Waited an hour for the food..restaurant very rowdy..wine was undrinkable..curry was very sweet..the staff were very professional..wouldnt recommend it..the Indian up the road far better..

Great Meal, amazing food, fab atmosphere, ambiance and deco, a very good welcome and service. We haven't been for a while, and we were very surprised how it had changed, from a traditional old Indian restaurant with white table cloth and basic deco, to now a very vibrant, modern, and cool place. We liked the teamed down menu, not like traditional Indian restaurant, when the menu is 10 pages long..... The sizzeling section is great! Lot's of Gluten free option and Vegan options too. Place was extremely busy, which is a good sign. Ok one small critic, We waited 1 hr for our food to arrive, but we had some great pappadoms and wine. And a few side dishes were luck warmed, but honestly it tasted so great that we didn't really mind. Thank you to all the team for a great evening.

aclyn 4 reviews I ordered a takeaway yesterday evening to be delivered at 7.30pm. By 8pm there was no sign of it so I called to ask what was happening and was told 'it was on its way'. After another 15 minutes of waiting it finally arrived 45+ minutes late and with no apology. The delivery driver wouldn't accept a reduction in price for it being extremely late (and probably cold) so I sent him away. If I wanted to eat at 8.30pm I would have ordered my takeaway for that time! I called Cinnamon to let them know I'd sent the takeaway back and was told I would receive a call back from the manager. (It's the next day and I still haven't received a call back!). I ended up cooking a frozen pizza in the oven which took 10 minutes. I should have just done that in the first place and saved myself the hassle. Extremely disappointed.

Admittedly I'm not overly familiar with Indian cuisine, so because of that I picked up their Cinnamon dirty box meal last night to get a good mix of food to try. Honestly the food was brilliant, and the portion size was massive for the price I paid. The only downside is the online takeaway menu doesn't list off what sauces came in the box (maybe because it changes?), so not knowing what I was given, I guess I'll just hope to get the same next time haha!

Just terrible.I could give a negative. The food had a smell that I could not bear. The service was decent. Quite an expensive place.

Awful food cold and curry was worse than a sharwoods jar. Staff have attitudes and are very unhelpful. Do not come here plenty of other restaurants who appreciate their customers. You have been warned.

We had a home delivery from the Cinnamon in Keynsham on 2nd September. The food was wonderful and the vegan/vegetarian options were extensive. Best Indian takeaway in my opinion.

We arrived at 5.30pm as a family of 4 with two young children. There was only one very over worked waiter working so taking our order took forever. Then a very large group of rowdy men arrived and it all went down hill. The swearing was off the scale - my 7&10 year old girls learned new vocabulary from these disgusting cavemen. We asked to me moved and we’re granted but could still hear them. Good took an hour to come and was pretty underwhelming. The curries were SO sweet, naans tasted stale and poppadoms were also chewy. Definitely won’t be returning here again. The management was nice and understanding but if they have a booking for that many men early in the evening perhaps consider having a family area and idiots area? Although the venue is so small that their noise overtook the whole place. On reflection we should have trusted our instincts and left as soon as they stumbled in.

We had a takeaway and it was a terrible experience all round. We have had good takeaways from here in the past but this was abysmal. The coconut rice was a tub of dessicated coconut, we could hardly find any rice in it. There was a very red dish which we hadn't ordered and was so sweet that it was inedible. We could hardly taste any spices in any of the dishes. The only dish we enjoyed out of six dishes was the shredded ginger tofu. Never again.

