Best indian cooking course I have been on food was 10 out of 10 .

We had the Sunday menu. All the meat eaters got good-sized portions. As a vegetarian, the portion size was very small. They didn't even serve rice with my three small conicals of paneer with sauce. I had to order that separately. The meat eaters all had rice. The food was lovely, but for a vegetarian, I needed more. It feels as though vegetarians are an afterthought

An up-market Indian restaurant that walmly accepted me as a walk-in customer and served up a delicious rendition of their 2 courses for £22. The starter meal was filling, delicious and well presented. A service charge was applied but it was not more than I had already planned to tip so this was not a burden.

Chose this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday. Lovely venue, very attentive and professional staff. Food was beautifully presented and delicious. It had choices not experienced at other Indian restaurants and I'd be more than happy to go again or recommend to others.

Our friends come here often so we joined them on a Friday evening. The cocktail list is extensive and the ones we ordered were excellent. Also the Gavi white wine was priced as expected. My Lamb Chop starter was very good, well cooked with lovely tangy spices, and the mains of Vindaloo Kid Goat Curry was pretty hot, but well spiced and tasty. The only issue they had was they took my order incorrectly so I had to wait whilst the others started eating. My wife’s Persian Lamb mains was also very good, as was her Cinnamon Brûlée. This restaurant is a bit more expansive than your average Indian restaurant, but the quality and a move away from the stand dishes are a positive

Have used Cinnamon Culture many times since I was first introduced to the restaurant. Food excellent, service impeccable. One feature worth mentioning is that it is not an extensive menu so making your choice a little simpler. Would recommend this venue to everyone.

First visit to this restaurant and definitely will not be our last. Recommended by a friend and it was superb. Best Indian I've had in a long while. Lovely surroundings and friendly staff

This place was great for our special occasion. Slightly more expensive than usual and we're vegetarian and mains are limited; so we only had side dishes BUT the food was very delicious, service good too. Would definitely recommend, especially for a place on the outskirts of London where the choices are more limited.

Delicious food as always with so many wonderful flavours

Great food, beautiful restaurant, the main thing that let it down was the size of the round tables which can only accommodate dishes for 3 people. It was very tight to fit us 4 people, one of those being a child.

Great Ayurvedic specials - a new, healthy take on Indian cuisine. What a different experience with gentle, light, nourishing dishes, all delightfully delicious. I'm not the one to leave reviews, but this is a one off special that deserves a mention. Kind, friendly service rounded it off with a flourish. A true neighborhood gem.

Lovely restaurant with caring and attentive service. Everything we ate was very good. The ambience of the restaurant is cosy, with lovely lighting in particular. The only drawback is price. It’s more than I would pay in top tier central London restaurants. We would still go back and enjoy it.

Cinnamon Culture was on our bucket list for a long time. There is a varied menu with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Allergens were clearly marked, and the chef prepared a special dish for our daughter, who has severe garlic and onion intolerance. Everyone enjoyed themselves; the food was fresh and well-presented. Special mention goes to the burrata with spinach - what an ingenious combo, and it worked beautifully.

My friends and I regularly meet at this restaurant. Food and service is always first class. Highly recommended.

The restaurant looks good and feels cosy, the food was very tasty and the presentation beautiful. Staff took care of everything without being intrusive. Gluten-free options were highlighted on the menu, other allergens too. Overall, one of the best Indian restaurants we have been to.

We managed to get an early evening on New Year's Eve and it was the perfect way to say goodbye to 2023. Highly recommend the lamb or the prawn starters - both are incredible.

It was the first time myself and my girlfriend visited here, and I can say I have no regrets in doing so. It was New years Eve and all the staff were on top of their game. We had no issues on arrival and were taken quickly to our table. The menu and food were second to none. I do wish to return at the next best opportunity. I complement everyone involved at Cinnamon Culture!

