This was good place to visit with family and frds good dining facility

I’m not sure why the London Bridge station always seems to be the worst managed of any Tortillas I have visited. Tonight I very clearly said I was eating in and not to give me a plastic lid, and the guy proceeded to put a plastic lid on. When I said no, then he was going to throw it in the trash so I took it so I can take it home to recycle The problem is more the chain than the employees, however. Why is there no separate them to recycle plastic in the store? And why on earth no real option to contact them? No option for anything except franchisees, train or airport or university branches under the contact tab.

Go here often, really tasty burritos and nice space outside to sit and enjoy my lunch break with colleagues. Staff are all super friendly, especially Oscar and Zizi who are great to see each time - really warm and welcoming! Thanks guys.

This place is always out of everything. Two hours before closing and you get “sorry we have no burritos, no tacos, no Mexican rice, no chicken and no guacamole”

Got there before 10pm and they told us they were closed. Closing time says 10.30pm - I'd get it if it were a restaurant but this is a fast food chain. Won't bother going back.

Major sanitary issues!!! The guy who made my naked burrito bowl dropped some guacamole on the table while making and picked the dropped bit back n put in my bowl. Really a disgusting act. Even the place was messy.

Inconsistency is the word, the portion sizes (the meat) were very small compared to the other places we visited.

Devoid of atmosphere. Robotic interaction with staff and order via tablet. Lack of ingredients available, no guacamole and no jalepenos. Inauthentic cooking. Dismal.

Just been to grab some lunch from this branch in London Bridge, experienced the worst service with an attitude and there is no due care for cross contamination for dietary care. Food is below average too! Avoid this dirty place waste of money!

My local Tortilla - and the best!!! Such a great location, right next to London Bridge - I regularly pop in after a long day at work before I get home and they never fail to fulfil my cravings. I'm not saying we made our burrito right, but it was obviously bad. The same goes for the tacos and not to mention the coke which was obviously closer to a gaseous state than a liquid. Besides, too expensive (for the quality presented).

Got the Burrito bowl from Tortilla at London Bridge. Chili con carne lovers will love this. Basically it is burrito fillings in a bowl. The base is flavoured rice topped with black beans, pinto beans, chilli beans, chicken or beef, cheese, sour cream, tomato salsa, spicy sauce and optional guacamole. All in all, it was delicious because every mouthful was exciting.