A group of us came to sample the delights of Cinnamon. It's a perfectly fine curry dining experience. The decor is quite unique in that it has a lovely forest-y style decor unlike anywhere else in the area. It's enchanting. However it's also slightly cramped, which is just a result of the premises - but Cinnamon use what they have to the best of their ability. However our food was quite a long time in coming and, whilst that's partially down to a bigger group, there were a few grumbles around the table. When the food came, the general feeling was the food ranged from pretty good to okay. Not a single dish was considered bad or poor, but nor did anybody rave this was the best they've ever had. One of our group had a Madras which was the hottest he'd ever had though! (Not a complaint but a total good thing) So it's fair to say that our experience at Cinnamon was they did absolutely nothing bad but nobody was wowed on this occasion either. It's definitely a good place and if you're unsure of a place to get a good curry, this will definitely serve you. I'd recommend to eat in because the decor is so unique and alluring, but you're definitely guaranteed solid quality here. Price wise, it's definitely competitive to the other curry places in Keynsham - the average cost most of us spent was about £20 on food. However, we mostly felt some (not all!) drinks were quite expensive (I was told it was neigh on £9 for two cokes?). That said, I think the overall cost for a filling meal is one of the cheapest in the area, and the portion size is enough to fill but not too much so it can't be finished, which is perfect.

We went to Cinnamon on a Friday night, table booked for 9pm. The restaurant was packed and the atmosphere was buzzing We were seated quickly and the poppadoms were on the table in a flash and our meal had started The majority had Cobra and I took the ipa which was most enjoyable A varied selection of starters and main courses were taken up by the group and all were enjoyed as the plates were clean The atmosphere continued to be energised by the flambeed meals that were being served up. This is a restaurant that makes some effort to keep up with current trends, the vegan menu sits alongside the standard menu and all are catered for and all seem to have enjoyed.

The most amazing Indian takeaway. We’ve been coming here for years and we are always so impressed by the food. The taste is exceptional and the vegan options are outstanding. They put as much effort into the vegan options as they do the meat ones and it’s a taste explosion.

After reading all the positive comments all over facebook regarding the vegan menu I was so excited and couldn’t wait to try the famous Cinnamon. Unfortunately It was one of the biggest food disappointment I’ve had in Bristol. Starting with the menu on your website that’s very confusing as It doesnt state that if you select the vegan mock meat the meal comes automatically as vegan - so I added the ‘lactose free option’ to be safe - for both meals (at 1£ extra?!) which is a joke on its own when your curries are already really expensive. I tried to contact the owner and the restaurant directly but noone was answering. After we got our food delivered i got a message back saying it does automatically come as vegan - but noone refunded me the 2£ I paid extra, surely you would have seen on my order that I overpaid?It wouldnt even matter if I was happy with the food. But when it arrived and I’ve realised I just paid 10£ for a small portion of curry with few pieces of seitan chicken, with no vegetables at all?? That was the first indian curry in my life that had no vegetables in it. The sauce was pretty bland and the chicken mock was nothing special. I feel like I’ve been ripped off, especially considering they charge 7£ delivery fee for a 9min car drive. Good on you for being the first indian to introduce vegan menu, but it’s just a cash grab with those non excusable prices and the poor quality of the food! If you want to have great vegan take away Marlings is the perfect example of a business doing a affordable and amazingly tasty vegan food, big portions and normal prices! Cinnamon you can do better!

Food arrived piping hot, freshly cooked taste and mouth watering. Just had the get overs for breakfast although someone else beat me to the fridge. Loved how easy it was to place an order and the politeness of staff. I have tried other restaurants for this kind of food but keep returning to Cinnamon. Please don't lose this standard

Been looking forward to a curry for weeks and what a disappointment- went straight in the bin. The korma was like soup (also bland and tasteless) and the naan was burnt. Straight in the bin and will never buy from them again. Video of korma won’t upload

Had two bookings this month here. First time with my 3 daughters, second time with my dad. Staff very helpful despite being busy. Food more expensive than a lot of other Indian restaurants but very enjoyable. Would revisit.

