Food is great but customer service is only good in shop. Whenever I order online they don’t want to give me sauces or purposely mess up the salad or give wrong drink. Literally have to beg for sauce which is a pain, always need to think twice before ordering it I’m ready for the dissapointment which is a shame because food is actually good and when you go in store they are much nicer

I'm not sure whether I should start with the quality of the food or by mentioning the restaurant offers the lowest prices in central London and lower than most of the food shops in entire London. But again, the quality of the burger 🍔 surprised me. One of the best I've tried for years and years. Where have I been all this time not trying their food before?

Is it me or is the chips at this place is gone really bad now the food quality also went quite down.at this moment the only thing this place is holding onto is the sauce.need to fix the quality of the chicken and chips as at this point chips feels like floppy potato pieces

I used to eat here daily when i worked locally under the old management before they sold up. I must say food still has the same quality, shop has been renovated nicely and more items on the menu. Cstomer service good also

Very rude. Once found hair on chicken wings another time found wooden piece on the lamb donor wrap. Owner was shouting over the phone when I complained also he said not to go to his shop.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. First, the service was extremely slow. I waited almost 15 minutes just to place my order, and the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and lacked flavor. I ordered a burger, and the bun was soggy while the meat was overcooked. The fries were limp and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the shop was questionable. There were dirty tables, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

I've ordered food from here before and generally the food quality is very good however this time the piece of chicken was a bit too oily and the chips over cooked slightly hence the 4 for the quality. might have to look elsewhere next time...

Have been using this shop since I started working around the corner as it was recommended to me by others. Staff are always kind and welcoming. The chicken bbq strips are literally the best boneless chicken I have ever tasted and such a decent price for London city. All the food is good quality and fast service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely rude. We ordered on just eat at 6pm called the restaurant at 7.15 to ask where the order was. Told the guy it was our iftar and he was so rude and cut the phone off saying he's busy. I order from them at least once a month and disappointed that they guy was so rude. His tone of voice will drive customers away.

Randomly ordered from here and it was soo good. Was nervous from some of the reviews but this is defo my new joint. The chicken burger is soooo tasty, hot wings are actually hot, small portion of chips but its not the worst, they were good & the kebab wrap was stuffed and loads of sauce, it weren’t dry.

Food is amazing here! I work near the city of London where there isn't many spots around. I've tried all the other places and this is the spot if your craving any burgers and fries/wings. Quality staff and quality food.

Fries are always fresh and well-seasoned, and the shatkora doner kebab box is also very tasty and good value. Has a range of refrigerated soft drinks but unfortunately (for my taste preferences) they serve Pepsi rather than Coca-cola. From memory I also saw two flavours of Mirinda , Dr Pepper and bottled water. There is also a restroom but I haven’t yet had occasion to use it.
