Chicken Run in Tower Hamlets

Very rude. Once found hair on chicken wings another time found wooden piece on the lamb donor wrap. Owner was shouting over the phone when I complained also he said not to go to his shop.

It's very strange that you can't eat food from outside along with there food ✌️ very strange never experienced this kind of thing in United Kingdom before specially London.. I used to come here regularly. Need to thing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. First, the service was extremely slow. I waited almost 15 minutes just to place my order, and the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and lacked flavor. I ordered a burger, and the bun was soggy while the meat was overcooked. The fries were limp and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the shop was questionable. There were dirty tables, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

Very cheap for the location, but you get what you pay for. Chicken is very bad quality, first thought it was pigeon. Unedible chicken pieces. Burger was alright but just average. I’d skip this, don’t be lured by the low prices and fake reviews

Have been using this shop since I started working around the corner as it was recommended to me by others. Staff are always kind and welcoming. The chicken bbq strips are literally the best boneless chicken I have ever tasted and such a decent price for London city. All the food is good quality and fast service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely rude. We ordered on just eat at 6pm called the restaurant at 7.15 to ask where the order was. Told the guy it was our iftar and he was so rude and cut the phone off saying he's busy. I order from them at least once a month and disappointed that they guy was so rude. His tone of voice will drive customers away.

Randomly ordered from here and it was soo good. Was nervous from some of the reviews but this is defo my new joint. The chicken burger is soooo tasty, hot wings are actually hot, small portion of chips but its not the worst, they were good & the kebab wrap was stuffed and loads of sauce, it weren’t dry.

Food is amazing here! I work near the city of London where there isn't many spots around. I've tried all the other places and this is the spot if your craving any burgers and fries/wings. Quality staff and quality food.

Fries are always fresh and well-seasoned, and the shatkora doner kebab box is also very tasty and good value. Has a range of refrigerated soft drinks but unfortunately (for my taste preferences) they serve Pepsi rather than Coca-cola. From memory I also saw two flavours of Mirinda , Dr Pepper and bottled water. There is also a restroom but I haven’t yet had occasion to use it.

The taste of food is tremendous and they make the best chilli sauce as my opinions. Their unique pink sauce better as well. The staff are really good and friendly. I did not receive my chicken wings

Chips were very greasy and part off my order was missing....i called them and they never apologised and offered to redeliver it to me....instead said i could have it next time when i order....trouble is i wont reorder again...i asked for mayo...they sent me chilli.....chicken in bun was smaller yhan bun....it looke like a chicken strip.....that food shop is bogus

Happy with the food and delivery, gave 4* for food instead of 5* coz requested chilli sauce which was not included. However overall good food and service.

The way they make their Kebabs is honestly delicious. Late 90's prices with super quality food. Please try their amazing chili sauce.

I ordered my food at 16:30. ETA was 16:45-16:50. Waited until 17:45 and then contacted just eat to let them know food had not arrived. Rec’d email saying they are looking into it. Finally at 18:15 ish, my food arrived - almost 2 hours later. However the food arrived cold and inedible.

Usually have good experiences with this place but today I was given a plain lamb doner with chips when I paid for the more expensive meal that comes with salad, naan bread etc. Hopefully this is a one off as normally they do not make mistakes like this.