Visited with my family to celebrate my birthday. I chose cinnamon having seen online it did a vegan menu complete with vegan naans and was not disappointed! I love hot food so I went for a vegetable madras (but they do have mock chicken, lamb, mince etc if you prefer) which was really nice. Very spicy which I was really pleased about because most places don't tend to make their dishes to spicy! I would definitely recommend if you are visiting to go for a dish less spicy than your usual. The rest of my family enjoyed their meals and the onion bajji gets a special shout out from my mum whose gluten free and was really exited that they were gluten free. They also do gluten free cobra to drink which was again really enjoyed. The only negative was that because the restaurant was full, it became quite noisy and a little difficult to hear what the other people on our table were saying. There are also screens up between tables which is great, but to get into the other side of the table meant having to get very close to guests on the other table. They were only minor things and ultimately we would definitely go back! As it was totally worth the 30 minute drive to get there! We visited during the Eat out to help out deal. It was very busy but we were offered a drink while we waited for our table. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Both of the main courses were exceptional, full of flavour without being overwhelming.

We have had a takeaway delivered from the Cinnamon for the last four weeks, trying various dishes, starters and main courses. Everything we have tried has been absolutely delicious. They have listened to our special requests. We cannot praise them highly enough, and in these abnormal times, have served us well. We are looking forward to a return to normality, so that we can again visit, without the masks etc. Both the staff who have taken our orders, and the delivery drivers are friendly and efficient. Visited Cinnamon with friends. The food was amazing. I ordered a curry that was a bit spicy for my taste. The staff insisted on re making a new one which was delicious and gave me a doggy bag with spicy one to take home. They have an extensive menu plus a whole menu dedicated to vegans.The mock chicken is just like the real thing. My boyfriend ate the one I took home and couldn't believe it wasnt chicken. I will be going back soon .

Not been here to eat for ages, has been totally refurbished. Really impressed with it, modern & clean. Good menu selection and good was great. There was 5 of us and we all had different meals, all of which everyone enjoyed. Prices not bad, service was good and staff couldn't do enough. Very busy so had to wait a bit to order, for food to come out but not an issue. Restaurant owner & all staff very clear & managed social distancing, wearing masks, hand gel provided on table etc so felt Safe & comfortable. Really liked it thank you Cinnamon. Will be back.

I come to this restaurant yesterday evening with my boyfriend and my friend and her boyfriend, we had a few drinks and a lot of food. The food was fantastic (the chef) the people behind the bar were so friendly and working really hard. The service from the girls were brilliant. What I thought was very unprofessional is the manager of the restaurant. Seemed stressed seems to be making his employees feel uncomfortable and shouting at them. As we left we went to the shop opposite and we seen one girl walk out crying which was the girl who served us most the night, worked very hard, couldn’t do enough for us. She was so upset for the way she was spoken to and treated by him! I was going to go in and have a word but she wouldn’t let me. Maybe treat your staff with respect and be professional then I may of considered returning to the restaurant.

Tried to book a table here for a large family birthday meal, they didn’t even bother to contact us back with regards to this booking. We went elsewhere in Bath to a much friendlier and welcoming Indian restaurant.. I wouldn’t bother even trying to book a meal here.

Who knew vegan curry even existed? Well Ami at the Cinnamon Lounge has smashed it. Outstanding food whether choosing from the vegan or normal menus, great service and passion for his food and restaurant and his guests. Simply exceptional. We don't live anywhere close but I will come back!

We were in town for just one night and not much open on a sunday but we were very impressed by Cinnamon. I have had many variants of King Prawn Pathia at numerous restaurants but this was the best I have ever tasted! All of our dishes were excellent and the service was first class. A bottle of Merlot was delicious and only £12.An all round great choice

Fantastic food. First class service. Lovely air conditioned restaurant. Spotlessly clean hand gel on every table. One of the best Indian meals I have ever eaten Highly recommend. Our waiter Farid (Fred) was polite courteous with a great sense of humour. Thank you Ami and staff. Exceptional food and experience. 10/10

Ever since this restaurant had been taken over a couple years ago it’s been very disappointing. I decided to give this place another go during the covid-19 lockdown after hearing they were continuing to do takeaways, I was also attracted by their 5/5 hygiene rating.The food however let them down, with containers appearing half full, the chicken being cut very small, and the curries being rather bland. My brother has a chicken madras and the sauce was terribly bitter. The dips we had ordered also fell short of competitors with only two pots of yogurt, 1 pot of mango chutney, and a pot of chopped onion. I also found that I was overcharged for my takeaway, paying £50 when it should have costed £46.75. I feel like the food is overpriced for the quality and lack of dips, there are certainly better restaurants nearby.

