The staff at Chopstix Cobham Services were the true highlight of our visit. Adrian, Orpy, Anowar, and Srithika were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our experience all the more enjoyable. While we enjoyed the Salt Pepper Chicken.

Foolishly I thought I'd give Putney Chopstix a second go and what a mistake that was! I had red Thai chicken curry which was cheap rubbish and tasted of nothing. Really all the food is dreadful and a total waste of money. Avoid.

I have been a customer of Chopstix since 2015 for Wood Green and Reading branches. I have moved to London and now eat at the newly opened centre at Croydon. On Saturday, Sep 30th I went to Brixton branch for lunch. The service was terrible. I asked for tap water, the lady was about to give me the water but upon manger's instruction the lady did not. I asked why is it so, they serve tap water at other branches and not here. The manager replied the machine is not working. After requesting water again he reluctantly gave me the bottle from the fridge. The customer service was awful. There were no chopstix. No salt sachets were see. I had to ask for it, later he removed it from the counter and gave it to me. Red spoons which indicate for non-veg dishes were put in vegetarian potato wedges. Overall, the centre looked like a family run store who were reluctant to do business rather than a brand happy to serve customers, very disappointed.

Today I went to Chopstix WoodGreen and was pleasantly surprised with Amber fantastic personality and professionalism. The food is absolutely fantastic and fresh and the other reason it is halal. Amber is an excellent wonderful courteous smiling lady who goes over and beyond to help you. I like the way she listens to you and advises you of what to have. Her personality is magnetic and she is such a brilliant employee for Chopstix WoodGreen. I hope the company truly promotes her and looks after in everyway. As you in the food industry, it is so difficult in my view to find someone like Amber. Keep up the amazing work Amber and definately a 5 star review to you. Saad Ali London, UK

I have visited this place and I don’t recommend it to anyone! I found a plastic fork piece in the noodles.. the service was absolutely disgusting. There was an older person before me in the que and he asked for separate boxes so that it doesn’t get soggy on the way, they said they will not do it because they have a policy of one box which makes no sense at all! He was so upset but took only the noodles! Absolutely humiliating! Do not recommend!

Fui a Chopstix el 9 de marzo de 2018 con mi hija. Hemos estado allí muchas veces antes de sentarnos y llevar, pero no desde los nuevos propietarios. Estábamos comiendo ayer. Al comenzar a comer la comida, me doy cuenta de que el sabor no era como en el pasado cuando comí allí. La comida tenía el sabor desagradable más desagradable, dejando un sabor muy gracioso en la boca. Mi hija también mencionó el mismo desagradable sabor en su boca. Tuvimos que tirar nuestra comida porque ya no podíamos comer. Para agregar, fue toda la comida, como probado en pedazos individuales y obtuve el mismo sabor horrible. Incluso después de tener jugos, el sabor permaneció. Al llegar a casa todavía estaba allí. ¿Qué le aconseja a su personal que ponga en la comida? Ciertamente no estaremos comiendo allí de nuevo. I went here for lunch I had two fillings Chinese chicken curry, salt & pepper chicken and egg fried rice (£6.50). Really tasty you have to judge this fairly, good food, good price!

I had these food after a few beers and thought it would be perfect. However, it was unbelievably greasy and made me feel very uneasy. I understand greasy deep fried chicken, but why was the rice so greasy?

Lo encontramos de casualidad buscando algo de comer. El personal muy educado pero no hablaban inglés, no fue un impedimento ya que señalando la gente de entiende. Pedimos dos medium size, aunque perfectamente podríamos haber pedido el small por la cantidad que era muy abundante. Los topping de pollo son deliciosos, principalmente el chicken caramel y ojo con el sweet chili thai porque pica al punto de hacer transpirar. Bastante bien de precio, teniendo en cuenta que el salir a comer en Londres no es nada barato. Muy buen lugar!

He estado en un montón de noodle bar en Londres y los aromas desde fuera es bastante similar a otros noodle bar. Pero la parte no es enorme, como otros, y el sabor no es hasta la marca. Aunque es barato y bastante abundante.

Estoy realmente indecisos en este. La perspectiva de poder escoger sus carnes y principal atractivo pero es realmente los sabores son contradictorios.

A long day visiting the sights of London.. We weren't very hungry as temperature was muggy, so opted for a light bite.. I remembered the noodle bar from previous years, so we decided to stop off.. A regular size box was far more than enough to fulfil our hunger pangs.. I chose the salt & pepper chicken, my daughters opted for the spicy chicken ( chilli kicks back) & vegetables.. Tasty & quick snack, worth a visit..

