We had a pre-reserved table for lunch on a children's day out but when we were seated we were told that the wait for food was 1 hour! Obviously children can't wait that long for food and so we had to abandon the table and find somewhere else to eat on a saturday lunch with no notice, which of course totally wrecked a carefully timetabled day.

Lovely welcoming staff. Three of us had a roast dinner today Pork and Beef, very generous portions. Great service will be back, thanks for a lovely afternoon.

Great pub New refurb, it's cool without being staged and fake. If you ask the friendly landlords the story behind the art work, they're happy to tell you Really warm environment. Love the inclusion of board games round the bar to play. Darts and pool available for those who want them. Great selection of drinks and snacks. New favourite bar for us!

Came here with a friend after a long time, the staff were able to give us a good idea of what meals and deals might suit us, all very friendly

First time back at what used to be an old favourite- 6 ladies who meet up for lunch monthly. Totally spoilt by an unrestrained DOG who peed on one of our handbags! ! Can you believe the selfishness of the dog owners and also the LA management who allow dogs into a food environment?! Needless to say we won’t be returning, plenty of other places to choose from.