Went to the restaurant on Thursday for my daughters birthday. Must say the food was excellent.Especially the lamb chops. We eat out a lot and the restaurant is probably the best for Indian food and the diverse menu.The owner really puts 100% effort into the whole dining experience for his customers.What we also really appreciated was the food quality you can taste the freshness.A must go to restaurant.

The food and presentation was just about perfect. The perfectly spiced dishes left an exciting tingle in the mouth and on the lips, but not too much - Just enough. We loved how classic dishes were given a Christmassy twist - The Brussels stood out as an example of this. The desserts were absolutely delicious.

We have been here almost every weekend since November as we are hosting our House warming parties there with different groups of friends. The food tastes really good, the presentation is one like a Michelin star restaurant, ambience is welcoming, also the service is good. All our friends were happy we took them there and everyone loved the Lamb chops. I and my husband are vegetarians so the jackfruit biryani, shakarkandi chaat and beetroot kofta are our absolute favourites. The mocktails are good too. All in all highly recommend this place.

Excellent restaurant great service and unusual menu with lots of variety

The poppadams are fairly expensive and the alcoholic cocktail drinks could have been made better! Portion sizes are rather small and naan platter is not worth the price!

We celebrated an 18th Birthday party for 25 people, there is nothing I can fault, food was great, atmosphere was great, and the service and staff were outstanding, we all got served in good time, we even brought in our own cake and they sliced it up for us. Amazing evening, we'll definately come back. All I can say is, if you want mild food as for it, otherwise it was quite spicy but most of us were fine with it.

Best Indian food I’ve had in south east london, maybe best in London. Definitely high end but still authentic, a little bit pricey but I think it’s worth it

Cinnamon Culture is a great spot for lunch. Set menu is good value but I prefer the items on the a la carte. I have never seen ostrich in any other Indian restaurant. Amazing taste. See you soon

We went in to celebrate my birthday. We all had a great time. I especially like the 2 for 1 on those lovely cocktails. The taste and quality of the food is excellent. The restaurant is very stylish & the staff are very friendly. We will be back soon.

Food tasted nice, but half the dishes were barely warm. Staff excellent.

Lovely and trendy decor, friendly welcome the food service was good didn’t wait long however the drinks waitress with the bull ring in her nose was way too fast (took my order and sped off before I gave her my husbands drink order). Mains left me chewing on a star anise which wasn’t ideal and was given a disingenuous apology. Went to bed that night and woke up throughout the night with a salty mouth and drank at least a litre of water during the night. Won’t be returning. Agree that’s it also over priced. Will stick to ginger and spice

We have always had good food at cinnamon culture but unfortunately the food was not up to scratch last night. The prawn starter was over cooked and chewy as were my scallops for my main course. I sent them back and when they came back they were just as chewy. I’m hoping this is just a one off as we like this restaurant and the cocktails are always fab.

Went on a Tuesday evening, taking advantage of the set menu and 2 for 1 cocktails. Then food and cocktails were above the standard of your typical "British India Restaurant" flavourful and nuanced food and drinks in a sofisticated environment, without feeling pretentious. The festive decorations are also very nicely done. We will be visiting again!

“Abhorent dining experience, audaciously overpriced and very bad level of arrogant service” Upon dining here a couple of weeks ago we were met with very pushy waiters who comtinuously returned to our table even though we’re not ready to order. The restaurant was cold and unwelcoming and the the entire experience was, well let’s just say nothing special. Prices are over inflated and the menu has been redressed as something fancy but the food doesn’t live up to it. The only edible part of the entire meal were the starters which we are also very average but the remainder was disgusting. As we continued our evening, we were hurried on and on and before we could even finish our drinks or food - a waiter who barely spoke any level of decent English handed us our bill and told us they were closing, and we weren’t anywhere near the advertised closing time stated on here or their website. Let me be honest, if you want a proper Indian meal or decent sized and proper quality Indian food, go somewhere else. This venue failed massively when it was previously situated In Sundridge Park and it’s clear their owners are aiming to target the wealthy locals and beyond seeking to profit from very bad quality food coupled with ridiculously bad service. Stay away!! We will not return and I hope any of you reading this will take the advice not to visit this venue.

