Cinnamon in Breckland

As title the food is excellent really delicious and good value! Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. We waited so long for desert and then was not even offered coffee etc. They were setting up for the next day completely ignoring us.

We've had loads of Takeaways from Cinnamon (even before this restaurant opened) and the food has always been consistently excellent. Finally managed to get in for a sit-down meal and the high standard continues ... six different curries, several different sides, rice, naan & chapati ... all cooked to perfection and beautifully presented... and, of course, plenty of ice cold Kingfisher ! If you haven't tried this place yet, and you like Indian food, you'll love Cinnamon ... we'll be back soon !

Sunday buffet: Not a good variety of dishes especially if you are a vegetarian Found the food rather bland from the rice to the curries , starters were bland and poor quality, frozen vegetables used for the vegetable curry apart from the added potatoes. Not authentic Indian cuisine,, no flavours, wouldn’t recommend or return.

Very nice and clean restaurant serving excellent traditional Indian food. The 'Thursday special' for £12.95 each is great value and includes a drink. Beware though of extras such as poppadoms etc. We ended up paying £45 instead of £25.90

Ordered food from uber eats to friends new house, ordered at 7pm and told to expect delivery within 45 mins to 1 hour. Called after 1 hour as no food, straight to voice mail, finally got thru after 10 mins and was told food would be with us within 20 mins.....no one answering phone when I tried to ring after 30 mins....40 mins later it finally arrived. Food nice but won't be ordering again, if they'd been honest and said it was going to be 2 hours then we'd have gone elsewhere.

Visited here after my local appeared to have closed down - strange as the place was open but inside was empty apart from a Henry hoover Anyway back to the Cinnamon Lovely mixed starter Great main -only complaint is the naga could have had 2 or 3 more pieces of meat in it Scrumptious crispy bahgees Good selection of Indian beers I was the only diner - Shame as they deserve to be busy Highly recommend

Cancelled my delivery after accepting it after 2 hours, didn’t have the decency to even contact me regarding this. Terrible service

Had delivery from this restaurant as decided I did not want to cook! We live 12 miles away from this restaurant and every time the food is delivered, hot and the portion sizes are great. It is not expensive either. Definitely one of my favourites.

Excellent Indian restaurant. Visited Monday night and it was very quiet. Don't know why as the food was delicious. Service was quick and very attentive. Staff were very polite. Food was hot, fresh and very tasty. Excellent portion size. Only criticism, and it is a very minor one. The food was difficult to get out of the serving pots as they had a narrow curved top.

Great take away again. Lamb biriani was tasty, garlic naan was perfect. Came to my door piping hot. Delivery driver was polite. Looked and tasted amazing. Thank you guys.

Having tried most Indian restaurants in the area we went to Thetford as we wanted to try the Sunday buffet , it was little quiet but we were early , first impressions was of a tidy unit style restaurant next a shopping area , the guy on the phone was helpful, I’ve been to a lot of buffets , the selection was not massive but that did not matter , as everything I had was spot on , nothing to complain about and good value for money , I think we will be back fairly soon, I don’t give 5 stars often, But everything was just fine and the price was great

We just love the food from this restaurant. Consistently delicious. We often have to wait but this is completely acceptable and understandable as we live 30 mins from the restaurant. Another great meal this evening. Thank you again

We had went in a group of 12 so got the sunday all you can eat the food was amazing great flavour and the staff was polite and great price

Visited following a recommendation and wasn’t disappointed. Food was delicious and probably the tastiest Indian food we’ve had for some time (and we switch between several restaurants). Service was excellent and staff lovely and friendly, we will definitely be back.

Went for the first time tonight and was impressed with the decor, food and service. There was a great selection of dishes which were well presented and the staff were attentive without being obtrusive. Don't be put off by the location, it is very pleasant inside. We had a very enjoyable time and will definitely go again.

