Chill Time Milkshake Bar in Ashford

Really bad customer service. Refused to serve at 15:40 said they was closed but when we ordered on the app and paid she didn’t care. Then as we walked away she spoke about us behind her back. Wouldn’t ever return average milkshakes for overpriced rate anyway

I went in for a milkshake one afternoon. Staff were good, manager a little bossy. Huge range of milkshakes to choose from. My coffee malteser milkshake was good. My only gripe really is the price, £4.50 for a medium size milkshake is a bit steep.

Fab service, staff are so friendly, make you feel very welcome, and the drinks are yummy

Shakes are delicious every single one, forget the date devil ones they are risky!! Excellent customer service. Hidden gem of a place. Will always pop in for a shake to go after a good wee chat with the staff. Great prices and coffee for £1!!

It's a really nice environment; staff are kind and friendly, there's a huge selection of things to order, and this is always the case whenever I go.

Drinks tasted great and cheaper than Kaspas (who isn't?). Should offer size options, 16oz was good but would have paid a little more for a larger size. Will defo use again!

When we went there, I got a minuscule milkshake for I think it was £1.50 and it was amazing but the big milkshakes are way too expensive. I wouldn't go there due to it being expensive and the people who run it.

A wonderful little gem, the milkshakes are always amazing and they have a huge variety of options, perhaps the most extensive I've seen anywhere. It's always a struggle not to nip over and buy one whenever I'm in the shopping centre.

Lovely little family-run business. I am not much of a milkshake fan but you can get coffee here for £1! Whenever I find myself in the town centreI always stop here first to grab a cup of coffee from the friendly staff. It really is a little hidden gem and is great for our dwindling town centre!

Staff are very rude a girl who must have been in year 7 dropped her drink and they told her that they can’t help her cos they’ll go out of business she was literally crying her eyes out in front of them I had to go and buy her the drink

Riding my bike from miles away end up in a ashford county square very thirsty and found a place called Chilltime. Had the best milkshake in my life after about an hour of deciding what to choose from. I left the shop with an amazing shake and great bond with one of the staff. Will definetely be coming again soon , highly recommended.

£13 for 2 milkshakes that were small……..

Went in for a milkshake with my boyfriend today and was served by a young man. Handled all our food without washing his hands after taking our money, wiped down the sides with the same cloth he wiped around the sink and with wet hands handled our straws, you’d think during a global pandemic he’d atleast were some disposable gloves, no face covering worn either.

The last 3 visits have been great. Quick friendly service with an amazing milkshake ! Yum

Milkshakes were so moorish!! Got chatting to the mother who clearly knows great customer service and has guided her children wonderfully. The daughter offered table service, Mrs had a latte which she said was incredible for the price and beats Costas, the Oreo was delicious and the grandchildren had their £1 milkshakes which was perfect for my pocket. To top it off protein shake went a treat for my eldest son And I came back for a fresh fruit drink. Will definitely be back! Thanks for the smiles Chill Time!!

Just visited County Square shopping centre and had a super tasty Lotus Biscoff Milkshake. I also tried the Oreo milkshake and Fererro Roche milkshake. All of which tasted amazing! Great quality! And extremely wonderful staff. Super friendly and happy to serve. The other reviews leave me a little confused. We definitely weren’t served by the same people. But the staff today were great! Thanks Chill Time!

The tastiest milkshakes i have ever had. The kids were amazed at the amount of choice. We had a galaxy, snickers and a malteser shake. All so more-ish. Very refreshing.

Decided to treat my family after Christmas shopping. Stood waiting for 25 minutes to get 1 shake! Which they didn’t have the product for they just didn’t tell us. I chose the malteasers milkshake which tasted off. I am all for supporting local businesses but not this one!!!

Slow service, looked like they couldn't be bothered. Had the raspberry apple and mango shake not very nice at all. Very disappointing. First and last time I will use it

*Sometimes* this place is excellent with excellent friendly service. Other times are like today. I got to the Chill Time place at about 10.30am this morning and saw the assistant was sitting behind the till. I stood and waited for him. And waited. And waited. Eventually I tired of his pretending not to see me and I loudly asked if they were open. He grudgingly got up, and made a great show of pretending not to understand what I was saying until I walked away. How do they stay open with this attitude?

Lovely tasting coffee at a very cheap price. They also do lots of different types of milkshakes and ice-cream.

Went with my grandchild and was unsure if they were open, as the lights were on but no staff visible. Strange for a busy Saturday afternoon. Turns out two members of staff sitting out of sight in the corner. Miserable young man, no eye contact, or welcome offered, reluctantly took my order. I made the comment, to my grandchild, that they were not very friendly, she became upset for me. He threw my change on the counter. No thank you, nothing. I managed to gain eye contact and told him to get a personality! The milk shake was ok, but will not be going there again. No wonder it did not have customers. Ashford needs shops that are inviting, friendly and give good service. Went to the place that sells muffins, which was lovely.

Went for a quick shake with my pal. Had a young blonde girl on her phone serving which I think is rude anyway She then takes our order whilst still on the phone then whilst making the shakes drops the lid and Carrys on using it. When I confronted her she carried on talking to her phone pal and said " I'm getting moaned at by customers " Then I declared a refund and by this point and was FUMING. a pregnant customer also wanted a refund The young lady was rude and arrogant and as a chef her health and safety precautions are disgusting.

I have never seen so much choice! From fruit to chocolate bar, from muffin to jammy dodger!! Made there and then, very nice.