We had a lovely meal at Cinnamon Culture. Quality of food was excellent and menu choice interesting. Went for the goat vindaloo but they were happy to tone down the heat a little! Delicious, as were the butternut patties. One or two slight issues with service - a bit of confusion initially regarding our order but very quickly resolved. Staff very courteous and friendly.

A lovely setting with good food.

First visit to this restaurant with friends for evening dinner. The decor is lovely & there was quite a nice ambience. Food was of good standard, which is to be expected for the prices. However the service was poor. We had to ask for our drinks twice. Poppadoms took ages to arrive, as did the main course. Can only assume we had new waiting staff, as it took the manager to remind them to clear our table! Did not stay for dessert. Felt rather disappointed. 😕

Went for the Diwali Sunday lunch on the 12th November, warm welcome when arriving, the food was excellent and the service was courteous and considerate bearing in mind the amount of food presented. Highly recommended as this has become a regular dining spot for us.

First time to Cinnamon Culture, food and service was fantastic and we will definitely go back - and I am sure this would always be the case. The only downside was there was a large party near us with many children - the adults separated themselves from the children who where often out of their chairs and for us having a late Saturday night dinner with friends it was quite distracting and noisy. Nobodies fault but definitely made it a little less enjoyable.

Presentation of the food is outstanding, you have the hard decision of whether to destroy the plate by eating it - which is of course worth every mouthful as the food is delicious. Staff and lovely and service is great. Just the noise level is a bit too loud.

Last night we visit this fine dinning Indian restaurant for the second time. We are pleased to say the menu has improved since our first visit last year. The menu takes classic Indian dishes and adds a fine dining twist that we loved. The setting for dinner was lovely, with a modern clean look. The service was amazing and staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. For us the star of the show was the spicy Madagascar giant prawn with mushroom rice. We will be back.

Yes, as previous reviews has stated a lot of the food is very spicy. But traditional Indian food is. I recommend you ask from the menu what isn’t spicy, they where super helpful and also gave us extra raita for the hot dishes. The food was incredible and so was the service and presentation. Lovely restaurant. Highly recommend and I would go back!

Delicious food! As a vegetarian, I'm often stuck with the same menu choices. The beetroot 'meatballs' are divine. This is a new addition to my favorite restaurants in London. Lovely cocktails too.

This is an overpriced restaurant with very average food. We won’t return. My beetroot kofta arrived raw and had to be sent back.

Good food it’s not cheap and not loads of choice on there menu plus there staff are a load of school kids with not much experience by the looks of it. What we did have tasted good but for me not enough choice on the menu would I go back probably not plus the restaurant is two bright no table clothes either was like being in a hall

A true culinary gem worth of journey from afar. Some of the most innovative cuisine of its kind. The Madagascar prawns , lamb chops and mango sorbet are to die for. Butter chicken - such a staple at any Indian restaurant - is superb with delicate flavours of fenugreek on your palate with every mouthful. The service was excellent and they accommodated all our requests. We'll be back for sure.

The place is very nice and the food is well presented. However unless you like very hot food do not go there. The dishes are not marked as to how hot they are and they told me that the only thing that wasn't hot was...

This is our 3rd visit here, this time with a friend that's not been. We all found it faultless - the service, the staff, the food - all amazing! We were told that some things weren't on the menu but were possible so just to ask. This is undoubtedly the best Indian restaurant in the area - just a shame its not in Petts Wood!

Amazing experience! Staff are absolutely lovely and so so helpful with such a warm welcome from them. When I first looked at the menu I thought the price was a little bit on the high side but when the food came out, I was shocked at how big the portions were! Ended up taking the rest home (can’t complain)! Made the most out of the 2for1 cocktails which are on specific days and between specific times, the pineapple daiquiri was delicious! I only live around the corner so I’m for sure going to be back. The staff at Cinnamon Culture definitely made me and my mums evening out special! Thank you guys! 5 stars all round!!
