food tiny portions pictures are deceiving don't bother

The delivery guy was really nice

I asked for delivery to be 21:30 and it arrived at 22:02

had to wait almost 2 hours to get it delivered it said it would be delivered by 7 20 but wasn't delivered until 8 40

The delivery time kept changing and when it arrived my curry sauce had spilt all over.

Ladies on the front are not well manared.

the take away blamed the lack of drivers and the driver said take away was late.

Food is amazing from here but the portions are not as they say . Large portions and they put in 4-5 chicken pieces. Pay so much money and it’s gone up but the portions have gone smaller

Food never arrived. Delivery driver gave it to another customer and offered us their food. The food was 30 minutes late as it was and we rejected the random food order. Disaster.

Food was very cold wasn’t right order and ended up binning it won’t be ordering from there again

Food was tasty, not as warm as I would expect and one of the orders was wrong, with a double portion of one of the items instead of the three different item ordered.

The food is really good Expecially the spring rolls . I highly recommend

This chopstix is by far the BEST I have been to. I can’t believe how fresh & tasty they do their noodles & rice boxes. Always full of flavour too. Thanks!

Absolutely shocking like it’s been sat in a scaby window for 3 weeks then microwave thickest sauce ever wouldn’t feed that to a starving African on Siberia

awful. qued for ages, got my food to takeaway, I sat down opened the box to find out if paid just over £8 for a box of noodles and about 4 pieces of chicken and hardly any veg.. it’s a bit unfair to be giving such small portions of toppings compared to noodles for the price I wouldn’t recommend this one at all. Have been to other chopstix in different cities and received much better boxes and have been happy with them.

I had to go find rider. He could have found me but he was complaining and I didn’t get a code so I searched outside in the cold for it. I ordered delivery to stay in not go outside and the service was terrible.

Amazing food. Lots of choice (and the menu changes every time I come here). The staff are exceptionally kind and considerate. The place is card only and I forgot but they allowed us to begin eating our food while I got money transferred to my card. The staff are also patient and very understanding. My only (mild) complaints is that it gets stressful when there is a queue because I feel like im in a rush to choose from the ever changing array of toppings.

It is alright food, and it arrived nice and warm. But 2 of the pots of chicken were missing, and portion sizes are small

The service was pleasant and wholesome. When asking about the Student Discounts they were very accommodating! Food tasted delightful and the music was a great addition to an already cool visit. It was calm, not too crowded and clean, I definitely would go back again.

Lovely food. 1st time in the place and was not disappointed the food is tasty and filling for a decent price. Also the staff were very helpful especially as i didnt know what i initially wanted. Special mention to Dan as he was extremely helpful and didnt rush me and was informative

The store was very busy and not many staff but the colleague Oscar I believe was his name in an orange top was very polite to all the customers and was doing about 4 different things at the same time. And let every customer know about about downloading the app for extra food and asking if we are students /NHS. We were just presently surprised by his customer service so hopefully this can be passed on to him. 30/9/24 around 2:45 pm.
