Choices in Eastleigh

Very disappointed - their sandwiches are usually very very good! The fillings were really sparse and hacked in to little pieces this time and when you consider the amount of money it cost it was not good value for money!

The cute little cafe has so many options to choose from! The staff are always lovely when you go in. Food is always fresh and tastes much better than ready made sandwiches. Tried a bbq chicken and cheese panini for the first time the other day and it didn’t disappoint! Also the homemade brownies are to die for! So gooey and chocolatey and just mmm! I could eat a whole batch to myself. Highly recommend 🫶🏽

Lovely sandwiches and wraps to choose from, all made fresh in the shop. If i am ever this way, I always try and pop in for a great choice from the menu.

Been coming here for years, just changed my previous 5 star review as I think it is going down hill. Luck of the draw who you get depends on if you get a nice wrap. Severely lacking filling with zero lettuce when I asked for everything. Prices have gone up a lot, they are stopping the loyalty scheme very soon and now they are reducing fillings. Eastleigh need another independent sandwich shop.

I love this place, they have a good selection of vegan/ veggie options and the food is fresh and delicious. My favourite is the hummus and falafel wrap. Always friendly and quick service as well.

Situated just off the highstreet, this sandwich shop called choices certainly lives up to the name, as soon as you step though the front door the menu is expansive with the fillings on offer but also the type of bread you are in the mood for. Prices are very good with another wide selection of drinks and crisps/cakes, your spoilt for choice. Service is fast but with a smile. I choose the chicken and bacon in mayo with a lettuce addition in seeded bread. Tasty, filling and freshly made, definitely avoid the poor supermarket offerings just around the corner and get a decent sandwich here. Lovely for a quick lunch.

Criminal this place doesn't have a 5 star rating. Wish I lived closer as I'd go here every day. Good choice of food (vegetarian and vegan options), friendly staff and open nice and early.

I love getting a quick lunch from here. The paninis are delicious, and their homemade bakes are always great. I really love the staff, they are so welcoming and work very fast. Highly recommend.

This little sandwich bar has been the best part of working in Eastleigh ….. Lovely homemade food from a husband and wife team. Service with a smile from both 👍

Great range to choose from and everything is super fresh, the salads and jacket potatoes are delicious and the bread is always fresh. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service. Went for the Prawn & Marie Rose on White bread. Really Fresh bread and sandwich crammed full. Really good value . Love the coconut and raspberry slice too.

The older blonde woman behind the counter needs to change jobs, she obviously hates it and her customers are just a hindrance who she wants to clear out of her shop asap. Asked for a tuna baguette with sweetcorn and red onion. Although there was a mountain of tuna behind the counter this woman took the most minute amount and spread it in the baguette. I kid u not, the tuna was spread as thinly as butter-in fact I could see the butter thro it! When the baguette was closed it looked like there was no filling in it at all. I suppose I should have said something but you’re rushed out of the shop so quickly. I’ll just not go there again and stick to Pret which are far superior to these anyway and the staff are always so friendly and can’t do enough to help. Fella behind the till is another bundle of fun. Are this pair married by any chance? Boy do they deserve each other.😆

I spotted this little hidden gem, when I was taking my friend to Heathrow airport. I needed cash from the Santander bank ATM and noticed this venue was open at 05:40!!! Today, I had business in Eastleigh and decided to have a coffee and bacon bap. It was just on 06:30 and upon asking about opening times, the young lady who served me, told me that they open at 05:30 every weekday morning. At £5.05 I found my choices were good value and I would recommend this place if you are in the area.

Shopped at choices for years, Coronation chicken bagguette from this shop was the first time I ever tried it. Now its my favourite filling in any sandwich, but none live up to choices. Always feels like a massive treat but its so much cheaper than other places that it really isnt. Fantastic food and staff, best shop in eastleigh.

I popped in for a quick bite as I had a long stopover between trains. Choosing the meal deal I was faced with baps and long rolls of various types. I had a grannery bap and chose barbeque chicken, with salad. All I can say is, to die for! I had this with coffee and some crisps as a meal deal, super value, and a huge serving. The staff, although hidden behind the now obligatory plastic screen, were most friendly and helpful, portion size can only be described as huge and another plus, if it becomes busy enough to need to queue, the pavement outside is covered with a glass roof, protection from the elements!I'm already making sure my next trip includes a stop over in Eastleigh!

AMAZING food with first class service. I’ve been using this shop every morning to collect a lunch carry out while staying locally and I can’t speak highly enough of the place. Lots of choice to suit everyones needs. All reasonably priced and of good quality.

I use Choices most mornings on the way to work. The owners are charming and very helpful. And the coffee / sandwiches are excellent. Highly recommend this small business.

