We go here lots and the staff are excellent - very friendly and efficient. The coffee is also the best in Nantwich. We always feel comfortable and at home.

Lovely place. Great way to finish off a dog walk round the town. Lovely food for humans as well as our four legged friends. They also do gift vouchers which we had bought for us for Christmas which is such a great idea and can’t wait to use. We also love how they have clips to clip your dog onto so your not having to hold onto their lead and you can eat and drink normally.

Lovely little cafe which is friendly. Nice coffee and cake selection. Upstairs there is a dog grooming parlour. Little clips on wall to attach your dog lead while at the tables. Really nice staff as well.

Fabulous cafe for dog owners. Dogs are welcome and the tables have places at each table to fasten your dog’s leash to, and free puppachinos! For humans the food is equally good. The choice at lunch was toasties (very tasty!), pano is and ciabattas. The salad sides were fresh, the crisps crispy, the meals varied, hot and freshly prepared. Order at the counter, food brought to your table.

Everytime we go to Charlie's we are meet with very friendly happy staff. The coffee is perfect and the atmosphere is fantastic so relaxing and chilled our dog loves the pupachinos . Would definitely recommend if you own a dog or not.

Lovely morning spent with friends and dogs. The dogs loved their treats, didn’t take them long to eat them! We only had coffees, trying to be good but the cakes looked delicious. Coffee was good but just be aware if you opt to have a speciality milk they charge you 50p for it. Not really fair that if you have a dietary requirement you then have to pay for it. Perhaps add an extra 10p to all coffees then no one notices

So pleased to have found this place! We stumbled across this cafe / shop whilst visiting Nantwich with our dog. Such a wonderful place to enjoy a coffee, cake or lunch with my dog and husband. I decided to see if I could get a new harness for our dog and the lady assisted me to check the correct size because our dog hadn’t worn one of them before. Unfortunately, the size that was needed was out of stock but it was such an enjoyable experience. We will certainly return.

We stopped off at Charlie's & co with our furbaby for a spot of lunch and once again the staff , food and drinks were all perfect. It is such a lovely relaxing atmosphere and our dog loves the puppuccino's and meeting lots of new friends.

If you have a well behaved dog to bring along or just love dogs this is the place to visit. The staff are lovely and get to know their customers and their dogs. They regularly put on breed specific dog parties which are great fun. 100% recommended! I don’t drink coffee but I’ve heard that their coffee is one of the best in Nantwich.

I give this place 3 stars for the fuss attention and friendliness towards our dog but in terms of actual customer service, politeness, attentiveness, a smile a warm welcome actual acknowledgement of human guests that's where you loose the stars and loose custom because you may well be great with dogs our human best friends our fur babies but if you aren't good at customer service towards the dogs owners you won't do well. When we entered your establishment we were not greeted by anyone, standing there like a bunch of lemons waiting to be squeezed. No smile, no I'll be with you shortly, not even a hello. We eventually got a table after walking over and picking one ourselves, I wouldn't of minded if you were busy but you weren't. We had to ask if it was table service or order at the counter. The coffee was delicious, but didn't have the paw print like the photo. The cake was good and our dog loved the treats, which were nice. I'd say a savoury option or two for dogs would be good, you could offer chicken breasts or scrabled eggs etc. Also add some chicken or vegetable or beef stock to the tea to make it more loved by dogs. Priced well and the cafe itself is nice and clean. I think the staff let this place down which is a shame as it could be something special with new staff.

Charlie & Co is such a lovely place. The coffee is fantastic, the cakes are all incredible (the blueberry bakewell is my absolute fav!) and the staff are always so lovely and welcoming. I’m not a dog owner myself, but I love how caring and attentive the staff are, always giving the dogs a fuss. They are super accommodating for different dietary requirements, too, with plenty of vegan options available, and very clear labelling. I’ve been on numerous occasions with different people, and everyone I’ve taken there has been super impressed. It’s a shame there are a couple of dramatic people giving a 1/5 rating, trying to give them a bad reputation. Imagine being that angry because the hard working staff want to go home on time, or because you didn’t simply say “excuse me” to ask a question! So petty. There are plenty of other coffee places in town, but I’ll always choose Charlie&Co - not just to support a lovely local business, but because their coffee (and the atmosphere) is genuinely the best! I will continue to recommend them to everybody I know. Keep up the great work, and tell the dogs I said hi!! <3

I’ve been to Charlie + Co on a number of occasions now and have nothing but good things to say. I’m not a big coffee fan but I love their latte’s. They have a great selection of cakes too, the chocolate brownies are delicious. The staff are always so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Always greeted with a smile and they always give the dogs a fuss too. On one visit I noticed my dogs nails needed trimming and enquired if they could fit my dog in in the grooming salon upstairs. I was told to bring him up whenever it suited and the lady was lovely who trimmed his nails. They really can’t do enough for you, it’s such a lovely atmosphere in there. The accessories for the dogs are also amazing. They are really well made and such gorgeous designs. I’d really recommend a visit to Charlie + Co

I have always had a great experience here and it’s my dogs favourite cafe in Nantwich. The members of staff are always pleasant and checking in on my dog and I; asking if my dog wants one of their free puppuchino’s and making a huge fuss of him. My dog has made lots of new friends here and I feel like it has really helped him start to socialise with other dogs, as there aren’t really any other places in Nantwich where you can go for a drink that is very focused on the dogs. My dog has also been to the groomers and I have been impressed with how nice he looks each time. If you like dogs this is the perfect place to go whether you have your own dog or just love being around dogs.

We have visited Charlie + Co regularly with and without our pooches and we absolutely love the place! Hands down the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had in my life. Great selection of cakes and mostly, an amazingly warm welcome from Rachael and the team. It’s fantastic to watch Rachael greet every single one of her customers and she is so so hands on with the pups! We have the full Teal set and the full Life’s a Peach Set from the shop as well… Best products I’ve ever had. Wear well. Wash well and are the most amazing quality. I honestly can’t rate Charlie + Co highly enough and I can’t wait to see what else is in their future!

This is a relatively new cafe that opened in October and it’s been a breath of fresh air compared to others in the same town . For a start it’s a dog cafe with a dog spa and grooming upstairs , what a superb concept . However , this cafe is great for those without dogs too . It’s clean , bright , welcoming and staff are super friendly with excellent customer service who also serve great coffee . They have a good range of cakes and pastries that are delicious and fresh and very reasonably priced . The view over the green must be the best view in nantwich , sitting in the window sipping my coffee and looking out at the wintry scene is to die for . This is a must visit cafe and it comes highly recommended.

Lovely warm and welcoming coffee shop, brilliant to take your four legged friends and feel relaxed and welcome. Great for socialising with or without your fur baby. Delicious cakes and coffees well worth a visit, I’ll be back 😋.