There are plenty of noodle bars in London, and plenty of other restaurants in South Kensington. This seems to go for fairly bland, comparative expensive warmish stuff served up by harassed staff in a cafe atmosphere which is regularly overwhelmed by hordes of teenage tourists . You can do better

Average fast food. What you would expect from this sort of fast food place. Caramel chicken was sweet as you would expect, but okay. Sweet and sour and chilli chicken spicy. Good fried rice. Would visit again if we arre in a hurry.

i went to the woodgreen branch. very good value for money and tasty however not enough choices of toppings and most of the time theyre sold out on the topping but overall very good

Went to the Bedford branch. The chicken is halal, I don't want to eat any halal meat and there are no vegetarian options. I had noodles and spicy potatoes which were both cold. The bottled water comes from abroad, not that we don't have enough water in this country. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I would have rated no stars, but was unable to do so.

Limited offering yet wholly effective. Simplicity is key, the food is good enough albeit not exciting. Great for 'on the go', although a shame they don't take card as had to locate a cash point. Not the cleanest place, but the food did the job I needed it to!

Not a huge selection of food but what they do is really tasty in a 'street food' way. We sat down in the restaurant and it was basic, the toilet was clean but not spanking clean. Disappointed with the crispy pancake roll as it was very very greasy so that was left, but aside from that it was really good. Price to me was excellent.

Bit disappointed to find that the size of the takeaway boxes have halved!! Still enough for a nice lunch and the food was OK, not sure what is in the toppings as they all taste the same!

I have been visiting the one in South Kensington. There is a really huge selection of restaurants and boulangerie in the area but I wanted something warm and cheap. I made a huge mistake.This place is really terrible: the food is disgusting, seriously, the atmoshere is awful. Sincerly,there is nothing positive about this 'restaurant'.Go somewhere else, maybe you will spend a little bit more but you will eat something you will appreciate. I am sure.

It’s a small restaurant with limited menu. So please limit your expectations as well or else you have many other restaurant serving a la carte at a high price near by.I sometimes wonder why people have to expect a lot for just few pounds they pay for their meal. According to me with the price 5.50 what these people charge is a beautiful price for the delicious combo they offer.The food is served in a disposable box 3 size I guess depends what you prefer. We usually go in for the triple combo 5.50 pounds. You can choose either rice or noodles as your base along with 2 gravies. All this is fitted in that box. Serving is good enough for one person.We like it a little spicy so the Thai curry and crispy chicken what they serve is just too good.Lot of seating area where you can relax and enjoy you meal. Staff is very friendly.Just a step away from subway station.Definitely can recommend.

I visited this afternoon, looking for some thing fast and tasty.Big mistake, the food I ordered was horrible. I had a box with noodles, rice and potato curry, there was a nasty taste on the food like burnt oil, I just couldn't eat it. It was certainly the worse food I have ever received when eating out.The bathroom was also horrible and smelly, with a broken lock and no toilet paper.

My boyfriend and I had a quick, cheap lunch here mid-week when visiting the Natural History Museum. The food was really tasty, great value for money (you get 3 different food choices in a box for £5.50 and they give you a lot) and there was a lot to choose from. Drinks were an average price. Its in a great location next to South Kensington tube station. The service isn't great, no smiles or pleasantries from the staff and they're a little rude but this is fairly common in small, cheap restaurants in London. They also don't take card at the moment either. Having said this I would go again for a quick lunch if I was in the area.

There are many Chopstix Noodle bars but, the one I use is in Thurloe Street near South Kensington station. Whenever I'm in the area, with 30 mins the spare, I drop in to this place for a medium box of chicken noodles, caramel chicken and salt and pepper chicken - 3 items and a soda £6.50 - who can argue with that in South Kensington? Sure, the place ain't the Ritz. Sure, the service is "businesslike". Sure, you can only have what's available. Sure, you get to eat out of a cardboard box with a plastic spoon. But, it's tasty, flavoursome, filling, and beats the $hi7 out of MacDonalds.Shame on the reviewers who complain that it's not as good as noodle bars in the US - the clue is, it's not in the US! And, what's more, the staff don't expect a 20% tip. So, wake up and smell the Chopstix noodles - you won't go hungry if you eat here. But, just a word of warning - go easy with the chili oil (that's the stuff that lurks in a white bowl on the table looking innocent and tempting) any more than one spoonful, sparingly spread on your noodles, is guaranteed to destroy all feeling in your lips for at least 30 mins!

