I was visiting Bath for a couple of days, and was looking for a late dinner. I found Rosa’s Thai very easily and had they’re fried rice with mushrooms. It was so good, I came back the second night! The staff, including Donna and Don, are absolute lovely and would suggest this place to anyone visiting the gorgeous city of Bath. Thank you very much for great service and tasty food!

Came in yesterday morning for a quick lunch. Our waitress Lily was so attentive and quick, and helped by giving us recommendations for me and our friend. Ended up with a pork flat noodles which was delicious! Will be returning

We went into Rosa’s Thai in Bath this evening for a family meal and were served by a lady called Donna. The whole experience was wonderful. Really good food, some amazing Thai drinks and I even enjoyed the low alcohol lager as I was driving. Donna is a very engaging and welcoming team member and made our experience very memorable.

Delicious food. Had to wait a long time for any service after initial delivery of food. Had to ask for more water. Had to ask for check. Servers weren't aware of us down in the basement. Enjoyed the ambience though.

Rosas is a good option for classic thai and Bath no exception. Friendly staff and good size portions. Wish for some more variety on menu than standard thai choices only suggestion. Nice to have lots of vegan options.

Just visiting Bath for the first time with my boyfriend and we just found that little Thai restaurant next to Roman baths just amazing.Food was what I was looking for and Dona was just superb, highly recommended to anyone who is visiting Bath for the first time

We shared a veggie platter to begin, the tofu was lovely as were the sauces. Personally not a huge fan of mint so was a little overwhelmed by some of the options (but this is personal taste) - well presented and great value. I had a Pad Thai for a Main which was amazing, the lotus root was a great addition and something I’d never tried before. My partner had the green Thai curry and said it was one of the best he’d ever had and the Roti was incredible! Would definitely recommend, and will Be back!

Would absolutely recommend Rosa’s Thai, the food was brilliant and so was the service. You have to get the pumpkin crackers, now I’ve had them, they are better than prawn crackers! The veggie starter platter was a great way to try a few different starters. The red curry has a kick and the pulled mushroom noodles were a lovely veggie treat!

We visited for some lunch, big fans of Thai food, Rosas did not disappoint by any means, friendly and attentive staff, topped off with the most amazing fresh food. This place is a hidden gem and a must stop when in Bath. We were that impressed by the food we purchased Rosa’s own cookbook for sale in the restaurant. 10*

Delicious food at a reasonable price with lovely and accommodating staff. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and tasty scrummy. Would have preferred the peanuts to be softer or bigger as one little bit hurt my teeth but be rest assured, I will definitely be back.

Really bad food I am afraid, starters were fine but the green curry was not hot (spicy) funny little chewy chunks of beef and overloaded with eggplant. The cocktails tasted watered down. To be fair, it was our 3rd choice Thai in bath having left it late to book but wont be going back. Service was good and friendly but not for me.

Heard good things about Rosa’s from our daughter in London so were hopeful….had to ask for our order to be taken (not a good sign!) calamari perfectly ok but Penang curry really not! Uncooked bits of aubergine and a few prawns floating in a huge bowl of sauce…when we pointed out that the aubergine was still virtually raw we were offered to change to another dish - got a pad Thai instead which was fine…tbf both dishes were removed from our bill and apologies offered…would we go back? Probably not…in a market as competitive as Bath Rosa’s will have to do a lot better…

Rosa's Thai in Bath proved to be an excellent choice for our Boxing Day alternative to the usual Christmas fair. The service and food was excellent, with just enough Christmas lighting to remind you that you're still in the depth of the festive season. I really cannot recommend Rosa's Thai enough. If you haven't visited it yet, then you should correct that right away. I will mention that there is wheelchair access and appropriate toilet facilities available.

Rosa's has won my heart as my favourite Thai restaurant! My partner and I had a fantastic evening, we really felt like we were given the time to relax and enjoy ourselves and the food properly :) A big extra thanks to the kitchen, and to our waiter Dom, who was friendly, helpful, and lovely to talk with. If you want to try something new, the signature stir fried aubergine dish was shockingly good!! I never knew aubergine could be made so deliciously creamy! Beautiful, perfectly spicy, sticky, and intensely umami. My partner had fried rice with pulled mushrooms, and that was also a winner - the mushroom texture was a big surprise, not rubbery in the slightest like you'd expect. The restaurant interior and atmosphere won me over too, it's warm and homey :) I might like the music a touch quieter, but I say that about most places!

We were in Bath shopping and called in for lunch. Had a tom yum soup which was lovely and just enough chilli . Also the chicken pad Thai.also very nice. We had a very pleasant and attentive server A little expensive but worth it for authentic Thai cuisine. Would recommend for lunch without hesitation.

