Saturday lunch time, Dillon was great really friendly and approachable. Food was fab, huge portion had to take a box home! Fun selection of cocktails.

Had the most amazing experience at this stunning venue. There was a slight confusion on arrival as our booking wasn’t logged. Kelly the guest relations manager was very supportive on my initial emails. Alicia did her best to accommodate and resolve the problem. We were shown to our table, didn’t have to wait long, as we were able to have pre drinks at the bar area. We ordered the yakatori sticks and boa buns as a sharing starter. Loved the combination of flavours. Wasn’t sure why our mains came as we were as still having our starters, but didn’t want to cause a fuss. Again both mains were packed with some amazing flavours. 10/10 to the great kitchen team. Rhys the restaurant manager and James were great hosts, and help make our first visit really enjoyable but relaxed. Definitely will be returning very soon.

Very welcoming homely pub. The menu is fantastic with a wide range of home cooked food. We had the steak & ale pie with chips and fresh veg and beef sandwiches with fries and coleslaw. Both were absolutely beautiful and the steak in the pie was plentiful and great quality. Pete and Janet the hosts are professional and friendly. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends.

Every single staff was on form from the minute we came in the pub they were so hopefully and friendly was nice to receive this kind of service from staff the adults food was lovely and also the children's foods will definitely be coming back again beautiful place and kind people ❤️

Went New Year’s Eve for a meal, firstly they couldn’t get the drinks order right, still wrong on second attempt so I just put up with it. Ordered a vegetarian pizza, when it came it was covered in ash, and had barely any tomato sauce on it. This should have been spotted by the chef and waitress, after advising them we got it changed. However, the second attempt still had barely any tomato sauce on, if it had two small mushrooms on we were lucky and hardly any spinach, it was like eating a dry piece of cardboard. We had ordered a side of salad which never came until we asked for it. Fortunately the waitress took the price of the vegetarian pizza off the bill, but all in all the experience was shocking and not the New Year’s Eve meal we had hoped for. When we arrived at our table we were greeted with a long list of items that were off the menu and judging by the lack of items on the pizza’s someone had seriously underestimated the amount of food required. Also for someone who is vegetarian and can’t have dairy I am very disappointed that there is no starter or dessert available, there is a serious lack of catering for people with dietary needs. We will never be returning to this Chilled Pub again!

We were recommended by friends to eat here. The food and atmosphere were lovelt6and served in a timely manner Unfortunately, the Christmas pudding and custard were cold This was rectified straight away.

Lovely restaurant with a gorgeous interior and food was delicious. The staff were friendly and prompt.

Napoli flat bread pizza was dry and considering the only topping was mozzarella it lacked massively! I even added pineapple which was minimal. All other meals we had were lovely. But I'd have rather had a small flat bread with an abundance of mozzarella rather than a large peice of very dry pizza with about 5 small Slices of it! Very poor.

The decor is amazing here, even more so around Christmas with the addition of decorations and elves! Food is incredible, so much choice for everyone and it's all delicious. Massive drinks menu as well! All for a great price!

So we have been here a few times. Each time we loved the decor but found the food just a bit below standards with incredibly long wait times. Today I noticed that the V said suitable for most vegetarians.. some cheeses contain rennet. I asked about the mac and cheese as this had a V next to it, they asked the chef and came back to saying they couldn’t guarantee there was not rennet in it. So why was there a V next to it!?! So I enquired and asked about the chips as I said they have a V but now I’m worried about the other things with V next to them. They replied saying that the chips are cooked in the same oil as some meat… they also added that they could not rule out cross contamination. I found this shocking this day and age when there are so many vegetarians and vegans etc. How hard is it to cook chips in oil that hasn’t had meat in!? And how hard is it to buy hard cheese without rennet? The most important thing that I’m trying to get out is that false assurance on the menu at first glance at all the “vegetarian” options. Even the chips!

We came here again tonight to celebrate my son Noah’s third birthday. Rachael was so lovely and got him a surprise birthday balloon and some goodies including a lovely book and cheeky elf. Ella our waitress was superb too. This is by far the best restaurant in the area, we have been several times now and it does not disappoint. All the staff are wonderful, the food is marvellous and the attention to detail is wonderful including the decor. Thank you everyone! Xx

I grabbed a quick bite after work and before hitting the road. Lovely and efficient staff - my pizza far exceeded my expectations. Such good value.

Food and drinks are quick. Staff were great. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

I was very impressed with this establishment the first few times I visited, the overall presentation and quality is fantastic. However the first two times were only for drinks. On the third time we decided to eat; unfotunately the food was really bad. The chips and burgers were both ice cold, the burger was served on a rock hard bun and was inedible. Really surprising... I mentioned this to others that had visited and they had the exact same experience. Something is not right. Maybe in time they will figure it out but at the moment I can not recommend, unless you go for drinks and eat elsewhere.

