If you like overpriced meals and being insulted by a driver that's so lazy that won't even come to your door and will leave your food in the middle of the street, then I highly recommend this service They honestly shouldn't even be in business and I genuinely I hope someone will expose them for who they truly are

well food is a dissaster Why all people have to say mexican food is burritos ? have you ever gone to metic guys? what you sell is TEXMEX and there are good texmex food but let face the things your burritos are terrible disgusting and kind of expensive and prortion very small which is good i couldn't eat all the crap

I used to love going to Chilangos a few years back. Absolutely loved the freshness and the quantity was proportionate compared to the price. However, I've just been down there for lunch today with a mate for the first time in around 2 years and I absolutely hated it. I used to recommend Chilangos to everyone before and brag about the freshness and taste. Not anymore. Everything is overpriced! The quantity has shrunk! It has become just like the rest of the Mexican chains that are around! Ciao Chilangos.

A very bad experience was offered to me yesterday evening. A blend bland burrito and a very disrespectful waitress

Used to be a great place but now the portions are small and the prices are high. They seem to charge you for the larger burrito regardless of what you ordered so check before you tap that card.

It's not nice when your a vegan and order a meat-free burrito, and when you bite into it, it's filled with meat. (Not fair at all.) Orders have been wrong 3 TIMES within the past year I've ordered from here. (Delivery order) Will not be ordering from here again.

I can't have pizza and I loved Mexican food so decided to try this place through uber eats as my child wanted pizza. Food arrived and tasted fantastic. That was Friday at about 730 pm. By 1am it was obvious something was terribly wrong. I have spent the last 4 days since then not able to eat anything and loss of work. Definitely not worth the money or future order as I never have stomache issues in any country I have been in.

I usually have my take away lunch from here. The menu is pretty standard and its delicious. Staff is courteous and fairly fast.

The food is great, the atmosphere unique! all thanks to warm and super professional staff! including magic Filo, Amazing Adri, Super Leo and Lovely Claudia! Guys keep up the team spirit!

I called in late last night for a Burrito, I had the steak Burrito which was amazing and the meat so tasty and tender but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, so thank you to Filomena, Claudia and Tony for making my experience a great one. I will definitely be back!!

I came in after work and there were 4 staff on and 2 people ahead of me in the queue. It took 20 minutes for them to serve 2 people when everything is already cooked! They weren’t rude but they are the most inefficient and incompetent staff I’ve ever seen. It was almost painful how slow and disorganised they were Hopeless. Try an upscale Mexican restaurant where they sit you down and you order as you might get served faster. Extremely disappointed.

Easily the worst takeaway meal i have ever received from Deliveroo. Overpriced, small serving, bag was wrecked, food was everywhere. £13.80 for this.

Staff are always friendly and the food is delicious, a quick and easy dinner after a long day at work.

I attended yesterday to Chilango. They were only 4 people working to their best abilities, as they were at least 7 uber takeaway drivers being extremely rude to them and continuously telling them to speed up. In my own opinion they were fast, friendly and even thought Uber drivers were making the situation tense they welcomed people and amicable they asked to wait. They service was fast despite the disruptions, foremost my experience in Chilango was they made me feel welcome and my food was super yummi. Thank you to all of them for a great service.

Visited for lunch and had vegetarian burrito. It was delicious, efficient, fresh, healthy - and great service. Highly recommended.

Small place with a few sits,if u like burritos this is the right place!try the chilango. the chicken one it's amazing. didn't like the beef one cause it had a chewy meat(nerves). Overall good value.

Soy un visitante habitual de Chilangos desde 2013, ya que es un 2 minutos a pie de mi oficina. Solía me encanta la comida de vuelta en 2013, 2014 veces pero la calidad y la cantidad ha ido peor de lo peor. Yo tenía una ensalada de pollo a la parrilla y es una mierda :(. . . . A la parrilla es la mitad a la parrilla de pollo y te sientes ganas de comer pollo crudo. . . Las mismas fue el caso con frijoles y arroz. . Incluso las personas con. carrito de comida ofrecen ingredientes mejor y de mejor calidad. Estamos hablando de cantidades, tienes muy pequeña porción de lo que estás pagando. La semana pasada tuve un burrito y nuevamente fue terrible. Hice un error ir allí de nuevo hoy. Completa pérdida de tiempo y dinero. Nunca jamás volver allí.

