Cinnamon Coffee Shop in Tower Hamlets

Both Emma and Edie were vivacious and friendly. Toasties were great and good on price. Will be visiting soon again !

Been trying to get here for a while but wish we hadn’t bothered everything looked like it needed a clean including the sink and coffee machine Not a friendly atmosphere will not be returning

Always busy, good little breakfast menu and relatively affordable. Been a couple of times and enjoyed each time

Yes. Weird….I ordered the vegan wrap with hummus and avocado. Server went to toast it. Said I didn’t want it toasted as warm hummus isn’t nice. Rude woman (owner maybe) barked ‘we have to toast it as the avocado is frozen’. Said they shouldn’t cook avocado either. And who the hell freezes it? Got a refund. Looking at the reviews of Cinammon there’s a definite attitude problem. Went round the corner to the lovely Urban Barristas. Lovely pastries and sandwiches. Lovely people

The staff in this shop need basic customer service training. They rarely greet you, you rarely get a “please” or “thank you”, and I’ve never seen them smile. I switched to another coffee shop as I’d rather take my custom to somewhere that appreciates it