Had a great meal the staff are so attentive request for item not on the menu met with pleasure the price was so inexpensive was a very positive experience many thanks will return again first class

Don't expect much . It might look fantastic from outside. .but I was not impressed at all , Luke warm food and almost cold potatoes ..a Nan bread that was not very good either. Dissapointing

I am very devastated in the lack of communication in the restaurant, my friends and I arrived during there 50% off sale which is amazing since we are all students, we calculated our orders and worked out they over charged us £10 each! I went to ask a member of staff but was rudely ignored by the individuals on the restaurant floor. We usually enjoy Indian food but now on we will be going to spice lounge! Not worth your money

Best Indian food I’ve had in a long while. Beautifully presented and great service from waiters. Really reasonable prices and all cooked freshly. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic restaurant to visit. Clean tidy and waiters were very polite. Food was lovely, I chose the lamb rogan josh, the best I have had. My partner had the Chicken Biryani, it was perfectly made. Will definitely be back with friends and recommend to many. I feel these bad reviews are not the experience we got and we cannot fault Cinnamon.

We tried this restaurant on good reviews but unfortunately the food was terrible, to much mixed curry powder was added to my biryani making it over powering with spices, the Bombay aloo was bland, my partner had lamb Bhuna and was also over powdered with mixed curry powder also the rice was bland no taste probably not aged basmati rice just a cheap brand shame really because there food used to be good maybe they have changed there chef ? Summing up nice decor inside but unfortunately let down by the food.

I took it as a take away. Complained about two dishes as one had barely any chicken in - the Owner was extremely rude and shouted down the phone even telling me he will check the CCTV footage in the kitchen to show there was 6 pieces of chicken in there. The battered prawns looked like it was taken from someone else’s finished plate - but that aside after he rude behaviour, it will never get any of my business again.

Best Indian food I've eaten in a long time. Food came out piping hot and delicious. Friendly staff. Very clean inside the restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Good is ok but food is never delivered on time and is never ready when we have been to collect. Tonight we went to collect as we did not want to be waiting hours for our food to arrive. On arrival we got told our food wasn’t ready, we waited over an hour and didn’t not get all our order.

This has to be the best Indian in Thetford! We always use the delivery service which is always on time and piping hot! The Lamb Tikka Bhuna is delicious and generous portion. Food tastes clean and fresh. Keema Naan and Sag Aloo are incredible! 100% recommend for everyone to try. We even received a free dish on the house last night.

We use these guys every time we come to center parcs the food is always nice but late delivery normally half hour or so, this time the order was nearly 2 hours late, I left a note stating what I would be wearing and meet at reception as always, I waited for over an hour (I ordered around 5:30 for delivery for 8). I phoned the restaurant at 9.47 to be told the driver would call me but I received no call then told me to contact just eat for a refund which I did and the restaurant is now refusing to refund as Apparently my food was delivered at 9:38!

First time for a meal here , My partner had the buffet , I ordered prawn korma from the menu , food was beautiful highly recommend it and will definitely be back x

This is the second time we have ordered food to be delivered from Cinnamon. The first time was over 30 minutes late from expected delivery time. This time our food took 2 hours to get to us, by which time we were both past being...

Cinnamon catered a party for me. Good selection, reasonable prices, and a big hit with the guests. Tried their Sunday buffet- great selection, good food. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend

The food was nice and tasty but what let it down was the service was terrible,we where left hanging for so long not wondering if we was aloud to help ourselves for the buffet or if we could eat from the menu,no one explained at...

Great food great service friendly atmosphere and at a very good price. Was lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy our meal too . Highly recommended

An hour ago I was told my delivery had just left .. Ordered at 5.30 and at 9pm still no delivery. No apology or explanation when I spoke to them and now no one answering the phone even though they are open for another hour...

The food is truly exceptional, full of flavour & great presentation. The restaurant is beautiful and staff extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Great dining experience at Cinnamon tonight, food was excellent all round, & highly recommended the Badi which was the best I've had in a very long time, we will definitely be back regularly.

I have never ever been to a restaurant where the manager has been so rude, we complained about one meal,they changed it but brought wrong dish back, we asked for a discount which at first he refused and was very very arrogant, he actually argued...

Well cooked and well presented . food was lovely good choice on the Sunday buffet , staff polite we all enjoyed it and will be going again ,keep up the good work 👍👍👏👏

Drove past the restaurant a few times and decided to try their delivery service. The Sunday special is absolutely incredible. £11.95 for a Starter, Main, Rice, Naan and Side dish. Huge portions. Full of flavour and good quality ingredients! Will 100% be back.

Fantastic Indian, the best around. Lovely owners with a relaxed atmosphere. Food is second to none. Want an Indian come to Cinnamon.
