We order from here so much (too much its not normal) tonight Aug 4th ordered the usual food its always hot so no complaints there however tonight was the opposite expierence to what we normally get. We got a call saying your food had been sat here for 20mins are you coming? Confusing to us as they no us and deliver here all the time. Anyway they said sending it now, literally not even 5 mins it arrives so the same burger and pizza that the guy told us had been sat for 20 mins had been run through again so is now so burnt u cant eat it and the burger is so wet and sloppy Just awful. The delivery driver showed up and gave me the receipt which showed it was for collection however the receipt isn't ours as its for a pizza kebab burger chips 2 dips and 3 cans of pop. So annoyed especially when everything costs so much these days but once the food had left them they couldn't care less. Terrible

Great takeaway for fast food, great service as always, pizzas are fab. 10/10 service and food. One of the best takeaways in ponte.

Awful tasteless, inedible food, had to be put straight in bin. 2hr 30min delivery and then lied to just eat to not refund.

I really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, my order arrived 2 and half hours after ordering, the curries had split so it was a mess and the curries had mingled, the poppadoms were soft and inedible, the chips were like bullets and cold, when I rang the place he started with an attitude until I barked back at him, all I got from him was I'll av a word with the driver, I have requested a refund as £32 for a load of crap is unacceptable, anybody fancying a nice meal avoid this place

Never eaten worst food than this. I am worried if I will be alright till morning. Real health hazard.

Ordered from here tonight for the first time. Very impressed. Chose meal 7 which was mixed starter, 2 curries and a bottle of coke. Had the lamb bhuna and masala chicken, it was delightful. Highly recommend this place, will definitely order from here again 10/10

Ordered from here tonight, I got a chicken madras and I’ve got to say it’s one of the best curry’s I’ve had in a very long time. Service was fantastic made ready for collection within 35 minutes and everything was piping hot. Exactly what I needed after a long day at work defiantly recomend

1st time we’ve tried this take away All the curries we had were really tasty and made right in front of us. Great chicken in it too the flavours were lovely and we know our curries so we felt overall they were restaurant quality Only fault was I wanted more! We will try the pizzas next Thanks

45 minutes wait, asked to pay twice, food completely burnt, staff filthy, check the picture. Very very rude staff. Never had a worse kebab. Congrats for that accolade!

I think its only right to tell you never to go here unless you've had at least 10 pints and its 12 o'clock midnight. I think this place only survives because its next door to a taxi office thats packed on friday and saturday nights. The place looks dingy and mucky and the staff are indifferent at best-probably as they're used to drunks calling them names etc. I can remember years ago this was a restaurant and we all called it "Dirty Dicks" and although now just a takeaway it seems the same to me. Don't waste your money-theres another 6-7 takeaways in ponte all of which are better.

Ordered takeaway tonight and was very disappointed! They got our Order wrong and forgot the sauces and it was cold when we got it! We ordered quite a bit too so it was all pretty much ruined and tasted cold and awful! Would never order here again and wouldn't recommend it!