I'm not sure how many people will "get this" comparison, but Chopstix Noodle Bar is a low rent Panda Express. Also, I'm suspicious of restaurants who have cutesy misspellings in their names. My husband and I grabbed a quick lunch here prior to hitting the Natural History Museum. It's a westernized Chinese quick serve, where you pick your options and it's dished up in front of of you. I had orange chicken and chow mien. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. It's greasy fast-food. I had low expectations that were met. Came across this noodle bar while shopping in Wood Green (Primark!), this has got to be one of the best places for value for money Chinese food. you get a choice of noodles or rice as a base then a choice of two toppings, various chicken or vegetables. two sizes medium or large in boxes. a dish of chilli in oil is available if you want to spice your meal up! all for £4.50 or £5.50I have been back many times fo lunch or to take away, 1 4.50 box is ample for 2 persons

Siamo stati una sera a mangiare in questo Noodle Bar nel quartiere South Kensington..Con 5.50 £ potevamo avere la porzione grande con tre pietanze diverse: noodle, riso alla cantonese e un'altra pietanza a scelta (io ho preso del pollo in agrodolce un po' piccante). Per gli schizzinosi, sappiate che viene servito tutto nello stesso contenitore in carta! :) C'è qualche tavolino all'interno e sembra essere un buon compromesso per mangiare al coperto in modo spartano senza spendere troppo in una città cara come Londra.

Yesterday I went to chopstix south Kensington busy but nice place. The food was quiet good value. For £5.5 you get a big box，delicious, you can not go wrong with this one.

We went here on Father's Day... but wished we hadn't!The food was hardly 'Chinese'- sausages, onion rings, chips, hash browns..!Everything was either cold, tasteless or burnt and the only desert were orange segments which were dry! The staff were fairly neglectful and it felt like we were at a children's adventure playground! Although £7.99 may seem a cheap price for the heart of London, you're better off going to the McDonald's next door! Definitely not worth the money!!!

Busy restaurant right by the London Eye, Dungeons, Aquarium, Film Museum etc. Pay £7.99 for a plate & eat as much as you like. Tasty food, reasonable choice but hectic! Layout could be better & expect to share your table with strangers but good "pit stop" on a day out in London.

Before we did a ride on the London eye we had lunch at this resturant. For £8 we had an all you can eat buffet. The food was very well prepared and tasty. I had the best sweet sour chicken ever. It is less than 50 meters form the eye conveniently located

We had been into the Film Museum and wanted lunch. It was either this place, Macdonalds or the cafe in the same building.It's £7.99 to eat all you like, pay your money on entry to get a plate, buy a drink, find a seat and choose your food.All of the "chinese" dishes with meat involve chicken. No pork/duck etc etc. They also have hash browns, plastic triangular chicken and sausages.We go to our local all you can eat chinese a fair bit so I am used to the concept but I didnt enjoy Chopstix. The best thing from the selection for me was the sausages!It was a convenient, cheap place to fill up but I would not rush to go back.If you are in the area of the London Eye/Dungeons or London Film Museum

We discovered this restaurant when we came out of the London Dungeons with a group of 11 children and 3 adults.The staff were friendly and the food was good value for money. We were really well looked after by the manager. What more could we ask for right in the heart of London ! I could see Big Ben from my window while we enjoyed our meal. Thank you to All the staff who made us feel welcome. It was a great end to what was an awesome day!

Roy was a great help! He showed me what they were offering for a vegan like me. Getting a huge meal in the middle of London facing the London Eye for that great price is a blast!!

Summery£8.00 for each as much as you like. Food looks ok but it tastes absolutely foul. Some of it doesn't even taste like food more rubber. The restaurant was dirty food on the floor including on the table I was on from the previous person. Limited variety and flat drinks (nice). Even the cutlery had to be looked at carefully you need to be courteous because 2 lots were still dirty!

Me and my friends had just got back from a day trip to Great Yarmouth. We were looking for a nice little place for a spot of lunch. The food looked alright but the taste was bland and greasy, a little while later I was sick in the toilets. I would have rather had a piece of maggotty stinking bread. Avoid Chopstix Norwich restaurant at all costs, HOLLA.

Ci sono tanti piatti ovviamente orientali (no giaponnese) + patatine, onion rings (molto buone) e filetto di pesce fritto per personalizzare il vostro fish and chips.In questo, come in tanti altri posti del genere a Londra, non potrete MAI pagare con la carta, ma solo con il cash, quindi siate preparati!