Once upon a time this chain had a decent reputation. They've patently let that go. Everything we had was utterly bland, processed, uninteresting. No bright, sparky Thai flavours and service followed the same theme. Yet another place that proves that most chains just cannot do it - it's obviously run by bean counters. For a small place, Bath has a plethora of Thai eateries, most of which are very humdrum. Only Yum Yum manages to be authentic and delicious. Ignore the rest, especially Rosa's.

Great food and service in the Bath restaurant, been in one of the London sites wich was very good , and I can say the food was amazing here too . I enjoy the sharing platter marinated pork is my favourite along with chicken satay. For mains, I ordered the red duck pineapple curry enjoyed also with a good balance, sweet and spicy , full of flavours. For drinks, I had a nice cocktail pineapple and lime sour , good balance of flavour, and I was impressed with the price as all their cocktails were unde £10 which I think is a good value, majority of the places where I go are in the region of £10 to £15. Service was attentive, and even it wasn't busy, we felt welcomed, and we are looking forward to coming back .

First visit Rosa's thai restraurant in bath, what an experience, great atmosphere, waitress Jasica welcomed us very pleasantly whole through out the end Jesica was superb and very friendly young lady, two nepalese Chef Bibek and Chandra, they were both helped us to order food, and they're very kind and helpful. Food was delicious and fresh, good portion and very testy. Definitely will be back.

Great food for vegetarians and great service

I was very disappointed especially given the amount of Thai options in Bath you expect a relatively new comer to put the effort in both quality and delivery. The service was pleasant but slow - more interested in chatting with colleagues. The food was average at best and lacked the depth of flavour you get with Thai food just heat. And it is a premium price compared to other much better Thai in Bath. I wouldn’t return as Thai Basil, Charm, Salathai and Thai Balcony are far superior as is ThaiKuhn despite being a chain.

Rosa's Thai was a walk in choice and thank goodness we did. The food and service was amazing! We must have picked a great time as it was quiet when we came in but quickly filled up and they were having to turn people away because they were so popular! The service from Olivia and Jessica was friendly and they were always ready to help. We felt like we found a gem in Bath as the food was spectacular and had the hot kick that we wanted. The atmosphere was really special near the window where we sat! Thank you so much for such a lovely meal!

The food was nice and quite tasty. But the service was pretty poor, they definitely need some sort of manager/supervisor as the 3 young girls did not want to be there and this showed. We all agreed we would not return

The serving of the dishes were good for 2 people since my friend and I shared it with each other. The chicken green curry and pad thai were very appetizing and delicious. The staff were great and the place was cozy.

got the tom yam mushroom noodles (£12.38 with service charge) soup was very sour, enjoyed the chilli at the side that you can add into the soup to make it spicier. wouldn’t say it’s the most authentic, service and ambience was good

This was the worst meal that I have had in as long as I can remember. The chicken satay starter was under cooked, several of the dishes arrived cold. My noodle dish, the noodles were still crunchy. I sent the starter back which again I never do. Frightful experience.

We ordered a take away meal as had been recommended in another location . Dried out tasteless chewy sate , passable spring rolls , watery green Thai curry almost inedible due to amount of chilli - very tiny pieces of chicken in a watery soup and same with the prawns . No rice included . £43 !!!! Shocking . Very disappointing .

A deeply dispiriting experience when having lunch here recently. Having lived in Thailand for several years, I know what Thai food should be like - and this was not it. I ordered Pad Krapao, a dish usually made from minced pork, with holy basil, chilies and sometimes beans. The only options were chicken or tofu (ugh??), so I opted for chicken. What arrived as a small bowl of bits of chicken with beans and onion, floating in a pool of what appeared to be soy sauce. Pad krapao it was not. The ambience was minimal, with somewhat loud pop music playing and a disinterested waitress, drifting around the place. For this "service", a 15% service charge - not clearly advertised - was added to the bill, making the whole experience deeply dispiriting. There are plenty of other Thai restaurants in Bath and I would recommend others to avoid this place.

Delicious Thai cuisine, slightly marred from our experience of imperfect service. Booked a meal on Friday eve of 13 Oct. Our waitress give us our bill, before we had completed our meal - still half a bottle of wine left to drink too!

We stopped in at lunchtime for something quick and tasty. We got the nam manao lemonade and butterfly pea flower to drink, and the nam manao was nicer! My friend didn’t like mushrooms and was advised to keep them in by the waiter as she said they didn’t taste like mushrooms, and she was right they were yum! The food came and it was nice but nothing too special in my opinion. We thought the food was nice but the bill was more than expected due to a £5 mandatory service charge. Was tasty but not our favourite!

I ordered a vegetarian fried rice for take away and I was given a non vegetarian one.

Tried as opposed to regular thai khun. Worst masaman. Swapped for panang but equally has bad. Stodgy Thai gravy. Complete offence to the Thai cuisine. However, the mango sticky rice was good.

Very delicious food, the cashew chicken stir fry was amazing. The popcorn prawns and sweetcorn fritters were a winner too. It was great to sit outside too in the hotter weather too. Service was great and efficient.
