The base of the paper bag was very wet. When I lifted it out of the plastic bag, the food fell through the paper bag and the mint sauce spilt over the floor.

Rude when called to chase food and no apology nor apology from driver who refused to give me the receipt

Food was in general really good.. Unfortunately the nan tasted like rubber! Everything else was great though and delivery was on time. So I would happily order from them again. Would be 5 star across the board if the bread was better.

Food wasn’t great at all, really disappointing actually. it might be a bit cheaper, but the quality was really bad. we had butter chicken, somehow the sauce was a strange yellow colour and had solidified. only several bits of chicken were in the sauce. naan was cold/hard. bhajees disintegrated when you tried to eat them. wasn’t great, so won’t be ordering again. waste of money.

Sag paneer is made with paneer cheese not melting cheddar!!!!!! Will not be ordering again.

Very nice staff, quality of the food can vary a bit, its usually very good, sometimes average, sometimes fantastic. Portion sizes can be a bit small, but I'd rather that than lower quality.

all that was ordered was good with exception that we ordered a peshwari Nan but receive a cheese Nan! arrived 20 mins earlier than advised.

A lovely meal for 2 which arrived 10 minutes early nice and warm. Our go to Indian.

When chutneys are good , they're unbeatable. Yes the order was late but what's 10 mins in the scheme of things when the food was on the money .. delivery driver polite and friendly and the food was very tasty.

Want to leave an honest review. First time ordering from here and I have to say it was a big disappointment. Firstly ordered garlic nanns and we were sent all plain. They were chewy and not very fresh. Popodoms were greasy and stale, couldn’t eat them. Curry was ok, not very tasty. Meal was £10 more expensive than my usual place and it just wasn’t worth it. Sad to say I won’t be ordering again..

Lovely tasty food but I have to say I was dissapointed in the small portion sizes. You would expect more of it or at least a free popadom

Very disappointing - I placed the order and accepted a 45 minutes delivery time - after I accepted the restaurant added another 30 minutes to it and then were even late to that - I called to ask why this was and the manager was very rude saying I shouldn’t even call, plus once it arrived the food wasn’t that hot and very average. Won’t use again- very poor service.

The food has arrived cold. We’ve had to put it in the oven to reheat. It’s already been in for 5 mins and still totally cold. Such a shame as their food is normally good.

Majority of food was good but rice was cold. Papadums weren't delivered. Delivery was ordered for 7pm, restaurant changed that to 7.25pm and it finally arrived at 7.50pm. It was New Years Day though so did expect them to be very busy.

Curry was absolutely lovely and it was delivered less that 20 minutes after I placed my order. Can’t wait to order from them again!

I was not happy with the customer service i received. firstly my order time was delayed by 25 minutes and then my food did not arrive until 20 minutes after that time. I telephoned the restaurant when my order was late and received terrible customer service who did not care about the delay. The person had a very rude attitude and did not resolve my problem at all.. Once they had finally arrived the curries had leaked in the bag contaminating each curry, The poppadoms were completely crushed. My younger sister does not like spicy food and the hot curry had leaked everywhere. I am not satisfied again and as a frequent customer having received numerous orders which have been late before I will not be returning. I would not recommend ordering from here to anyone after this dreadful experience.

First time ordering from Just Eat, decided to try. Chicken Tikka Main could have been described better as I was under the impression of it being a Chicken Tikka curry! Extremely big portions so could share between two. Food was tad bit cold on arrival - original arrival time was 18:15 although Chutneys moved it to 18:25 so was expecting arrival later and arrived at 18:10. Deliveryman has a loud knock, I thought the door was coming down.

Food arrived 30 mins early - over the moon with that! However, upon delivery I realised I was given the wrong curry. I called Chutneys, explained my problem and the correct curry was at the door 10 mins later, the delivery driver very polite & apologetic. Everything was hot and delicious. Chicken was falling apart just the way I like it. Will order again. Thank you, Chutneys staff!

Disappointed with the food. The onion bhaji was soggy, the lamb in the balti was chewy and overall it wasn't very tasty unfortunately.

Nicest Indian we've had in a long time turned up early we had picked delivery asap and pipping hot.

