Chicken Shop in Camden

Not a bad Chicken shop, got one of the burgers. It wasn't bad but there was definitely too much mayonnaise on it.

I order a chicken burger with mayonnaise and burger sauce. The person who serves me tells me yes yes yes something else, (yes please two pieces of chicken) something else, yes... burger sauce. Of everything I ordered, I only got the hamburger and fries and not how I wanted it. That was bad enough for you to ask me what I want if you don't give me what I want.

I am a customer of this shop since 2009 this time unhappy staff were there also I had chicken wings which was oily and not cooked well not goint there anymore

I come here once a week every week, their chicken is consistently good, good value for money, tasty flavours, and always good service

Midnight cravings… I got the spicy chicken burger meal that comes with a burger, chips and a drink. I upgraded to peri fries for 0.30£ then added a portion of onin rings for 2.99£ Taste was okay! The chicken filet burger was nice, quite spicy as mentioned above. Peri fries were also nice, that seasoning was really good. I wasn’t very impressed with onion rings tho, they were bit cold and tasteless. All in all, it’s not bad for a late night order. Delivery was on time; like 40-45mints.

Scam. Ordered something and didn't serve me what it was ordered. Nothing could be done

For the amount you pay and the quality of the food you get it's a huge disappointment. Better food from a street dixy for a quarter of the price. Service was poor. Staff was rude, waiting time was satisfactory, but the food was terrible, some dry fillet burgers in cold buns, cardboard dry chips, stale tasting wings. Poor quality all across. Please avoid at all cost unless maybe a survival situation.

Okay - so, in the past year, their prices have literally gone up by 150%. Way above anything justifiable. There’s another comment about this person being a customer for ten years. I’m unsure what they were paying but I paid £6 for a combo meal which was a burger, fries, drink and a side box of chicken wings with beans/coleslaw on top. You don’t get that anymore but pay at least double the price you would have. It’s a rip off.

On Mondays there is great offer. The fried chicken is really good

It’s a much better alternative to KFC especially due to their grilled chicken selection. However be ready to pay the £2-£3 extra compared to KFC. Staff are friendly and service is fast.

Ordered on ubereats. £11.99 for a burger, wings and chips. And another meal of chicken strips and poppers. Honestly what can I say... the chicken inside the burger was hard and chewy. The chips, oh my days don't get me started on the chips, honestly felt like they gave it no attention what's so ever. It tasted 5 days old. The chicken strips and poppers were overly cooked and burnt. The only thing that tasted average was the wings, again really hard but edible. Sorry if this sounds harsh but in this day and age with so many options available, people should not be scammed like this.

The most retardet people I’ve ever seen been coming to this shop for 15 years and it only gets worst you pay for 2 chicken legs they give you 2 chicken breast I wonder what goes on with the hygiene at the back if they can’t tell the difference between a chicken leg and a breast

The worst place. If in your mind you have poor chicken shop, Subtract 700 and you’ll get close to this place. Ordered on Uber eats and after 2 hours was informed it wasn’t coming. Tried to all them and got hung up on as soon as I said I was waiting for an order

Amazing chicken burgers and fries!!!

Ordered for me and my colleague while working at a local university. BOGOF uber eats offer. Lovely tasting chicken and chips, generous portions and extra satchets of sauce provided. Yummy

Food was great but the barely cool can of Pepsi was a disappointment. Asked for ice but they didn't have. Don't bother getting beverages here.

I had been out with my family and we needed something to eat. Chicken Hub was just by the corner. We had their rice and roasted chicken. While the meal wouldn't compete with a 'purpose-built' Nigerian Party Jolof Rice, away from home, Chicken Hub was a good find.

I thought it was good but what is that spice you use in every thing? White pepper?? Some weird tasting spice on the fries on the chicken. What is it? Bad bad weird pepper / oregano taste

I have been thier customer for more than ten years, ever since it was called Chicken Cottage. This place is famous for their mouthwatering fried and grilled chicken, both of which are very tasty. I feel that the taste of the food is getting better everytime I visit. The service in the restaurant is very good. However, the number of tables is small, compared to the number of visitors. In addition, the tables are not cleaned after each use, which causes inconvenience.

Great food Quality, whenever i have been to Holborn chicken hub is the place for my food, HMC approved Halal, but service can be improved always experienced same with staff as they are arrogant. Can be improved but the food and quality is amazing as always.

Almost everytime I have ordered from this place it has let me down or manage to mess something up this time they decided to give me expired BBQ beans …. It goes to show this place has lack of health and safety food standards … dry burger and expired beans

Very busy most of the day because of good food at a reasonable price. There is not a lot of seating in restaurant so think about getting take out and walking to nearby places.

I was eating half chicken with salad, fries and drink. The taste very good. I recommended this place. You can eat well and it isn't expensive.

I usually go there for lunch. I have tried almost everything, and they never disappoint. Taste is up to the mark with enough quantity of food. The meat is always properly cooked, unlike others cafes around.

