Any chance you can please start using semi-skimmed milk. Full fat is just too sickly which is becoming a decision whether to spend money with you or not

My favourite place for people watching in the Mall, and with decent decaffeinated coffee (which is rare!) I used to give them 5/5 when they stocked a good range of wrapped gluten free treats, hope they will again...

This cafe stop is functional but never good. This time I asked for some extra hot water for my tea. A pretty normal request in most coffee shops. I was given this! As pictured. A tiny little pot this isn’t really any use for anything.

Worst coffee I've ever had. Can't complain at the service but I ordered a Cortado. It arrived in the correct (small) cup, but the cup was barely 1/3 full. The coffee I did get was disgustingly bitter. I never have sugar in my coffee usually, I had to here and even then it was barely drinkable. Very poor! Won't be going back..

We had had a good morning around the Mall and decided to stay for lunch, the 4 of us went up to the counter. And discussed what we wanted to order then 2 of us joined the queue to place our order. The young woman that was in front of us didn’t even speak to us just looked and waited for us to start our order, I gave her our drinks order when another woman came up behind her and said something - the person taking our order turned and walked over to her and started a conversation ignoring us completely. Eventually I asked if anyone was serving and although both looked at me neither answered and served us! Unbelievable, such poor service and so rude. We went to John Lewis and spent £43.98 - your loss!

I got a coffee to go & it was pretty nice. Didn't order any food

Not as bad as the reviews suggested. Very nice food actually and the cappuccino arrived 3 minutes after I sat down. I love the open sitting area as well to enjoy my lunch.

All staff were friendly and polite, service was quick. The scotch eggs were delicious! Would definitely eat here again next time we visit Cribbs

Awful! Not at all clean, the staff don't even smile or say sorry for making us wait for ages for our coffees, which arrived cold, slopped into saucers and tasting like crude oil....and that was a latte! Don't waste your money, you will be completely disappointed.

Friendly service, good coffee and the best espresso caramel brownie I've ever had. Already trying to work out when I can get back to try it again.

Unfortunately this one star is mandatory! Disgraceful service, slow as in they’re not even on the same planet she had her back to me for a good 5 minutes and after asking politely to be served she got angry with me! Absolutely disgraceful. Girls need to be trained on customer service and how to approach customers. Tables not clean, staff not interested at all. Won’t be returning at all! Specifically now that I can get a much better service at harrods just underneath here!

Best place to stop for a quick (indulgent) lunch at The Mall. Excellent food, delicious sweet treats, tea and coffees are sublime, and the service was speedy and excellent. Definitely recommend it!

Went with my friend who’s vegetarian and there were no savoury veggie options . I got the Parma ham sandwich and there was a sliver of ham in it. I basically ate bread with a tiny bit of salad. And slow service

Here you can find a sitting place with plugs, a friendly waitress and quick service for coffee and sweet snack. As well as something stronger to drink if you wish. A good view to watch the Malls fountain from above. Great!

Slow,in fact very slow, poor service coffee not good either .would i revisit definitely not.
