Everything we ate was absolutely amazing. Pretty generous size portions. Very fast service and smiling faces..

I visited the Chefs Flavour for the first time on Saturday the 13th July with my Son to Dine in.I was very impressed with the greeting I received from the staff.The Restaurant is very clean and the Dining area tastefully decorated.Pristine white table cloths.The food was excellent as was the service A truly delightful dining experience.I highly recommended this Restaurant,i wil be returnng.

I usually go to the Memory lane restaurant however as they are closed on Tuesdays I thought I would try glenfield. Sushil was absolutely brilliant and even provided a pair of reading glasses as I left mine at home, the food was brilliant and even the chef came out to ask if everything was good. 5 stars for me

Got a takeaway for the first time and was quoted £36 on phone and charged £48 for 2 pilau rice and 3 curries. Checked online and the prices were correct. Wouldn’t have minded so much but the portions where really small although it was ok taste wise its was really overpriced for takeout, you can eat in for the same cost. Anstey balti house would nearly be 40% cheaper for the same food coming in at £26. Won’t be going back !

Absolutely brilliant food, different from other Indian restaurants as the food is very tasty. Excellent service and staff helpful. The only downside is it’s hard to have a conversation within your party. Will go again and highly recommend.

The food was lovely and had great flavour. The staff were really nice and made sure everything was okay with your food. The price is reasonable and lots of choice on the menu. Will definitely be going back again.

Myself, partner friend and his wife had a lovely experience dining here on Saturday 30th March 2024. The food was amazing and not rushed at all even trying a aubergine dish from the manager who spent time talking to us all, a nice bloke who also listens to what you have to say. Had dinner reservation at this restaurant on a Friday and really had a great family evening out. Liked that as soon as we sat down, they placed 3 generous sized poppadoms and a trio of chutneys. The onion/ chilli chutney was great, also a fan of the tamarind one but not too sure of the mint/ coriander as it was super bright green in color. Dish-wise it’s 5 stars for the Aubergine starter! Deliciously umami flavors and a dish to convert folks who aren’t into aubergines. Very nice servers (Sushil & Jyoti) and the Owner/Chef come out towards end of the meal to check the meal went well. I had lamb curry on the bone and it was super delicious. My brother’s chicken curry tasted super home-cooked. Absolutely lovely vegetarian biryani (although am not a fan of coloured rice) and roti as well! The food was hearty and delicious in taste. We split the two desserts that are made in-house, the carrot halwa and the gulab jamun. My mum really liked the halwa and I liked the gulab jamun as it wasn’t overtly sweet. Overall lovely meal and service, definitely plan to return!

We were treated like royalty this evening. The chef was very attentive to our needs and delivered to our specific requirements. Both tandoori rotis and naans very great as well as the curry. The chutney served with the poppadoms was very tasty. A massive improvement to the previous few owners. We are local, so will be visiting again. Big thanks to all the staff who looked after me and my son!

Went here for the first time as heard good things and always saw it was busy. Had abit of a wait for the food. However, staff were apologetic! Food was absolutely lovely! Chicken practically melted in my mouth. I opted for medium spice but found it wasn't that spicy so maybe an extra kick would be good! Will be definitely dinning here again.

Hour and a half wait for main courses, and the butter paneer is tomato soup, tastes no different to tomato soup at all. No flavour whatsoever. Complete rip off. Interior not been changed since Swatlands in 2007 also. Don't bother if you want a genuine, nice curry, even the peshwari naan has no taste whatsoever. Really disappointed as heard good reviews previously. Service was good but again not worth it for food that I can make better at home. £70 for two, for what??? Awful.

Came here for a family meal, staff were all friendly and great! Food was lovely, they ask how spicy you want it which is nice. Someone did find it not spicy enough so they asked the staff for extra spice and they took it away and added to it no problem at all. Food was all tasty, hot and fresh. The sizzler plates are great too! prices are reasonable and worth it. Would come back and tell people to give this place a try!

One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever visited. Certainly the best in Leicester! I have been here multiple times with my family, and every time we have left delighted. The food is high quality and tasty, and the portions are very large. The kitchen is accommodating for spice levels, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Living in Leicester, which is a known centre of Asian food, I must confess that the food is excellent with very modest and competitive prices. Highly recommended to visit.

Recently visited with Newtown Linford Curry Club....refreshing modern twist Indian restaurant...must try tempura aubergine fries and luckhnowi lamb chops. Far better to have a selection of great starter dishes!😍

Wonderful place, excellent menu, food very tasty, hot. service 5* . Party of 5 all served together, thoroughly enjoyed our Friday evening.

If you like even the mildest of spice/ heat I advise against dining here. We ordered 3 dishes one being a madras, tika massala, and a prawn dish. We were asked if we wanted it spicy and we chose spicy for all 3.The curry's all tasted nice but with hardly any hint of spice at all !! I likened it to earing a stew or goulash. The madras was far milder than the tika, if it could have gotten any milder that is... how can this be from an Indian restaurant? I think they may have ran out of chilli's or something 🤔. We did find a chilli in one of the dishes so decided to add a bit of spice to our palette by eating it on its own and it was a dried chilli and even that had no spice or heat to it. Pickle tray was also weird.. There was a luminous ( don't know what to call it) but I think it was yogurt with green food colouring and a dash of mint essence.? Will not be eating here again unless I fancy stew and rice 😅 The staff we very friendly and attentive though and I am sure they would have rectified things had I have asked but my son asked me not to.

3 of us ate at Chefs Flavour Glenfield on Saturday and had a fabulous meal could not fault the service , atmosphere or the food , thank you so much . The aubergine chips were exceptional

1st time coming here I'm new to glenfield and the 1st time eating out in the area. Throughly enjoyed the food from the poppadoms to the main. I would consider to dine at this establishment as it's one of the nicest indian food I've had.

Our first visit was very impressive - having visited this venue under the previous ownership. Describing themselves as Indochina cuisine, they have very friendly staff, who were happy to chat about the dishes and help us to get a feel for the portion sizes, flavouring and spiciness. The curries had a rich, yet light taste, which was due to the chefs not using too much ghee. The poppadoms and accompanying bread - naan, roti, paratha - were fresh and crisp. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommended.

Gem of Leicester. I went there to eat food with family. We were 7 peoples and the manager was so nice and respectful. Food was delicious. They gave us crispy fried aubergine on the house. It was the best starter we ever had. Love the customer service aswell. 🍽️🍽️