It’s wonderful to have deep fried chicken in the midnight. I would say the flavour is a little bit off to me due to the taste I used to have in my homeland. I personally prefer more aromatic with various spices and herbs. This one is more herbal to me, yet it’s still quite nice. All staffs and people show up in the night is kind, which is a plus to me as well. Next time I think I would learn how to appreciate it.

my absolute fave: rice with fried chicken!

Fairly decent for a fast food place. Grilled combo meal was a bit overpriced considering the amount that was given but the burger was good. Could do with cheese. Chips are thin but spiced right.

If I could give 0 stars then I would we waited over 20 minutes when the restaurant was empty The hostess on till was miserable didn’t seem like she wanted to work or serve us kept staring at us constantly making us feel uncomfortable I ordered a chicken strip and rice meal to find that there was hair in all they offered was to re cook the food no offer of a refund or anything to compensate anything towards the mistake they made you need to reimburse people for your kitchen mistake if this was not a street food and was a restaurant you would get in far more troubles Was more upset my family had eaten fully before the new meal had been done so I ended up taking it away really bad experience and I don’t recommend anyone to eat from here and check your food for hair I feel physically sick 😷

Fresh food and friendly manager

An economical place for stomach filling meal. Great taste and value. They have lot of locations all across the city, but do remember its menu (and name) does resemble the much older Chicken Cottage. Despite that they serve fresh food and are good for working professionals.

Best chicken in London! Great staff, with almost no waiting time. Perfectly spicy and affordable meals with lots of food for the price. I had the spicy rice box and boy was it good. For the cheap price i went away happy and well fed. (I even had to go back a few days later and get another spicy rice box, it was that good!) completely wrong order! I ordered a barbecue burger and barbecue wings and what came to my door was extremely spicey ruined my night couldn’t eat it was too spicey! Terrible and chips came cold

It’s nearing midnight, and the wife and I have not had any form of food since lunch, and this was down the road from our hotel (we were coming back from an event) and had a quick look at maps and thought we would give it a try!….. first of very friendly staff! Nothing was an issue, I asked to change the fries to peri peri fries and I was expecting to pay extra for it… nope… not an issue, and also price is extremely competitive! Which i wont lie when the price is this low I become a little sceptical. Short walk back to hotel. Now the food…oh my god was amazing! Temperature was hot still despite a 5-7minute walk back to our hotel (in single digit temperature) and the taste was absolutely delicious. It’s rare for me to leave any feedback unless it’s exceptionally good. (I won’t even feedback if things are bad) If anyone visits, or stays this Part of London I highly recommend here for food! Cheers for the food guys! Wife and I really enjoyed it

very poor delivery service for delivery, every order its taking 20 minutes minimum waiting at non busy time???? if we say some thing these guys won’t make order fast they come from back and starts arguing instead of making order, very rude staff

The spicy wings are good. However, check that you got what you ordered. I paid for an 8 spicy wings menu for takeaway and only got 6 wings... Just realized it at home.

The fried chicken is good, peri peri is OK, chips are awful and bland. Wings are too greasy. Service is sometimes awful, they always forget stuff.

It was surprisingly good. Only place in London where i went again as experience was good. Grilledchicken with rice was very good and i will recommend. Service was great as well. Second time i found few burnt rice in it. Probably they have to work on the quality.

I love foodhub, come during the week. Excellent chicken, I love the wings, not greasy, perfect layer of batter. The piri salt is the perfection. Prefer to KFC

i made the order at 11 and it barely reached 1 half, why so hard considering that deliveroo was making 5 minutes to my house… in addition, i lacked potatoes and juice, i have my experience that the costume was very ugly

I believe it's a busy Christmas eve but the bad attitude has nothing to do with the work .. if u can't manage one delivery app why accepting orders from 3 or more apps. After a long wait been asked to cancel .. very rude

24 hour chicken shop in Central London, I always find myself popping in here on the way home from a gig, even if I'm not hungry! I normally have chicken pieces 2 or 3, very rarely a meal deal, although I'd prefer a hot tea to cold sugar drink and they do not do hot drinks. I also recently had a chicken wrap because while queuing, I saw someone else eating and wasn't disappointed. Highly recommend! Wish the pancake shop next door was 24 hour as well!

One of the most favourite places due to late servings

Visited this place a few times. The chicken is good. The chips are not the best and they are not very generous with the chips.

The Chicken Hub staff are so incredibly friendly. A food place that is bit out of character for me (as mostly vegan) but it drew me in on the night of the first big snow of the year. I haven’t been inspired to write like I was in Chicken Hub and I ended up staying for multiple hours enjoying the late night ambiance. Thank you wonderful Chicken Hub people! 🤩 Truly completely unexpected.

Understaffed, the manager wasn't organised as he was skipping order numbers and I faced a 40 minute delay for my food. When I did get my order, the food was mediocre. Probably better to get Mcdonalds or KFC where it is actually 'fast' food.

Came this morning , Aidar served us, 10/10 customer service. Clean and professional worker.
