Indian Takeway. Korma was the oddest colour and taste. Just like eating tasteless slop. Won’t be going back, despite having been a customer for years. Think they’re trying too many dishes.

This was the best curry takeaway we have had for along while full of flavours just Beautiful Thankyou very much will order agin and Definitely will recommend you to others

The side dishes were OK but the curries were terrible - ordered chicken madras and got a few bits of chicken in a runny strangely sour tasting liquid. I'd have had a better meal with a supermarket jar of ready sauce!

Ordered chicken curry's and all you could taste was salt. The Nan bread was a doughy mess that wasnt cooked properly, on the plus side the Rice was ok.

Nothing fresh about the food... Dry rice with no smell ... the chicken was dry and overcooked or even reheated!!! The chicken Ceylon was sour tasting like a vindaloo that had a handful of coconut thrown in but without the chilli being cooked out. Avoid unless you want deli belly

My takeaway arrived with some items missing. When I phoned cinnamon up to make them aware of this the man I spoke to was very hostile and did not apologise or offer to re-deliver the missing items. Instead he took my details and hung up on me. So I was left wondering if I will ever receive the missing items or a refund. NEVER AGAIN.

Have use this takeaway and their app several times and always been happy, not today. The notification said that it would arrive at 18.33, it was almost an hour late, despite 2 calls, and being told it was on it's way. One of the dishes was wrong, and another was inedible. Won't be using it again

We have been using this takeaway for a number of years on a regular basis. Tonight the quality of the deivered food was very poor. Not sure if there wa a new chef but the food was unacceptable. Onion bhaji's very poor stodgy inedible Lamb Shashlick - Lamb dry hard (precooked) tasteless - inedible. Sag Chana - tasteless Sag paneer - edible Chicken Jalfrezi - edible Coconut rice - nice Offered a free meal but standard will need to improve massively if it is to avoid the bin as tonights take away did. I would score 0 if it was possible. Ruchitas in Earlswood is a safe alternative eat in or takeaway unless things change significantly with Cinnamon Redhill.

I've used Cinnamon a number of times in the past, and always found their food to be very good quality. The problem on this occasion was that we arrived to order our takeaway very late on a Saturday evening - 10.45 pm when they close at 11. The man taking our order seemed rather tired and lacking attention, so he passed us on to another and more alert member of staff. He took our order, 3 mains, around 5 vegetable dishes, 2 rice and a few popadoms. We came back as arranged 10 minutes later, and were pleasantly surprised that the bill was so low. Arriving home just after 11, we found that all we had was one main, 2 veg and 2 rice and the popadoms. Plainly, lots else was missing, and it was too late to contact them. So, the 4 of us enjoyed what we did have, but were rather hungry when we finished. if we ever do go back there, we'll make sure that we go through each bag carefully before leaving, and we suggest that anyone reading this does the same.

Ordered for delivery. Food delivered 20 mins late and was warm but not hot. One veg dish was very salty. Chicken on the dry side and curry quite bland. Shame because this take away is near us but would not use again.

We have tried a few in the area and I have to say that we find this one to be the best for the price. It's more reasonably priced than Ruchita and I would say of good quality. There is something really good about the potatoes they do. The food can get a little salty so I would like to feed that back. Less salt please. Other than that, a really great local takeaway.

We got a take away order with a well know app. The range of food they offer is fantastic for every kind of taste. The food arrived ahead of the estimated time was piping hot and tasted great. We ordered one rice between the two...

This is typical Bangladeshi Take away place and to be fair I don't think the food was that great.. I am bit of a champion when it comes to tasty Indian food..

Normally I'm a fan of Ruchita and don't go elsewhere for my Indian food. Discovered Cinnamon through a menu offer and never looked back. Delivery is always quick and food is tasty. Cheaper than Ruchita's delivery menu.

Excellent service and the food is delicious very tasty..Best takeaway in redhill must try the tasty flavoured special dishes and the vegetable platter is awesome yummy.........