Being a little long in the tooth, I’ve had a lot or experience of sandwich shops over the years. Choices sandwich shop at the station end of Leigh Road in Eastleigh Town centre is a real gem! Its secret is that their offer is all made to order, with an unrivalled range of fillings all served with remarkable speed, with a generous side order of friendly charm thrown in for free! I’ve been using them for over five years now and every visit is a delight to the taste buds. I also recommend the jacket potatoes and my wife, who has recently started working in Eastleigh, likes the salad boxes.As an urban designer working in Eastleigh, I’m acutely aware how lucky we are to still have so many shops still in Eastleigh town centre in the age of internet shopping. I think we all need to try to support them, especially the independents, like Choices which do so much to give the town centre its special character.

I wouldn't normally review a sandwich shop but the baguette was so good I had to. The filling was copious and the bread great. Only lost a star as I didn't feel the greeting was particularly friendly. But I cannot fault the quality of the food

New to the area, stopped by to grab lunch and it was amazing! Great atmosphere and customer service :) will definitely be back!

Fantastic selection of food on offer, I often visit here for my lunch. Friends and colleagues visit there now also. Convenient, quick and great service.I have always found the staff to be really friendly and jovial, in fact they often joke with me whenever I am there.

Horrendous customer service from the women behind the counter (blonde lady) obnoxious, stuck up and rude. Food has always been good.

Me and my colleagues visit Choices nearly every day for our lunch. On numerous occasions we have been greeted by rude staff. I understand the lunch time rush can be stressful but to speak to valued customers who visit most days in a rude tone and manner is not acceptable. My colleague paid for her lunch and was not given it, after returning and stating she had not received her lunch all members of staff refused to rectify the situation. We will not be returning to choices and I advise other people to avoid due to the inadequate customer service.

The female owner is so rude and has zero customers service skills. The way she speaks to paying customers is absolute disgusting. Food has always been nice.

I’ve had several lunches from here now at choices. Absolutely superb Fresh rolls and salads and great value for money Highly recommend to anyone. Staff are friendly and polite as well. Great place best around in my opinion.

Visiting Eastleigh everyday these last few weeks as working in the area. The 1st week whilst looking around and trying various other cafes..came across this one yesterday.

Jo the early morning coffee queen. Always knows what I want and the cup is ready as I walk in.

Frecuentemente me pop en aquí para conseguir algo de comer mientras en el camino a, o en, el trabajo. El personal es muy agradable y el servicio es de alto nivel. Una buena variedad de rellenos. El único inconveniente es que no abren los fines de semana, aunque no voy a no gustarle su personal el tiempo!

Roll not that fresh, a lot of filling actually too much that makes you feel sick. Really rude staff, if you choose to work in a customer facing role learn to be polite and smile!

Fantastic sandwich shop used by our staff for lunch. Also used by us a business catering for our business buffet lunches. Joe is fantastic and flexible to work to your specification/special requests if needed.

Hace un tocino maravilloso bap y una buena bebida caliente. utilizarlo como el Travelodge no hacer el desayuno y no me gusta desayunar en un pub que por la mañana puede olor a orina cerveza.

Aunque los precios en primer lugar nos pareció un poco alta mirando menú para un almuerzo de tiempo.resultó ser más que vale la pena el costo extra. Más que recomendaría para una ocasión especial.todo el paquete era un raro deleite estos días.. Estoy deseando volver para nuestro próximo regalo

Amable, eficiente cafe cerca de Eastleigh estación excelente, sándwiches recién preparados y envolturas y chaqueta patatas y panini's. Hay asientos limitados pero excelente para un almuerzo de oficina llevar o para comer en el tren cercano. El café es bueno y los precios son razonables. intentarlo.

I have been working in Eastleigh for the last few weeks and found this little gem of a place: excellent sandwiches with good bread, a huge range of tasty fillings and fresh salad. Can't fault the quality, and price is excellent too.

I have been using Choices for a while now. The salads are really fresh, lots of salad to choose from, loads of mains (ie chicken in many flavours, etc). My salad is only £3.30 and if I bought all the salad items and chicken, egg etc at home, I would have a lot of waste at the end of the week as I have everything packed into it. The jacket potoatos are also amazing, they are cooked fresh in a little potato oven every day & theres many toppings to choose from. Best spuds in Eastleigh, I have tried many other places to make sure and always go back to Choices.I cant eat wheat but many people from the office use choices and are pleased with the choice and freshness. There are many sandwich, rolls, panninis, etc to choose from then just add salad and meat. Everything is freshly prepared to order. They are really quick so you never have to queue for long. Staff are friendly and ive got to know them so its nice to have a banter and chat while im there.They are open very early so good place to get your hot bacon/sausage roll for brekkie if ya fancy it.
