Chopstix in Barnet

Was just a quick stop to grab lunch as the prices are reasonable and the food is very very good. Only thing on this day was the fact that I ordered sweet chilli chicken that had just finished as was told 5 mins and they would bring it over, well 15 mins later when I had finished and had to enquire on the food I was told to get something else to which I explained I'm now finished and leaving and was told ok pick something for takeaway (NO SORRY OR ANYTHING)... Left feeling unhappy with the customer care. I work for a leading company John Lewis so you have to understand that I expect high customer service all the time but get highly annoyed when it's not given.. Will stick to Stratford branch..

I used to go here all the time it was my all time favourite restaurant but since last year everything has changed. The staff cannot speak English the food is often cold on the Buffet The price of drinks will bleed you dry. The toilets resemble that of a 3rd world country. They should learn how to clean let alone cook. The food is tasteless. Restaurant is clean, tidy, well laid out but I went there for the food and the service both of which are not worth anywhere near the £5 at lunch and £10.00 at night,.