We were sat next to an air conditioner that was blowing out freezing cold air. We asked if this could be turned off as it was so cold & the waitress rudely said no as it would get too hot and that she would bring a rug to put over it. Suffice to say that never appeared so had to put my coat over my legs & put 2 cocktail menus over the top of the air conditioner. There is limited choice on the menu unless you like chips and anything with sweet chilli or creamy sauces. I had an open sandwich with fillet steak pieces in Gorgonzola sauce. The sauce was so overpowering it was sickly. I like Gorgonzola but this was awful. One of our party did not get their food & we had to ask where it was. Apparently there was a mix up in the kitchen & he had to wait about 15 mins for it to be served but did get a free drink as a goodwill gesture. The food is overpriced for what you get and the service was extremely slow. We were there for 3 hours for just 2 courses. We definitely will not be returning to any of their establishments in the group. There were many other things like the very greasy onion rings & the really chewy halloumi sticks and that the yakatori sticks are mostly made up of onion.

Thank you to the staff who sorted an issue with my booking (my fault) and sat us down promptly. The restaurant itself is really nicely decorated (picture worthy). Food wise the bao buns, lamb kofta, gyozas and the chocolate sundaes were highlights. Feel like the startes are tastier than the mains we ordered (yaki soba) which was okay. Would return for a special occasion for sure.

Great food and terrific staff. The staff were attentive and did all they could to make sure we enjoyed our visit . Yes, you have to wait for your food, but it's cooked to order. I never mind waiting for good food. They were understanding about one of group who has autism, allowing him to wonder around but gently steering away from annoying other diners. Would recommend booking, though. Dogs were made very welcome,with staff giving them doggie treats and water bowls available.

This was my first time visiting and I was so impressed with the garden room, it really had the wow factor! We were warmly greeted immediately at the door and shown to our table, asked about allergies, the manager offered us help with downloading the app and our server James made plenty of time to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed even though it was busy. The people who gave us our food (Cameron and Lily) were friendly and attentive. The bartender ran our drinks within minutes of ordering and the food came promptly and was delicious! It was so refreshing to receive great service and also great quality food at a reasonable price. 10/10 for everything from start to finish :)

A lovely restaurant, with a great atmosphere, we were made to feel very welcome by all the staff. Food arrived quickly and was very good. We were looked after by James who was extremely helpful and friendly, thank you.

I went here for my 1 year anniversary with my boyfriend! The service was great as soon as I walked in, staff in neat smart uniform and a great attitude. The wait for food was really good considering how busy it was, averaging at about 10-20 minutes depending on the dish. Our starters were delicious, we had the prawn gyoza to share, a lomb kofta small yakitori stick and a cornflake chicken yakitori stick. Both were cooked well and the sauce compliments them well. Great sizes too. For our mains we had the trio burgers and a southern fried chicken burger. My boyfriend loved the size of his burgers, as a big eater he couldn’t even finish them. My burger was probably the best I have ever had. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the bacon, cheese and other things like condiments and pickles went so well together. The chips were, again, the best I have had. When they cane out they were really hot, however I don’t mind that as they were fresh. The crisp and soft ratio was perfect, and the taste was immaculate with not copious amount of oil like most restaurants. Next we had dessert, my partner had 2 cookie dough yakitori sticks and a brownie stick, and I had the Jack Frost gelato sundae. At this point we were already quite full, but everyone knows there is always room for pudding. Our desserts arrived in 10 minutes, if that. My sundae was beautifully crafted with mint leaves, after eights, aero, oreo and icing sugar. Along with the main mint chocolate chip gelato served on a waffle in a bowl. It was so delicious. My boyfriend seriously enjoyed his sweet yakitori sticks, taking on home because he wanted to save it as he was so full! Finally, the best part of our night, our waiter, Charlie, brought over a huge stone plaque with ‘Happy Anniversary’ writen in chocolate source with a complimentary bowl of chocolate ice cream. This was my favourite part of the night. Not many restaurants will be so kind towards their customers, but it really made my day. In conclusion, The Bulls Head in East Leake is a beautiful restaurant and will definitely be visiting again.

This is the first time I’ve visited this establishment. I was blown over with the surroundings, levels of service and food. I would most definitely recommend visiting this place. The whole experience was amazing. Plenty of parking, courteous staff and great atmosphere.

Second visit here and it was just as good. The food is great and tastes so fresh. The staff and so lovely and create such a good atmosphere. They even went the extra mile for our anniversary which was so lovely.