Great takeaway food. Use regularly for delivery and collection. Good selection for meat eaters and veggie food. Never had a bad dish 🙂

We decided to treat ourself to a feast! OMG it was absolutely delicious. Great service. We ordered online and they called us to take payment on the phone, we fixed a delivery time and it arrive all very hot ready to go just on time. Had food from Cinnamon a few times and tried their brand new vegan lamb rogan josh today and I cannot find words compliment it enough. The perfect balance of spice along side subtle mint and tender meatless lamb pieces and lots of veg. If you’re vegan and haven’t tried the food here you’re missing out. Honestly it is f***ing amazing!!

Every time I've eaten from Cinnamon I've had the highest quality South Asian cuisine I have ever tried. Their vegan menu is exceptional and their range of dishes and flavours is unparalleled. They even do vegan versions of keema rice and keema naan (i.e. the restaurant classic of naan stuffed with mince meat--how many other restaurants do that?!).The owner, Ami, specialises in exceptional customer service and he takes the feedback from his customers EXTREMELY seriously! Every time you order you can be assured you're receiving the best service in terms of taste, hygeine, quality and care.It's located in Keynsham but they deliver all over Bristol as well, which even some Bristol retsurants don't do! Highly recommended to lovers of Asian food, and indeed just food in general!

You know when you've struck gold. I think I must have ordered the most extraordinary dish on the menu: Karahi Achar! It arrived sizzlingly-complex, citrus, garlic, fenugreek, ginger, sweet tamarind blended with mystery and generously-seasoned with exoticism. Absolutely stunning. They were also able to oblige me with cardamom in my rice, which I love.The service is impeccable, friendly and attentive. I actually feel like royalty.What a find!

Sorry to say went to cinnamon last night found the food very bland lack of Flavour on a table where we had a cold breeze so it was freezing . Nan garlic bread couldn't taste of garlic afraid to say all in all very poor experience and on top of that they had the cheek to charges for a surcharge if the prices are not already dear enough there .we go for a curry at least once a month better curry housesout there for less money

Decided to go for a meal due to hear8ng good things from others. My Daughter is Vegan and the menu provided was absolutely brilliant. My wife also ate from the Vegan menu and they had all of the choice without the compromise you usually get.The food was amazing, full of flavour and so well presented. I have seen people talk about price, £20 per person with Starter, main, sides and drinks. I don't think thats excessive. Really nice and relaxed atmosphere. Great decor. Couldn't recommend it enough. We will be back very soon. Don't change what you are doing guys. It's spot on!!!

We visited after seeing a lot of reviews on a vegan page on Facebook about a new vegan menu. We were not disappointed! The vegan menu was large with a lot of choices and the owner talked us through them all and why there was such a choice. He’s made a massive effort to ensure it’s a fully vegan menu but also not to compromise on taste. It’s clear a lot of time and energy has gone into it. The staff were all super nice and friendly. The food came out in reasonable time and stopped us all in our tracks. We expected good but it was excellent. We will definitely be back! Can’t recommend enough.

