Fantastic as always, so tasty and delivered nice and hot.

Excellent, three of us were ordering something different and every aspect was really nice and flavourful. Chicken Dumpling is amazing!

Very impressed everything g was nice tasted authentic and fresh. Love how the mutton isn’t dry and has plenty gravy. Fish fry was spot on and chicken strips! Happy with portions size for price too, thanks!

The mutton and rice dishes were great and Tasted amazing! I also ordered a portion of ackee and saltfish but unfortunately the tub was full of ackee and very very little saltfish!! I think I counted 4 small pieces! Disappointed with this dish.

I’ve ordered a couple times from this place and each time… the food just hitsss man. I ordered the wrong main last time (my own fault) and was a bit skeptical trying the brown stew chicken as it has to be cooked right but nevertheless A&W delivered!

Had to run around the estate looking for my driver would like some of my refund back for my order, please. As my order is cold i need to warm it up as ordered last time, and it was wrong and stuff was not in. The order and did not get a refund.

Never had Carribbean food before and I've always wanted to try it. Ordered for delivery. Got oxtail stew which came with rice and beans, and a patty. The stew was so tasty, the sauce was amazing. Was so good mixing it up with the rice and beans. I've never had oxtail before and it was delicious. Reason I didn't give it a 5th star was that I found a piece of sharp plastic near the end of my meal that might have broken off a container, didnt see it in there but felt it in my mouth, good thing I didn't swallow it lol. Sad as it was super tasty, but human errors happen.

Food wise, best Jamaican takeaway spot in Sherwood and Carrington area. Prices are standard for any takeaway nowa days. Restaurant area is clean and neat. Customer Service is chaotic, the chef is bright but can cook. Customer service just gives authentic Jamaican takeaway haha. It is what it is.. never had a bellyache eating from A&W. Confused as to why they don’t have a menu board up with prices. I just go off the online prices cba to ask and get attitude

food was amazing. Had the boneless chicken curry. Scraped my plate clean. Mrs had the mutton curry, absolutely loved it. cannot fault anything. will definitely be ordering again

Hard to find a good Caribbean spot that is fresh and a good value for money. Mutton was a lovely portion chicken strips crunchy juicy and fresh Mac and cheese is one of the best I’ve ever had. dumplings nice size Only downfall was the plantain tasted a bit old/burnt oil. And rice was a bit dry Overall, would definitely order again great value for money

Shocking poor and very disappointing service. The food is overpriced for what you get and the price gets bumped up without any confirmation before you pay. The attitude of the staff is very poor and I shouldn’t have to explain that I want a meal all together and not in separate containers?! I will not be returning here

I was pretty surprised that the box of ackee and saltfish was just half to 3/4 filled. I don't mind paying the increased prices for takeaway these days but the volume of food being packaged is ridiculous. so we are suffering both inflation and shrinkflation. I won't be ordering from here again.

Where do I begin. Not authentic Caribbean food. Poor customer service over the phone. Small portions yet ordered large. Further, the oxtail and plantain too oily. The plantain was burnt.

Ordered from here quite a lot - never really had issues, just the odd item missing. Tonight they didn’t send a drink and sent the wrong rice, I called and was told the lady was to busy to say she didn’t have the drink and she had already boxed up the rice so didn’t have time to change it. I explained I was disappointed and all I got was ‘I’m busy, what do you want me to do, I’m swamped’, the lady was very rude! Lost a customer tonight.

Went here on my birthday. Staff were really friendly n accommodating. Took the time to explain dishes to my daughters. Who aren't familiar with Carribbean food. I've been back three times since for takeaway. As I live 25 miles away.

Food order not prepared on collection, despite pre-order the night before. Salty, horrible curried chicken, mushy ackee and salt fish- not fit for consumption. The bit I did eat, came up straight away, not surprising after finding out the establishment only has 3 stars for food hygiene. Avoid.

This genuinely exceeded my expectations, the oxtail was perfect, it even reminded me of home in London! The free fried dumplings was a delightful surprise too. The whole meal was just absolutely perfect

Bad service, food took forever and was below average. Had to call several times to chase food delivery. Ended up collecting our food as we waited two hours for our food to be delivered

I ordered food from here and the food never turned up due to a delivery driver not collecting it, I was refused a refund because of this. Can someone explain how the customer should lose out because the restaurant cannot deliver? I will be taking this further.

Went in for some mutton curry, ackee and saltfish, mac and cheese with rice and peas. Quickly prepared for a take out, and excellent value, only just over £20 for all the meal. Delicious flavours, and more than enough to share for 2

The best Caribbean food in Nottingham. The mac and cheese is super fresh cheesy and good portion size. The oxtail and mutton always comes in a separate pots and not ontop of the rice. The veg and coleslaw is fresh and well seasoned. The only downfall and i’ve ordered these around 3/4 times. Are the chicken strips. They get reheated too much which in turn leads them not to be fresh and chewy. But apart from that the food is amazing quality, well seasoned good cuts of meat. Also the lady who cooks the food is very polite
