Katie is incredible!! We were visiting from Australia and she went above and beyond for us! All the staff were so lovely, food was incredible and the atmosphere was amazing.

I used to be a massive fan of Lucky Fox but the place has gone downhill since under new management. I've tried to get my hands on some of the famous fried chicken 4 times this year and it's always closed despite going when it should be open. The staff clearly don't care about opening times. And if the opening times have changed, management should update the sign on the door. Such a shame that a Sheffield establishment is being run into the ground.