Came for a bite to eat with friends for lunch… staff friendly. Sandwich was lovely. The only problem is that the pub does not accept cash and is card only.. I don’t understand this and avoid cashless places! #keepcashgoing

Being gluten free I understand I am slightly trickier but with only 2 pure options of hot food and adapted steaks, this was rather disappointing. I opted for beef stroganoff, it was ok but not the nicest bits of beef and the sauce wasn't very flavourful. Pudding options besides ice cream was limited to chocolate coated strawberries. I would have expected a little more choice and options to adapt. Had really been looking forward to it, but not sure I'd return.

Great place for food, visually stunning

Visited yesterday with my husband for the very first time on a lunch date. I was absolutely blown away by the whole experience! From the staff to the food to the style, everything about this place was superb. Beautifully clean and blissfully relaxing, Chilled Pubs really do deliver and live up to their name!! I’ve NEVER experienced anything like it before in any pub or restaurant. I chose to leave a tip for the whole team as the service from all the staff we came into contact with was faultless. And just to top it all off, as we left, we were handed a bag of sweets each! lol Brilliant just brilliant 🤩.

This place certainly has the wow factor, and is the place the be for a celebratory meal or date night. Food was beautiful - I ordered a selection of Yakatori sticks to share as well as honey coated chips - every morsal was so tasty! Even the cocktails were great! The place was busy and we couldn't get parked on site, so I'd probably advise getting there quite early and looking for alternative parking in the area. Will definitely be returning.

Food was delicious, and reasonably priced. Service was very good. It was packed, so the food took a little time to come out, but it wasn't a huge wait at all, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was worth the wait.

Lovely 1st experience will be going again for my mums 70th this week. Only fault was we were asked to move in 20mins as they needed the table but the restaurant was empty, we feel it was because we didn't order any puddings

Shared toilets, men going in with little girls is a terrible idea.

We recently visited to celebrate what would’ve been my mum’s 60th birthday, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Reece and the entire team were incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive, making us feel truly special on such an important day. The service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic! It was our first time visiting, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for making this day memorable, we’ll definitely be back!

It's a WoW 👌 when you walk in. Super attentive server at start. Orders for drinks and dinner well done. Food different and some stunners. Some not as great but overall had a great time. After we ate we were ignored. Maybe change of shift or busy clearing tables all emptied at same time. Could forgive as when mentioned the servers stepped up and puddings were good and not a rip off. Value for money, great venue, solid team. Will come back. Well worth a visit. Nothing like this in North Manchester. Would do a bomb up our way! Finally, wines good and great value by the glass and I am "picky".

Lovely place will be returning again. The food was lovely gad one of the hanging kebabs. Definitely worth the money you get a little of food.

Had a lovely birthday meal at this gorgeously ambient restaurant! Service was fantastic all wait staff were helpful and attentive (thank you especially to Ollie). My only issue is its not a very vegan friendly place. There are 2 plant based items but they're cooked with meat, no dessert options; in the current time, there are far too many vegans for them not to be catered to.

Lovely beautiful place for drinks with friends

An i teresting menu with some unusual items. Helpings are generous and the food is very well cooked. Serving staff are polite, friendly, and very helpful. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The bar is quite relaxed (smartish casual) whilst the restaurant is more refined. Something to suit most tastes and occasions. I definitely plan to return.

This was my first visit to the Bulls head, and all I can say is "WOW" fantastic food, fantastic atmosphere and fantastic staff, I'll be back!

Arrived on a Friday night. Car park full so had to park off site (no problem that's life). Used the front door on the road but stood to the side of the bar as I didn't know where to be greeted to be taken to our table. Staff member told me to 'not stand there' I'm' in the way'. I said where do I go as its not clear, 'go to the laptop' she said. Eventually found 'the laptop' to be told that it's phone scan service only, no cash and order at the table. Minutes later we had a waitress asking for our drinks orders and food. Make your mind up what system you want to use. The place was chaotic with staff rushing about to serve everyone we didn't feel welcome or valued. When the food arrived the actual food was great. The fish and chips arrived on a wooden tray with slats in. By the time I'd finished i didnt know if I was eating the fish or the grease proof paper. Burgers were served on a chopping board. Give us plates! These ridiculous giant meat skewers kept appearing on tables around us. The whole restaurant appears to be one giant Instagram social media experiment. The food was nice but I won't be returning any time soon. Pretentious nonsense.