Food was really average. Butter chicken had a really strange colour/thickness. Pilau rices essentially was boiled rice with a few bits in. Tasteless/bland. Onion bhajee went straight in the bin and were inedible. Naan bread was standard. They added 30 mins to order once placed which is abysmal. It wasn't even a weekend and I'd have gone elsewhere if order wasn't already paid for. Suggest ring before for an accurate delivery time. Food did eventually come earlier, but this was disappointing as we weren't expecting it. Wish the delivery times were accurate. A real shame. Spend more and order Kathmandu, it's amazing quality compared to others within Fleet, although it is pricey.

Food was hot, delicious and excellent quality as usual.

Normally everything top notch at chutneys. The taka Dahl was cooked with lots of ghee/oil which was awful to be honest. And when served lots of oil was sitting at the top

Asked for the food to be delivered at 22.10 as I was still at work, came 21.50 and I wasn't even finished at work. Luckily someone was around to answer the door

Lovely food. The Chutney's Special was very nice, as was the mixed platter starter. Only minor complaint was the pilau rice portion was far smaller than other restaurants.

Brilliant and very tasty food. The guys always maintain a consistent standard.The Chicken Roshni is fantastic with just the right amount of heat.

My korma was very spicy, didn't enjoy and my little boy had to throw his in the bin! Will order again if it's not so spicy

Very nice food and speedy delivery. Poppadoms and dips for starters and Chicken Dupiaza with Pilau Rice for Main with a Cauliflower side dish. All very tasty.

Delivery took longer then the stated time, but they have been well before the delivery time on the last two orders I've had so I won't hold this against them. The chicken tikka starter didn't taste cooked so I didn't eat it.

Was very dissatisfied with my food order. The curry is usually excellent but this time it had not tasted like it should have, made me feel unwell after eating.

Food was ok, bit bland for what we ordered. Jalfrezi wasn't hot like stated... Delivery was slow, an hour and 20 mins!

We have used them before and are sorry to report this was not a good experience. The food was quite cold on delivery and the quality of the chicken dish was not as tasty as usual. It was tasteless by comparison in fact.

Excellent service. In general the food was good- slightly disappointed with the shrivelled chapati, lack of cheese in the cheese naan and curry could have been more flavoursome. Great mushroom rice!

Dahl was almost cold and egg fried rice was ridiculously packed with large slices of onion rather than egg. This was my first time trying Chutneys and I found it very off putting.

The order was delivered on time however it was cold and the sauce was congealed as if it wasn't cooked through.. The rice was watery and kema nann was more like a plain nann.

Wrong things delivered, food warm, normally excellent but today awful!

Usually excellent however on my chicken Roshney they used the outer skin of the onion and there was only four pieces of Chicken within the dish.The Honey Chicken Tikka Masala was delicious though.

Have had many deliveries from chutneys and their food quality and service always excellent, one occasion was a missed mains and this was rectified within 15mins, brilliant reliable service and will continue to regularly use.

Meal was good arrived hot but later than expected. Only downside was a lack of chicken in both dishes, yet a lot of sauce . I would order again but only if the chicken pieces increased

25 minutes late, ordinary nan instead of peshwari, 4 ordinary popadoms and two spicy popadoms instead of 2 ordinary and 4 spicy popadoms ordered. Worst of all the whole meal cold but non the less very tasty. Called the restaurant to find out why delayed to be told they are very busy and that food was already on its way . Take away 3 minutes from home yet arrived 15 minutes after call!!!! Not a good service I am afraid .

Food tasteless. watered down mint sauce. Rung back to speak to the staff, but they hung up. Gone down hill fast. Robbers and have no idea about Indian cuisine. Will never return. Disappointed. Very bad customer service.

Service and food were great. Love Indian food and it certainly ticked the right boxes for me. Portion size are a little smaller than others but it's not a massive issue.

Not Very Good I am afraid we ordered Lamb bhuna and got Lamb Korma it has been eaten I would have thought quite clear the difference Dissapointed wont use these people again

Delivery took 1hr 20mins had to phone Chutneys who weren't very helpful! The food wasn't as good as normal! Bombay aloo was cold so was naan

Deadful, the salad has hot wilted and inedible, the bread has cold and hard, and the rest of the meal luke warm. Ordered at 7.10, and advised delivery would be 7.50, turned up at 8.25 - what a waste of £20+

The delivery was quick. However the food was only just warm when it came!! And the chicken in the curry was very dissapointing, very poor quality and to be honest was disgusting! I would never order from here again due to the food.