Well what can I say, my daughter who was 8 yesterday 12/12/19 wanted to go for an Indian. Spoke to Ami who got us a table for 11 at 6pm when they opened. We had to be out for 8pm and to us that wasn’t a problem. We never felt rushed and they could not do enough for us. All I can say is thank you for making my daughters birthday 1 to remember. Food was amazing and service 100%

We had a lovely meal at the Cinnamon. There is an extensive vegan menu, we ordered onion bahjis, tamarind tofu, veg dansak, mock chicken dopiaza and rice and naan. It was all delicious and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They have put a lot of effort into developing a vegan menu and were also able to cater for my husband who is coeliac. We had confidence that the food was really gluten free and they even had gluten free breads available. We will be back!

In fairness to them, they managed to fit us in at short notice on the basis we had to leave within the hour as they needed the table for the next booking, fair enough.

Ive been reading amazing reviews about this restaurants vegan menu for some weeks now, so I decided to make the hour long round trip to give it a try. Oh my! It certainly did not disappoint! The ‘chicken’ madras was rich, spicy and creamy and the peshwari nann fluffy and chewy- sooooo good! Also so reassuring to see everything had a clear ‘vegan’ label on it, so I felt happy that there was no mix up in my order. I’ll definitely be back, well worth the drive. Thank you! :)

A wet windy October evening what better way to escape then heading out for an Curry. Cinnamon is in the centre of the high street with a bar at the front main restaurant and a chefs table at the rear. A warm welcome and swift delivery of poppadoms arrive whilst you peruse the menu. A large choice for all tastes and as you would expect a great number of vegetarian dishes. We opted for lamb dansak which was spicy, with juicy meat and hot - two chillies which we felt was spot on, we also tried the Chicken samba (coconut infused sauce) which was absolutely delicious a side of sag aloo, mushroom fried rice and a pershwari naan completed the evening along with 2 pints of Bombay bicycle kingfisher beer. The food was lovely the service well paced but over £5 a pint was a bit on the expensive side for beer - recommended

We just had a wonderful dinner here. We hadn't booked and feel like we should have as the restaurant was packed but the staff were able to sit us and make us feel welcome. The service was fast, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, the food was delicious. They have a separate vegan menu which is 4 pages long so we were spoilt for choice! I'd heard a lot about this place and it didn't disappoint, I'll be recommending it to everyone!

Great service, great food. Manager even devised my own mix of curry - half Madras and half Dupliaza - lush and v hot.

I’m a vegetarian so ordered a vegetarian curry. It came out with a couple of small pieces of chicken in. My girlfriend eats meat so tried it and confirmed it was chicken. Said to the staff who just deducted the cost of that dish from the meal, wouldn’t refund the rice.

Food was great and all the staff were really friendly. We had a great time. Worth booking as seems quite busy.

Even on a busy Friday night, staff went the extra mile and were so thoughtful and helpful. The food is absolutely delicious and my waiter noticed I liked a particular sauce and brought me some extra without me asking. To take care of little details like that on a very busy Friday night shows the quality of service. Wish I lived closer and could come a lot more often.

After visiting to other Indian restaurants near by visited to this place last week. The food was good didn’t took long to cook. The place is nice but empty which lacks atmosphere. Hopefully with Christmas season should pick up and should fill the place up. Good luck Guys!!

Called up to ask what was vegan on their takeaway menu and was told that they could veganise pretty much the whole menu! I opted for the veggie balti, naan bread and rice and my partner got the vegan honey chicken with mock meat and onion bhajis. It was all absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend to anybody vegan/vegetarian looking for a yummy Indian takeaway and will definitely be returning!

Visited on a sunday evening for a meal with family. Our first visit, and will not be our last. The staff were friendly and helful, suggesting dishes when we said what heat, flavours we liked. The food was delicious and served by friendly staff. Looking forward to our next meal there.

Myself my wife visited the Cinnamon with my brother. My wife and I are both vegans and this was truly a memorable experience. The owner came out to explain to us his philosophy and what he was trying to do and asked us what type of curry we wanted, spice, veggies etc. What came back was the best vegan curry I have ever had. Consistency, texture, flavour, heat all absolutely spot on. It is obvious that Ami has a clear vision of making this a restaurant which treats Vegans/Vegetarians has important as the meat eating community. This is great to see. Really looking forward to the full Vegan menu next month.

