Just been to grab some lunch from this branch in London Bridge, experienced the worst service with an attitude and there is no due care for cross contamination for dietary care. Food is below average too! Avoid this dirty place waste of money!

I'm not saying we made our burrito right, but it was obviously bad. The same goes for the tacos and not to mention the coke which was obviously closer to a gaseous state than a liquid. Besides, too expensive (for the quality presented).

I got a burrito. it was a fine one but it wasen't great It's like a mcdonald's but no staff upstairs only in the kitchen bit quick to vive out the food. One off the burritos was half broken It's a nice place with free wifi

Got the Burrito bowl from Tortilla at London Bridge. Chili con carne lovers will love this. Basically it is burrito fillings in a bowl. The base is flavoured rice topped with black beans, pinto beans, chilli beans, chicken or beef, cheese, sour cream, tomato salsa, spicy sauce and optional guacamole. All in all, it was delicious because every mouthful was exciting.

Got both burritos for my order wrong. First one was a naked burrito and they gave us a wrap (we caught this and they made us a new one), second one was a chicken burrito but they left out the chicken (didn’t catch this until I got to the end of my burrito and confirmed there was in fact no chicken, which was disappointing).

The 1 star rating is for how dirty the place is! Food is good but sadly they don't clean up. Trash bin was full & people were forced to leave trash on top of where the utensils, tissues, & sauces were. So unsanitary & disgusting! 😥 Could've been a good place to eat if they actually clean up!