If I could give this place a negative number of stars, I would.We went to this Chopstix near the London Eye because it appeared to be a quick, convenient place to get a bite to eat (self-serve buffet style Chinese cuisine) after a busy day of sightseeing.When we approached the counter to pay for the buffet, the first thing the gal said to us was, "We're closing soon". When asked how "soon", she replied in an hour as per the hours posted. We figured that for a fast food, buffet restaurant, an hour would be plenty of time, so we said we'd stay. She then proceeded to try and dissuade us by saying, "Well, we won't be putting any more food out, so you'd better take a look and see if it's okay." We took a look and there seemed to be plenty of food left at the warming tables, so we decided to stay. No sooner had we started eating, than staff members began cleaning out the warming trays, sweeping the floor and stacking chairs onto the tables!! This was with at least another 40 minutes left until their official closing time and with at least 8 or 9 groups of people still in the restaurant. I have never seen this done in a restaurant that is still officially open - done maybe after-hours when there might be a few stragglers left, but never when they are still supposed to be OPEN. By the time we went to take a look at available desserts (still a good 20 minutes left until closing), the food had all been consolidated into just a few trays, ready to be taken away. The staff were joking around with each other and one of the women (the manager?) was telling them to hurry up because she wanted to leave on time! It was obvious they were trying to get the few tables still in the establishment OUT. The staff have no clue about customer service. I'm sure the only reason they survive is because of the cheap price and the captive audience in a great London eye location.Horrible experience! Will never go back and will be warning others.

Came here on a whim as we starving and lured by the "All you can eat for £7.99" deal. Food didn't look bad, not much choice and not enough Oriental dishes (unless you count chips, hash brown, sausages, breaded fish and onion rings) to call itself an Oriental restaurant. The sweet and sour chicken tasted like orange squash and everything else was rather greasy. Staff were friendly enough but the place was quite dirty with half eaten food on the floor.Nice view of the Thames from the window though.Needless to say, we would not reccommend it.

I have been surprised by the volume of negative reviews this place has got, so I thought I would give my opinion.Firstly, you have to bear in mind exactly what Chopstix is doing. A chinese buffet, in central London, for 8 quid. Anywhere else in the country, that would be good value. Next to the London Eye, opposite the Houses of Parliament, that is unbelievable value for money. So if you are expecting high quality, look elsewhere.We stopped here for a quick bite to eat after going on the Eye. We wanted something quick and easy, and we got it. The food isn't going to win any awards, but we were all satisfied with it - the soup, when supplemented with some additional vegetables, was pretty good and the noodles were fine.If you need a quick refuelling stop on a busy day sightseeing, you could do worse than popping in here. If you want something more traditional and high quality, try Zen just around the corner.

wir waren am 13.07.12 dort. kurz bevor wir in diesen laden gegangen sind waren wir im sealife. danach hatten wir irgendwie hunger und dieses angebot kam uns echt gelegen.also, für den schnellen hunger ist es ok. liebevolle einrichtung oder ähnliches wird man dort nicht erwarten. das buffet war übersichtlich. es hätte gern mehr auswahl vorhanden sein können. aber im großen und ganzen war für jeden geschmack was dabei. service war freundlich aber irgendwie nicht ganz bei der sache. wie gesagt, für den preis kann man jetzt nicht sooo extrem viel erwarten. tische wurden sofort nach dem abräumen auch gereinigt. wir würden auf jeden fall nochmal dort hin gehen. :)

We went about an hour before they closed (unknowingly to us) whilst we were 1/2 way through our food they switched all the lights off where we were until I complained as I couldn't see what we were eating so instead they turned all the chairs up on to the tables around us. When we complained she just shrugged her shoulders.. The food was very low end and luke warm. The following day all four of us had diohrea . Don't be tempted by the price and convenience go round the corner there are some stunning places in the road behind failing that go to soho.

Don't EVER go there! Trust me, they know exactly why they charge you before you take your first bite - you wouldn't even want to pay 1 penny afterwards! The only thing that was merely eatable were the mini spring rolls, and not even that was good. We didn't expect much, but as we were almost starving and only had half an hour before our ride on London Eye we thought it couldn't be that bad. But it was. Seriously. What you get there has nothing to do with food AT ALL.

Half term, crowds, hungry kids - it was handy and cheap - but that is about the best thing I can say about it.

We arrived at what i would call the lunchtime rush. The food was delicious and always hot. They never ran out of anything! It was a real bargain. Eat as much as you like for £7.99. You cant fault it. We really enjoyed it and service was always with a smile. They even provided fruit for afters!!!!