I only follow restaurants with 5 Start ratings and found this was the only Indian in the area with this standard.

A wonderful place, with a quiet ambiance, amazing food and stellar service. My partner and I came in for dinner, and were personally welcomed by the owner, who made everything to help us feel welcome and appreciated. A true gem of the Keynsham High street.

Came here for a meal with my family the service was quick and staff were friendly and welcoming. The food came out nice and quick and pipping hot. All tasted lovely meat was cooked beautifully the chicken was so tender. The only downfall I found was the prices it was rather expensive compared to other places I had been to.

First visit as passing. Food and service was incredible. Everything tasted so fresh and came out piping hot! The chicken was really good quality and didn’t need a knife, delicious. We will be back soon

First time visit at this restaurant last night as my best friend moved there just recently, her partner and mine arrived around 7pm to be greeted by the most friendly staff I have encountered in a long time,. The meal itself was outstanding, best we ever had and we have been everywhere! The service was excellent and not over bearing, not rushed, and we had the most relaxing evening and excellent food served to us, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area, you won’t regret it, we are planning to go back asap. The ladies serving us will remember the big fat Weston-super-Mare tip we left, an indication of our appreciation.

Honestly one of the best curry’s I’ve ever had. The host was funny and made us feel very welcome. The Mrs doesn’t like spicy food however he made sure it was very flavoursome! Amazing food so tasty! Loved it all!

Everytime I am in the area for work I always get a takeaway for one and take it back to my hotel room. Lovely guy that runs the restaurant and the food is very good. There have been some negative comments regarding prices of drinks but in my opinion if you are not willing to pay restaurant alcohol prices don't go to a restaurant to eat! The food is very reasonably priced and it's a lovely restaurant. Roll on the next time I'm in the area

Came here with my partner and parents. The food was really tasty really enjoyed it. However our greeting of one of the staff saying "sorry we're closed" and laughing when we said we had a reservation made us feel very uncomfortable and was not a great start to the meal. Would come here again but probably just for takeaway

Have eaten here a few times in recent years - good range of dishes to choose from - particularly like the Tikka Masala with pilau rice and garlic naan bread.

Looking for somewhere to eat midweek I stopped by this place. Went for a chicken Bhubaneswar which was really tasty. Not too spicy but nice flavour. Only disappointment was the food came to about £10 and was charged £5.10 for a pint of Cobra. Way over the top and stopped my scoring this place 5 star.

Decided to try this restaurant. It was a lovely atmosphere, very relaxed and the service, although it did take a while to seat us, was good and friendly. I decided to have a Bhuna and my BF his usual Vindaloo. It was very homemade looking and was delicious. We make a lot of our own curries so can be quite critical but these were very tasty and well worth the price. We had our usual pilau rice, onion bhajis, saag aloo and garlic naan (only criticism on the naan was it could be slightly thicker). Would definitely go here again.

Went for a meal out with friends last night and the Cinnamon really delivered. The food was outstanding and all 6 of us had stunning food. Hard to pick from the menu because it is all so good. Beside the food, it is the staff and atmosphere that make this the go to restaurant. Really welcoming and very relaxing. Superb.

All of the curry was spot on, proper spicy but I'm good with that. There were a lot of frustrated diners around us unfortunately. Dont know what was happening in the kitchen, but something wasn't right. Asked for the bill when they bought out curry, as we had to leave promptly to be elsewhere. Said bill didn't appear (despite asking 3 times for it) went to the front desk to hunt the bill down, and the member of staff was sultry and rude. She was clearly stressed out, and there were people getting seriously vexed about the wait time on their takeaways. She proclaimed to another diner "how am I supposed to add up the bill with all these people watching me" and "I'm not good at maths, I'm dslexic" Probably best not to have people bad with numbers, running the billing at a restaurant I would suggest. Inevitably we were over charged and the bill had to rectified. I removed the service charge. No chance in hell that a tip was being left although I would happily of left one, had this craziness at the end not occurred!

