Chicken Stop in Wakefield

Driver nearly left not having given us the full order. We accept - it was his first day - he was so nice and apologetic. The main issue was the standard of the food. We'd really looked forward to it but didn't enjoy it as felt had to rush it, as it was cold and almost uneatable.

Order number C70E3 ordered at 16:17 delivered 16:55. Uber is given the order as soon as it comes through. The order should be cooked when the driver arrives. Arrived stone cold. And I mean cold. Tracking showed Uber driver spent 20 minutes in supermarket before picking up my order. No answer from restaurant when called. Poor service, won't use it again.

Food was cold and chips was preheated onion rings I was very disappointed with them my lettuces was soggy in my burger bun I also didn’t ask for 7up either very poor

Always good tasty burgers and friendly service. My grandsons favourite takeaway! I always go for a Whopper, this time I treated myself to a double! Wish I'd remembered to used my Blue Light card!