Went for a family celebration! 12 people between 3 and 70+! Sunday afternoon, great weather, busy with couples and families! Indoor and outdoor tables! We had a large table inside! A young gentleman introduced himself and said he would be our server today! Very pleasant, very efficient, nothing too much for him! Food served in a decent amount of time, and for the first time NOBODY on our table had a single complaint about the food or service! What a great Sunday afternoon we had! As it was a birthday, we asked if they could bring the cake out, which they did also supplying a knife, plates and napkins! Excellent! We will be going again, very soon! A big thank you to the service g staff and the kitchen staff for an excellent afternoon! WE WOULD RECOMMEND.....

Extremely poor customer service... service with an attitude. Really disappointed with the service we received yesterday, table booked for 18.15, shown to our table and was told someone would come and take our order... 30 minutes later no sign of anyone and it was impossible to get any ones attention as not enough staff to serve all tables. We ended up seeing a QR code on the table so ordered our drinks, starter and mains. The drinks arrived.. then came along the starter and mains, all at once. We were obviously surprised that all the food items were brought out at once... the waitresse/waiter took back the mains to the kitchen as I said politely that we don't expect the starters to be served with the main. A few moments later a man came over who I presume is a supervisor or some what 'Manager' came over to say, "well you ordered all the dishes together, so we can hold back the mains, but they will be sat there waiting". I tried to explain that due to having no service for 30 minutes once seated, we ordered online and that the starter was under the starter section. This member of staff then said, I noticed you were waiting a while, so that's why your order was 'prioritised', well if that was the case why not check that we didn't want all the food together as we didn't! What's the point of ordering a starter! I tried to share my disappointment and that we didn't want all 3 dishes at once. He had a very bad attitude and is not a good ambassador for the company. Extremely unprofessional and unexpected behaviour, even saying things like, 'Don't worry the member of staff is in my bad books', Well that doesn't help the situation does it. He couldn't care and left us feeling very frustrated and angry. I am 8 months pregnant and this was meant to be a special date night and this service and lack of care spoilt it.

Lovely place to have a drink & a meal would definitely recommend it ..but book with as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment...my only little moan is that it was very warm in there don't know if they have air-conditioning in there or if it was broke or just not switched on ..but will definitely go back

Food was amazing, service was great and really loved the pub, so much so that we went back again the following day. My only slight disappointment was that the toilets were shared between men and women and each time I used them I had to clean wee off the back of the seat. Please offer some female only toilets.

The most beautiful chilled pub yet! Food is always incredible. Staff were lovely. The way they dealt with allergies was above and beyond. They have a designated member of staff that takes care of this which was amazing. Highly recommend!

Been 3 times now and I can see where they are cutting corners and trying to get more customers in! A very popular pub, with great food unfortunately we had to send a meal back twice on our last visit - which was a shame! Service is very hit & miss too, but it’s always a good night - I think the winter months will be better when the outside area is closed and the staff can concentrate on the inside diners!

Been a couple of times now. Seemed like something different the first time, so went again. The pub has a great vibe and nicely done up. The food is nice but not great. The meat can be overdone and dry, but there is plenty of flavour. The drinks are a novelty and imaginative. The restaurant feels cramped and very hectic, so if you’re expecting a relaxing evening, forget it. More staff is needed, they are so busy they kept getting the order wrong. We got drinks and food we didn’t order. The service was slow but the staff were really nice, just seems they are overrun. The extra food & drink we didn’t order ended up on the bill, so check what you’re paying for. Overall, it has a wow factor but once you’re past what it looks like, it doesn’t live up to the hype. Would I go again? Probably not.

Went for lunch 27/7 to celebrate my birthday. First time visiting and will definitely go back. Food was great and really impressed with the quality of kids meal. Mocktails are really fun, my son was happy with his Fizz Wizz. Only issue was we could not leave a tip, not sure if we missed something but my partner could not see on the app a tip option.

We had a very enjoyable meal at The Bulls Head, the main meal was sooo tasty,hot and will presented, the desserts were to die for. This was our first time at The Bulls Head and will definitely return when we are next in the area. Can highly recommend

Excellent setting excellent food and a very friendly and helpful team

Fantastic cuisine and restaurant.The setting and decor is amazing with Japanese themed of blossom 🌸 trees and lighting. Service exceptional and very considerate. Portions are fantastic size. Would absolutely recommend. Absolutely get the open steak blue cheese sandwich- you will not regret it extremely tasty. Only downside is you will want to eat there everyday as the food is so delicious 🤩!!

This place is amazing, very pretty with the trees lit up. Staff were really helpful. I'm a coeliac, and a member of management came and advised what I could have. I had steak and chips, and it was cooked perfectly. Thank you for a lovely evening

Lovely pub, the staff were so friendly, I think we served by Sharon she was great, it was my partners birthday so this was a special treat. We were in the garden room it was so nice. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The portions were generous also. We will definitely be back.
