This place is great for a casual night out. Growing up near Chicago, this place keeps true to the flavors and culture I would expect from back home. The chicken was a bit spicy for my toddler and they made him a batch of chicken nuggets and chicken strips on the house. The food was amazing and the people were even better. Definitely recommend going here.

Brukte ofte å være her i 2017, burgerne var saftig og gode. Nå i juli 2023, så må jeg si at standaren har gått mye ned. Kvaliteten kan ikke sammenlignes nå med da. Må også nevne at spiseområdet virket litt shabby for å si det på en pen måte.

Really tasty burgers, and the chilli chips were just fab! Big portions made it well worth it too! Will be going back. We visited the Richmond branch. Great service.

Nous avons été très déçus par ce restaurant fast food … le restaurant est tout petit et est très sale c’ est horrible . Rien qu en nous installant à notre table (sale) nous avons perdus notre appétit … Tout est sale le sol les murs les portes …. un très mauvais souvenirs et peur d être malade le lendemain . le repas est cependant très copieux mais trop épicé à notre goût . bref une très mauvaise expérience .

Came here whilst looking for a snack to eat, whilst waiting for the nearby Eventim Apollo to open for the performance. The Pub next door was crowded and had a long line of people waiting to get in, so we dropped into this place, which was empty. Service, if any, was lacklustre to say the least. I asked for a Chicken Burger, only to be told that they were out of chicken, and that there was no chicken in the house. So we decided for Classic Burgers with chips. The Burger was not very bad, but certainly also not very good. Dry - despite their claim that they have used Mayonnaise - and a bit unappetising. The chips were alright. The sitting area was smelly and dirty. Next time I have to wait for the Eventim Apollo, we will certainly not be back here.....

Food NOT good Also tax dodging as they refuse card payment and make you go to cash point. They used to be good but going backwards.

The food standard has gone down big time since Mo is not at Chicago grill there are two guys Asians with beards who are stingy and after money without giving any importance to customers and customer service , the staff is lazy they don’t have no motivation to serve , the chicken is not properly grilled , bread was tearing a part and it’s just so rubbish the standard has gone down badly. They ask for cash only to avoid tax man and always hassling customers. Never going back.

This place has a big reputation of providing great tasting burgers and I must say it did not disappoint. The burgers were fresh and the range they provide is outstanding. The place has a 5 star hygiene and the customer service is so good, Will be a regular here for sure.

This was a terrible first visit,I ordered a chicken wrap and when 3 hrs later i starting vomiting.Now I am off school from food poisoning.

Been here on several occasions and since the refurb it's even better because now there's space to sit and eat in peace. I've tried a few things off the menu and have enjoyed them all, beef burgers chicken burgers the lot. The chicken fries are amazing 👌

Don't know what you do or where you source your ingredients but over the last four years, pre and post refurb, even after moving out of West London, I'm still coming back to this place. Amazing burger, chips and sauces. Keep doing what you're doing guys.

I decided to get Uber eats tonight after a rough day at work, where coincidentally my simple request for a chicken and cheese panini at a sandwich shop in Acton was mistaken for a tuna and cheese panini. So I decided that I deserved a treat, and ordered a meal from Chicago Grill. As I anxiously awaited the arrival of my meal, I was growing more hungry by the minute. The Uber man knocked on my door and I unbeknownst to me, I welcomed into my home what can only be described as a turd in styrofoam. I opened up the lid to my hotdog, and the scene was terrifying. It looked like a cat had thrown up into an open wound. The smell was so disgusting that I had to open up all the windows in my room and my girlfriend started yelling at me. I then opened up my side order of chicken n’ chips, and yet again I was confronted by a steamy disaster. This event, on top of the above mentioned panini incident sent me into a spiral of depression and regret. Please do not order food from Chicago Grill.

We had just finished a concert in central London and were on the hunt for gourmet burgers at 2am! After checking online we found this little gem was open until 5am! So drove there and we couldn’t believe how delicious the burgers were. Next time we are in London we will definitely be coming back!

It's imperative that if you are anywhere near Hammersmith you visit this place. Their chilli beef fries are amazing. They have authentic buffalo wings that cater to all levels of spice. If your famished make sure you try the meat feast burger.

The restaurant is friendly, warm and clean. The staff are courteous. The food is scrumptious. Piping hot, tasty, fresh and all condiments that you could wish for. A good portion of properly cooked chips too. I recommend Chicago Grill (aka hungryhouse).
