Personal acogedor y amable. Menú limitado a pasteles - pero buenos.

absolutely the best ever cinnamon rolls i’ve tasted . Warm, fresh and gooey . The staff that were working on Friday 5Jan were so lovely . Taking the time to talk through the menu options and were really welcoming

Expected much more. Overpriced for what you have and not the best rolls I’ve ordered. Wouldn’t return.

Came here recently with friends - after talking about visiting for a long time, we finally made it! It's a very small shop, but the cinnamon aroma hits you as soon as you walk through the door. I went for the classic cinnabon - low price considering the huge portion you get, it was a challenge to finish, but tasted amazing! Service was fast and friendly. Overall, a great experience that was well worth the wait!

I only visited here fleetingly with someone as they were buying some cinnamon buns. The member of staff serving was quick and efficient. I can't comment on the quality of the cinnamon buns offered, however the one bought by the person I was with had a lovely, sweet aroma! The prices weren't exactly cheap, but four cinnamon buns weren't 'bad value for money'. Only disadvantage is that the surface area of this place is quite small, so queueing at busy times may be awkward. Having said this, when passing, I've never seen a massive queue coming out this place. It should be noted that this is not a 'café' or 'restaurant', meaning it's a shop/bakery, not an eatery. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone with a sweet tooth in need of a cinnamon bun fix!

Unbelievable bad service.received only half of what we ordered and milk shake cups only half full..when confirming the staff the answer I got was-what’s the problem!! In the end we finally got what we ordered and came home, only to find out we had not got the 8 dips we ordered…Not impressed and most likely never going back because of bad service/staff

My first time at a TGI Friday, and my first time eating out at Speke Retail. Won't be doing either again after this visit. I came in with my mum and daughter on a Sunday afternoon after trying Zizzi's and getting told they were closing down due to lack of customers and barely had any ingredients. TGI's similarly had very few people dining despite a busy shopping park outside. The atmosphere inside was was grim. More staff than customers, and we still got poor service with long waits on our drinks and food. Rather than once checking on us, the management where running around having loud, obnoxious conversations with each other and some of the customers about operational issues affecting the business. Really bizarre. Then the food. Shockingly bad value for money. £20 for a bog standard burger and chips. £7 for a side of onion rings. None of it was that good either. Really average. These restaurants are under a lot of pressure due to overheads and inflation, I get it. But nobody is eating in them because they're just too expensive for what they are.
