The fries were cold, the chicken was cold and the popperdom was soggy, couldn't eat it. Very dissatisfied with the food on this occasion

Food was amazing. Gave me some extra sauce as requested, I eat here every time for my Indian, biriyani was great! Would love bit more cheese in my naan though!! But overall 10/10. Definitely recommend and will always go back here!

Shame it's gone down hill abit. Got my usual order, chilis signature grill for 2. Asked for good size lamb as last time peices were tiny. Normally I finish it in the morning. By morning time it had a strange smell. unfortunately one of the salads was old. Rice was stuck together and dry at parts. I been a regular for over 10 years. will give you them another go next month.

I just placed an order for £70, waited 2 hours and then they cancelled my order last minute, we called and the bloke said the delivery driver was waiting 15 minutes outside my flat, no one buzzed our flat or rang my phone, will not be ordering from here again! Disgraceful

Food was okay, onion bhajis didn’t seem cooked properly, korma was nice but not very hot, not sure 90p for one poppadom is a reasonable price either.

Chilli’s is the best curry I’ve tasted, their butter chicken is really tasty. Never had a bad curry from there, highly recommend!

Excellent as usual. Homestyle curry is a staple order. Lamb chops very tasty treat to start. I like how sometimes they offer a mid-week discount too. IMO best Indian food available for delivery in the area

Orders at 9pm on New Years with an estimated arrival time of 22:15, it is now 00:45 and nothing has arrived, no communication, nothing!! We have used this place 20+ times over the past year or so, never again! Lots of people in the same boat! If you were overwhelmed just cancel the orders allowing people to order elsewhere on New Years Eve! Just Horrendous!!

I have ordered from here a few times and the food is lovely and the customer service is spot on but tonight our food delivery was over 1 and a half hours late the food was soggy and uneatable. This was no fault to the restaurant but down to delivery

Absolutely shocking. Placed an order at 8pm. Expected delivery was 9.10pm. Now 10.50pm and still not shown up. Rang the restaurant 20+ times with no response. Not impressed at all! Avoid!

Food never arrived after saying it would arrive 8pm-8.20pm, after requesting an update was told 8.55 and it never arrived, after it never arriving I drove to the store at 9.30pm as the phone wasn’t working and was given the food at 10pm!!

Have to pay for Poppadoms then they come in 1000 pieces

what can I say...apart from the best curry I have ever eaten. the Korma is quite sweet, it's unlike any korma I've ordered before. so so tasty, chicken was tender, not chewy, garlic naan GARLICKY bang on. and onion barjis had a kick to em which was a lovely surprise 😘😍 considering I live 30 minutes away, food was on time, and I will be ordering from here from now on. honestly blown away, 1000000/10 x

Total Magic!!! The Mixed Meat Biryani is a must try with the green chutney they call raita. Also the chops and seek kebabs my missus had were so fresh and juicy! Will definitely be back for more.

I ordered this food after reviewing lots of experiences online and concluded why not. I would like to state that this food is overrated I had ordered the lamp chops, cheese naan bread and butter chicken The lamp chops felt like it was baptized with loads of paprika thereby diluting the authentic Indian taste. This was also same with the butter chicken. I couldn’t taste the originality in the meal at all. It was a solid 2/10 for me. Same with the cheese naan, was a bit dry for cheese naan and also a solid 2/10. Let’s head down to the mango lasi, this was the main reason why I even ordered from here and need I say my blood sugar shot from 0-100 and note I am not diabetic, I literally had to dilute with water because it was unnecessarily excessively sweet also taking away the originality. It was a solid 1/10. Overall I did not enjoy the meal and I would appreciate if my points are being worked on

Really delicious food. Great delivery time and food was very warm. The portions were perfect for us to fill us up, but we have spent the same amount of money on larger portion sizes from other takeaways.

My delivery was more than 90 minutes late from the time they said it would arrive. This it's totally awful and they refused to give me a refund. if I knew I would need to wait more than 2 hours for my food I would have walked there.

I have ordered from here many times before and thought I’d try something different. I chose to have biryani and keema aloo MILD. However the food was so spicy I could not eat it. What’s the point in giving you a choice to have your food cooked mild if it’s going to be spicy HOT. My partners meal butter chicken was perfect MILD. Very disappointed .

I've spent less for more and better than this, might be the worst curry I've ever had, clearly zero effort put into the food they make, honestly wish it was just a little bit worse so I could have just demanded a refund for inedible food

marked as delivered but was 30 mins after we actually recieved our food. driver then forgot half our food in the car. actual food was just ok.

Chips were Cold and greasy, the poppadoms were the worst of all. A rotten old oil aftertaste has been left in my mouth since, not to mention the greasy texture. You were supposed to get rice with the chicken balti and that never got delivered. I am an avid user of just eat so I will be deeply saddened if I don’t get some form of compensation from the restaurant or the company of just eat. Overall an appalling dining experience unfortunately.

The food was packaged and presented really well, it was all very fresh and delicious, would highly recommend. Will be ordering from here more often

One of the meals was a king prawn dish and we had small shrimp sent in our curry which was very disappointing as we had paid for king prawn.

Chilli's is usually 10/10 but tonight every dish wash overcooked/not fresh (even the popadoms) and nowhere near their usual standard.

Rice was cold and naan despite the place being close to my house. The masala chips had no flavour whatsoever, the curry was watery and had minimal flavour. Quite poor to be honest.

Everything tasted the same… not much differentiation is the curry flavours. They also forgot the chicken tikka starter