Ive Just ordered a burrito on UberEATS and it arrived completely cold. It literally was almost frozen and the wrap was hard and old almost inedible but if you pay £12 for a burrito (usually I was eating from angel brunch where everything was great ) it's a waste to throw away. I had 3 or 4 pieces of pork and it was poorly done. I really started believing that they took it out of a freezer for me as they probably don't care about UberEATS customers. Very bad.

Just came back from the states and was taken here by one of my British friends, the burritos were amazing! Service was great too, Zu and Andrea were super nice and had great recommendations for toppings. Would eat here every day if I could!

Always great service with a smile delivered with speed and with only an hour for lunch this is essential. The food doesn't disappoint especially my usual grilled chicken!

This is my favourite place for some quick Mexican food in London - the steak (cooked fresh) is always delicious and the guacamole and salsas are good too. Andrea and the team are very efficient, strongly recommended!

Passing on a trip out in central London this place had a great vegan vegetarian and meat options the young man who took our order Daniel was polite and helpful with catering to our groups needs. loved it !!

Visiting from out of the country and I can say this is a pretty good spot to eat. The food was good and Daniel gave me a great customer service props to this restaurant, I'll be stopping one more time before I leave .

Guys I don't have enough good to say about this place. The food was perfectly seasoned, beautiful flavours and very very tasty. The staff is just incredible, I am trying to take this girl on a date and I am having such a hard time, but getting there, anyway......!! So I've asked them to play me a song that represent our love and zu did just that! I went next door and got a candle( great move by the way Laur) . The staff were so supportive and they were a real help in my journey to make this women my wife. This restaurant is absolutely incredible strongly recommend. 5 stars the staff were zu Kees Johnny Daniel and Janick !

I've been a regular at Chilangos for the past year, and i can honestly say that each visit has been accompanied with excellent staff who are both generous and friendly, and has never kept me waiting for more than 5 minutes for my meal. As for the food, the steak is made to order which is always a great touch, and the chicken is tender and simply delicious.All in all, the great food and the vibrant staff always make a visit to Chilango a pleasant one. Keep up the good work!

Been here a few times to collect food,Every time without a miss i waited 30 minutes or more just to collect some food, staff are not professional at all specially the guy with the specs.Way too pricey and to top it up take away service is very poor therefore overall give this place a miss i know i will.

Have visited this establishment twice now in the past 2 weeks. I think they have awesome steak and the flavors are on point. I don't mind paying however much they charge for the meals. THE BIGGEST issue is when you order the steak they make you wait 5 minutes to cook it - fine. They'll ask you to please have a seat and that they will signal to you when they are ready. I don't have an issue waiting. My concern is that they don't cook enough steak to make your meal then they say - "oh I'm sorry we don't have enough would you like any other meat ?" First off if you're not gonna cook enough meat for my meal why make me wait ? Second - are you gonna give me a discount because you don't actually have what I'm asking for? 3rd- you must know you annoy your customers when you give them the run around like that. So idk maybe they just don't care or they haven't been trained properly. Besides that point there isn't anything really I can complain about but this one aspect really just turns me off completely. The first time it happened I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But if it happens all the time like this I can't really be bothered to go back.

used to regularly buy a steak salad perhaps once or twice a week. Was expensive at £6.95 for quantity of steak but it was a treat once a week. They have recently hiked the prices up by almost 9%, complete rip off now compared to other options in the area. For £7.55 you can get a main meal at most sit down restaurants in the area. I don't understand why they needed to hike the prices up given they are usually busy, only reason that comes to mind is plain old greed. I won't be going anymore and I'll advise others the same.

Fast, friendly service. Tasty food. Value for money. Had the protein box. Balanced and filling . Takeaway mainly, although a few seats available for eat in.

