Fried rice was good but chow mein pork tasted off and left

Missing items spoilt my usually great experience

Probably the worst food I've ever tasted bland very dry and stale won't be ordering from here again

No cucumber or spring onion with duck but that’s minor, lovely food per usual.

food quality for noodle boxes was 8/10 they took forever to turn up so was barely warm, same with the duck, had no spring onions or cucumber with the duck either, disappointing considering it would of been very easy to get this order correct

Great food and hot on delivery

Ordered from here before and not had a problem but over two hours waiting for the food and then they’ve missed items off the list! Shame really.

Food was digusting, noodles were just in a block no sauce so dry like cardboard. Chicken was boiled and very squidgy. Would not recommend.

Ordered munch box and it prob as to be worst one I've had everything was dry as a bone and I don't know what meat was meant to be but it looked like a dog chew won't be ordering here again

When it finally arrived (2.5 hours after ordering, 30 mins after expected) the food was delicious. It's a shame the lack of communication and long wait times ruined an otherwise tasty meal - everything was well seasoned, and cooked perfectly. Recommended for the food, but adjust expectations for delivery times.

noodles tasted burnt, chips were hard. rice was stuck together. not alot of food for £51

usually it's nice from here but found it really dry there was hardly any chicken and what was it easier really dry! such a shame because it's not cheap. when I went to collect there were tons of daddy long legs in the place! which was off putting! shame really!

Delivered on time chips had been reheated and chicken satay was bland and full of a Chinese vegetable very small amount of chicken waste of money I would avoid as expensive and poor quality

There’s no taste to the food at all it all taste like it’s been cooked and prepped prior order. I asked for lemon chicken and got sour chicken noodles had no taste whatsoever had to reheat them too much chicken in the rice special fried rice and everything taste like the same sauce, like it’s been cooked all the same sauce but very bland taste that’s not very nice will not be ordering again unfortunately a waste of £23

After waiting 1 and half hours for a 30 min delivery and having to phone 3 times to find where food was, I wish I hadn't bothered. Salt and pepper box had no chilli, but did have raw onions, overcooked chips and dry chicken and rib pieces for £15. Upset and annoyed does not cover it, I will not be returning here again!

Called them at 9pm and they said I'd get it soon then it turned to 10pm I called them again and they said 10-20 mins now it is currently 11pm they're not answering their phones the food hasn't come and when they do answer they cut it off straight away. Do not recommend getting food here it's not even capable of getting a 1 star.

Tried Cherry Blossom as the Chinese takeaway I usually buy from wasn't showing on JustEat. Absolutely amazing food cooked to perfection. will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

Great food but later than expected

My food never came. Just eat have no concern, just tell you to leave a bad review. Restaurant hung up on me when i called. Makes the app pointless.

The restaurant had got our order wrong and gave us a beef dish instead of a chicken dish, I rang up 5 times to be told “we’re making a new dish it will be 15 minutes” over 2 hours waiting and no dish delivered.

Crispy duck was soggy and chicken in ok very salty. Worst meal we’ve had from cherry blossom

The worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever experienced. The pictures speak for themselves. The whole lot went straight in the bin. Shocking delivery time, food is the most disgusting over cooked and cold I’ve seen! Still hungry out of pocket and pissed off! Avoid at all costs!!

no peppers in the salt and pepper chips, just onions and the chips were quite hard and dry due to veeeb so Kate. Chow mein was considerably greasy and sloppy.

Salt and pepper ribs were bland, flavourless and cold, soup was nice and it was hot. Special curry and special chow mein was hot but again flavourless, all the meat tasted of nothing. Won’t be wasting my money on ordering from here again. Delivery was as expected and on time though.

I order the new noodle box which was lovely by the way but you need to have it put in a different container then it came in the gravy soaked through the box it was in

The beef was cooked so tender made a lovely my meal with the chips & onion rings definitely recommend this take away.

Very bland no flavouring very disappointed

after reading the other reviews I wasn't expecting much, but what we received was decent, the food was still very hot and tasted great, I was very happy with what I got

Driver was late and tried charging me more than what it said on the app and would not show me the receipt and was also rude

After a few chips I threw the remainder of the box in the bin. Far too much salt and no flavour

Food came cold and wrong! Waited ages for delivery to then open a totally wrong dish we didn’t order. Rang the shop 6 times to correct this and no answer. No refund or nothing offered.

Did not receive one of the dishes we ordered on Valentines Day. Contacted restaurant who offered to send it but what we had received was already cold and chips hard so not prepared to wait even longer. Requested refund for what we had not received, 10 days later still waiting. Contacted restaurant many times to be told it has been refunded to Just Eat - I have received nothing from either the restaurant or from Just Eat. I have not even had an email to acknowledge my complaint from Just Eat.

2 hours 15 minutes to receive order, absolutely freezing cold food when it arrived, delivery guy was apparently asked from takeaway next door to deliver for them! Disgusting behaviour, constantly knocking the time back on just eat and not answering phone...they should decline orders on just eat or suspend it if they can't keep up with the amount of orders they receive! Total joke definitely won't be ordering again!

I have to chase the order as it was over an hour since I ordered online, rang up and it was a further 30 minutes after chasing it up. Food came chips were under cooked and the bag of prawn crackers had about 5 in them. Over all will not be returning.

All of the food was tasteless, and there was no seasoning at all. prawns were mushy, the batter hardly cooked, and there were items missing. I am so disappointed, it’s Valentine’s Day and my £35 romantic meal was basically terrible and a complete waste of time. Gutted.

First & last time to order due to arrive 18.40-19.00 actually arrived 19.20 food was bland and taste less across the board processed frozen meat all in all very poor

Took a little time to prepare which we dont mind on busy nights, the downside was our vegetarian option came full of meat and our can of coke wasnt in the bag. Sides were burnt and chips were cold. Usually enjoy it and have been coming since it first opened but may have to look elsewhere

TLDR; Don't believe the delivery time. Estimated delivery time was pointless. When it was initially 10 latApp said it was delivered I had to call 3 times for updates, on the 2nd call the driver was apparently leaving but it took more than 45 minutes further to arrive (and we don't live THAT far away..), being over 1 hour late in the end. Driver himself seemed a nice guy, but the long wait was far too long. Won't be ordering from here again, have no trust they'll deliver when they say they will

Wow shocking, prior the confirming order rang the shop and asked if I can have no meat and swap if for fish or anything vegetarian. The person has agreed to make me a vegetarian box. Basically paid £15 for rice. When the order came I have received all the meat I didn’t want to have. Disgusting costumer service and terrible knowledge.