We were staying overnight in Keynsham and found this place by accident. We had an excellent meal, well cooked. Started with the poppadums, and chose something I'd never had before for my main on the basis of its description, and it was very good.

We went to cinnamon last night for a friends birthday.

Lovely staff and service. Food was amazing! Visited with my friends and we had a gelreat time. Will visit again

The waiter was American I think he must have been the scruffiest waiter I’ve ever seen and his hands were filthy couldn’t believe it

First and last time in this restaurant for me and my partner. Service was non exsistant and the owner arrogant. Table booked for 8.30 for over a month for a total of 15 people. We arrived slightly early and waited 40 mins to be shown to the table. We had poppadoms and bits. when someone asked for lime pickle a one man portion was brought to the table. When more was asked for the owner seemed put out and was flippant in his response, suggesting 15 people could share the amount supplied. No one brought menus or asked if anyone wanted drinks. After another 35/40 mins the menus arrived and we ordered. As it goes the food was nice so well done to the chefs but front of house was a complete disaster.

Owner tries make the experience personal, drinks flow quickly and the food is some of the best we’ve had. And we’ve tried a few. Hopefully stays on the right track.

I was passing through on business and decided on an Indian. Chose this restaurant at random and was well impressed. Good food and excellent service. To cap it all when I was leaving the weather had turned really bad, no taxis available. The owner just got his car and ran me back to my hotel. Thank you very much will be back.

I come here regularly and every time I do the food is perfect. Not once have I been disappointed with the food here. There may have been minor issues in the past with service but the management have resolved these now and I can not fault the staff or the service.

This place has always been my ‘go to’ curry house. The food has always been hot, tasty and of good quality. They will temper the spice to your specific requirements and the staff are always very friendly. Highly recommended!

We were not disappointed with this little place in the middle of the high street. The restaurant is a mixture of old and new as it’s just been taken over by new management and Ami, who is now running it explained that he is currently updating it a little a time. Carpet was old but the walls were newly painted. We could see that work was in progress. Menus (covers) were a little scruffy looking and in my opinion this is something that could so easily be remedied and a small detail but it makes a good first impression so I hope that this will be the next step in the improvement process! I liked the options and explanations of each meal offered.

I came here not thinking I was hungry It was a step above the run of the mill Indian Restaurant and worth the trip out of town

I am traveling on business and decided to eat here. The service was polite, attentive and professional. I consider myself a discerning Indian food customer and this was some of the best I've had. Complex spices and oozing with flavor. I had the chicken tikka achari and it was fantastic; well presented and incredibly tasty, my mouth was tingling. It's not cheap but worth every penny.

Went as part of a church group - excellent atmosphere, friendly staff and lovely clean tablecloths. The food was very reasonably priced and tasty. A good local venue which provided a relaxed and easy going evening. The staff worked hard to accommodate our large group.

Have been to this restaurant several times before, but this time will be the last. Had to wait for lager drinks as they had run out of gas for the pump. Portions were small but food quality OK. No desserts on the menu now. The staff were not very attentive and it was up to us to take their attention away from the bar area out of sight of the tables. The bill was wrong - it was £22 more than it should have been and wondering why? - not happy about having to get this corrected - even so we paid £25 per head for 1 course meal + poppadoms, coffee and service (which I begrudged). Not good value at all.

Visited tonight for dinner for two, I have to say the poor man serving us worked really hard!

Waited 20 mins for drinks to arrive. Then waited another 20 mins for the food order to be taken. 30 min wait for food to come to table when the restaurant has 3 tables. Then the plates came to the table. All dirty. Sent back. Starting to clear the glasses off the table when still quarter full. The food.... over priced for what the size of the dish is. Some of the staff are great and some are just plain rude.