Went in steak was not ready waited 5 minutes in the meantime I paid for the meal. 5 minutes later my steak had been completed as i was waiting to be served one of the staff members put my beef into someone else's dish. I was distraught not impressed. I then walked off and lady asked me to que up again behind 6 people. Was really not impressed how they hire people like that I don't know !!!!

Had Chilango's burritos delivered by ÜberEats to the hotel for my family after a long day of sightseeing and travel. We are from Florida, and I have to say, their burritos were delicious! Everything was fresh, might have been a tad too much spice for my 9 year old, but hey, it is Mexican after all. Honestly, we all agreed that it was better than Chipotle too. Is it authentic Mexican? Of course not. We are in Europe! Is it a tasty and fresh burrito for a decent price? Yes sir it is, and then some!

I ordered via deliveroo. My vegetarian burrito had nothing but beans and a small dollop of guac. The pork was inedible and had a really weird taste. I put both in the bin. Total waste of money!

Very quick service and great tasting Burrito, however wasn't very good at pointing out the extra charges until I found I was being charged a whopping £8.20 for lunch.. check out nearby Petticoat Lane market food vans for cheaper.

For a fast food Mexican chain a really welcomed addition to London. Have been going to this chain for past couple years.Favourite is the burrito bowl with pork!

Visited chilango with friends on Saturday 13/8. Impressive website was inviting from the off set.Was greeted by a welcoming waitress and shown to our table which was presented well. The restaurant is clean, with an interesting decor.We ordered their tortillas which are filled with rice, black beans, your choice of meat & salsa, sour cream, cheese & lettuce. They were delicious and we cleaned our plates. We will be returning soon to try their tacos which we observed being served to other diners. They looked great.

Went here on a recommendation and it was interesting....a Mexican "subway" setup.Overall excellent....I had the brazilian checking burrito to go, with no side orders.You certainly get a big burrito with lots of eating in it.....although it's perhaps a touch expensive.Will go again though as there is plenty of choice.

Good, clean, filling, fast. Recommended for a quick bite on the go. Not really a place to sit down, but spitalfields next door is a great place to sit with a meal.

Manage to make a burrito dull. For me Chipotle is way better and cheaper. Staff quite rude usually and food slow.

I'm a big fan of Chilango and have visited their Upper Street branch many times over the years. More and more outlets have popped up across the city in recent years and last weekend I found myself grabbing a quick dinner at this branch near Liverpool Street station. Although I enjoyed my prawn burrito I didn't think it was quite up to their usual standard. I think the girl serving me was new so her construction technique was a bit below par which meant it took her a bit longer than it should have to fill my tortilla which in turn meant that it wasn't as warm as it could have been. But it still knocked the socks off the burritos on offer from rival chains such as Chipotle and Benito's Hat. Good but could have been better.

I have been to two of these restaurants and both times I have been impressed with the quality and taste of the food and the room for customisation within their 'menu'.Extremely impressive for food you can order and be eating within a minute or so, the steak has always been excellent as well as the other meats and the black beans.I would definitely recommend this for anyone either interested in trying mexican food or looking for an alternative protein fix or healthy meal.Great portions!

Theses places are seeking investments at the moment so they can expand but it makes me think they are taking their eyes off of the ball. Wasn't as good as it used to be. Camden one was better and the Cannon Street one not so good at all.

Went to the London Bridge branch for lunch. Had a beef burrito. The meat was dry, overly salty & tough as old boots! Grim. Got a third of the way through it & gave up trying to chew, chucked it away. The tortillas & salsa were fresh & tasty though. The woman on the checkout was rude & aggressive about the place bring cash only. Which in 2015 is poor!

I had the chicken salad which was excellent. You can add beans, select the type of salsa, medium was good, cheese and sour cream. Good value for a very large portion.

