Medium quality food, no service, expensive.

Not very friendly and smaller portions than other branches across London.

Nice place, clean and happy staff - good portions, nobody leaves hungry!

A really good burrito establishment that gives out quality burritos on the daily I would recommend everybody thinking to go to this place to go and order here because they are very high quality

First time trying mexican food, ordered a grilled veg burrito and it was soo good, will definitely be ordering more food from here regularly, 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

The best services so far specifically from tortilla london bridge branch, they gave me food with plastic lid which kept my bowl warm and saved it from not leaking

I’m not sure why the London Bridge station always seems to be the worst managed of any Tortillas I have visited. Tonight I very clearly said I was eating in and not to give me a plastic lid, and the guy proceeded to put a plastic lid on. When I said no, then he was going to throw it in the trash so I took it so I can take it home to recycle The problem is more the chain than the employees, however. Why is there no separate them to recycle plastic in the store? And why on earth no real option to contact them? No option for anything except franchisees, train or airport or university branches under the contact tab.

Got there before 10pm and they told us they were closed. Closing time says 10.30pm - I'd get it if it were a restaurant but this is a fast food chain. Won't bother going back.

This place is always out of everything. Two hours before closing and you get “sorry we have no burritos, no tacos, no Mexican rice, no chicken and no guacamole”

Major sanitary issues!!! The guy who made my naked burrito bowl dropped some guacamole on the table while making and picked the dropped bit back n put in my bowl. Really a disgusting act. Even the place was messy.

Just been to grab some lunch from this branch in London Bridge, experienced the worst service with an attitude and there is no due care for cross contamination for dietary care. Food is below average too! Avoid this dirty place waste of money!

My local Tortilla - and the best!!! Such a great location, right next to London Bridge - I regularly pop in after a long day at work before I get home and they never fail to fulfil my cravings. Shout out to Aga and the rest of the team who provide great customer service and always make the best quesadillas!!!