I went to Chilango because my regular burrito joint (Benito's Hat) was closed on Sunday, huge mistake. After seeing on TimeOut that the pork burritos here were good i decided to try one, but when i got there they had no pork so i went for chicken. The chicken was stone cold, with chewy fat and bits of gristle, which was odd seeing as the restaurant had only opened 10 minutes ago so i would've thought the chicken would be hot. The tortilla wasn't light and fluffy as it should've been, it was translucent and overcooked. The refried beans still had bite and were still hard beans swimming in a thin sauce instead of being soft and creamy as they should be. The filling in general was very wet and thin, and i couldn't finish my burrito which is odd for me as i'm a big eater. Nothing about this was good, will never return.

So impressed. It was 23:49 when we walked and I asked if we can still be served and the team was surprise , the cute and super kind waitress said " yes, of course we are working until 12". Quick service and the atmosphere is really nice, i felt like being in an American movie. Not happy with the lemonade but the bottles and the plats were quite interesting.

Visited the Camden Chilangos today - service was fantastic (especially a staff member names Chris) The food was lovely and extremely filling - plus great cocktails will visit again!

Went into Chilango on Cannon Street looking for a beef taco. No tacos. Eventually decided on a £5.99 "deal" which came with lemonade and corn chips. To get beef, it's £1 extra, to get guacamole it's £1.25 extra, and apparently I asked for extra corn chips which seem to also cost an extra £1. I say apparently asked, the music was so loud and it was so noisy that I had to ask the server to repeat everything twice. So - no tacos, the £5.99 deal cost £9 and I didn't even get beef in the end, just lukewarm chicken.

Veg Nudos n Barrito are 2 best things to try at this place, try n reach this place after 2 to avoid long queues but even you are stuck in one, the service is really good.

We were looking for a quick bite and what can be more satisfying and flavoursome than a mexican meal.We tried to place our order but the server kept wanting to give us pork instead of prawns then got angry when my pescatarian wife refused to eat the pork. Another problem was that the entrance door would not close so there was a howling gail all through the small place.By the time the food was cooked and and you and picked what you wanted on it and walked the 4 steps to a table it was freezing cold. The food looked nice but we refused to pay £18 for cold food.If they can solve that problem (which many others have) then it would be good

The amount of chicken was really stingy. You either do two full spoons or just one. When staff starts picking just one or two extra pieces to top it up it looks just so pitiful. Other burrito places are so much more generous. Although the worst bit was the price of the guacamole £1.25 for a spoon of avocado. Shocking.

I visited on an evening around 7pm. I wanted the steak nudos. It took around 5mins to cook but they cooked it well done as asked. Nudos is rice, beans, meat, salad, chilli sauce, sour cream and cheese in a box. I think the portions are larger than a burrito.They gave me free nachos and guacamole for waiting :) not bad for unde £7

This place does amazing burrito's they cram it full and serve you with energy, the end result is big and very tasty.The perfect lunch, puts the humble sandwich to shame. Me and my work mates go here at least twice a week for lunch and have never been disappointed.Be prepared to choose exactly how you want it and if going at lunch time to make your mind up quickly as it a fast moving counter service thing.

I enjoy a good Chilangos Burrito, I especially like the attitude that gets put into the restaurant and the marketing. The Burritos themselves are really good, a fair size and full of flavour. The price is competitive and the choice of Burritos, Salads etc is pretty much the market standard.Unfortunately for Chilangos in Spitalfields is a competitor that, for me, just edges it is only a 30 second walk away. This is a shame because any other time I would visit Chilangos far more regularly.

Came here with my family.This I recommended to them as I came for lunch here frequently, and used to be a regular at the Angel branch.Had a burrito and a super nachos. Both at the time tasted fabulous and up to their usual standards.Got home though and wife and I had abdominal pains followed by diarrhoea. Worse still, my daughter threw up in the middle of the night and wouldn't even keep water down.At first we thought which meal this could have been as my wife questioned Chilango. On investigation though, this was the only meal where we actually at the same thing.We've sent samples to environmental health.Not returning!

The food is fantastic, the staff are very friendly. Was gutted when the one at Bluewater closed down, but now I have two near my work. If you like Mexican food then this is a must
