Chandler's Ford Grill in Eastleigh

Very sad to write its now on owner 3 and since the first sold it’s been down hill all the way. Ordered a large kebab and served one very small, over cooked kebab, that took 3 behind the counter 23 minutes to make. Such a shame as it used to be very good and the owners were proud of what the served, but not anymore. The chips were cooked perfectly but not very warm.

Raj is amazing. Does a fantastic chicken Donna wrap. All way has a smile. 10/10 in my books. You have to try..

Well I've had some poor kebabs In My time but this is the worst. Burnt yet cold. God knows how long the meat was left in that pot but after burning it on the hot plate and mixing it with the old other burnt juice it was awful. For some reason I still ate most of it (microwaved it to death first as it was cold when I got it home and I am so hungry) Just waiting to be ill now I guess. Man I'm stupid. NEVER AGAIN.

Wouldn't even give it a one star if I could. Ordered a simple meal. Large donner, chips and 2 drinks told 30-45 minutes to delivery. No one turned up after an hour! Phoned them to get an update and was told they had sent my delivery out elsewhere and that they have tried to call my phone number 5 times when I have no missed calls at all. Told them the address for the 2nd time of which they didn't even get right yet again. Was answered and spoken to appallingly. We used to eat here a lot but won't no more. Used adore kebab instead.

i recommend everyone to order food in this restaurant the girl who make food very delicious and service is also very good they deliver the food in perfect given time.

Don't bother. Used to be rather good when the Turkish gentlemen ran it. Now under new ownership and it's truly hopeless.

Really good and flavourful kebabs.We recommended the chicken donor wrap. Good and worth for the money. The lady who prepared our order was really polite and helpful. Overall good review.

I had 3 kebabs (mixed meat kebabs) from here on Tuesday night. It took a long time for them to be made but the lady was on her own so it was understandable. They were DELICIOUS. I've never had doner meat in chunks rather than slices and it was really tasty, the chicken was really good too. They were a lot larger than I was expecting.

Awful experience, booked delivery today to come at 19.00 and it came an hour early and interrupted an important call. They then told us to contact company for refund... what company! We already asked them and ordered on there app from Google play.. chips stale... meat over cooked on kebab. Disgusting, and still no refund... horrible horrible takeaway!!!!! Stay clear!!!! Added... after dinner, horrible kebab... meat so dry as if it's days old! Chips have obviously come from a different shift... not fresh... YUK

Ordered from Marmaris Grill in Chandlers Ford, not impressed ordered vegetarian pizza with tuna on, phoned to ask for extra tuna, I believe a Chinese or maybe Indian person answered took a while for her to understand my request, then she rang to say they haven't got any tuna, they've taken over the old seller, so they haven't changed the ingredients on line, as it stated tuna, then they was 25 minutes late on delivery time I asked for, and I wasn't impressed at all anemic pizza hardly any cheese or sauce a few chunky pieces of peppers, tomato, onion and a few mushrooms, I said I'd have spicy beef instead of tuna it was so minute could hardly see any on the pizza, if they don't get a descant cook and better ingredients I won't be back at all, so I would avoid if you want a decent pizza, please let people know, oh and on top of that they don't even have any new menu's, ordered three 9" pizza's all anemic hardly any cheese or sauce on either of them, none of us was impressed

Ordered house special kebab took over 2hrs to arrive said 50mins. Called after 1hr and told out for delivery be 5mins! Then no answer when calling to chase.... Food not as advertised, meat content beyond poor, only 1 pitta, cold and service poor! Won't order again!!!! Worst kebab ever had in my life.... Absolute joke avoid at all costs!

Definitely would not recommend ever!!! Woman who served us was wearing gloves with holes in and picking scabs on her arm while cooking my food! The dinner mean was old and frozen, didn’t taste like lamb more a chunky fake meat. The salad was old and stale, the peri peri chicken was actually southern fried chicken cooked in the same fry basket as the chips in BLACK oil. The chips had old black burn chip and chicken bits all over them. Flys covered the place! Stupidly priced. When phoned to complain the phone line was dead.

The kebab and chips is nice the fried chicken wings were crispy on the outside but cold and raw inside.

In 30 years of eating kebabs and ive had some bad ones but this place has the gold star for being absolutely vile. Would give no stars if i could its that bad.

I’ve just purchased a chicken kebab at 21.00 on Monday 20th May 2024 and I drove 3 minutes to get home, once I got home and started eating the chicken it was stone cold in places….. I rang the chap back who served me and he said he would speak to his boss and ring me back…. If you value your health I wouldn’t eat anything from here….

We ordered a large mix donner with pitta and let me tell you chicken was really hard to find! And meat was like 5 lil strips. Really poor quality food and if Turkish people ate this. They would probably be really embarrassed. Not authentic or nice at all. For 20£ pound not good. In London 6£ you get a wrap and with lean strips of Donna with salad and it’s hard to finish! Disgusting don’t waste your money at all.

I ordered two beef burger meals on the website and received two veggie burgers instead. Upon calling, the rude lady who answered the phone lied and said that there was only one type of burger on the menu and that we had received a "new" beef burger which was complete lies seeing as they have veggie burgers on the menu. We tried to contact the customer service of the website provider they use, OrderYoYo, who told us that they need authorisation from the restaurant in order to give us a refund which they refused to do. I will be contacting the restaurant until I receive a refund

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered 3 burgers, 1 was ok. The pineapple burger does NOT come with pineapple so why call it a pineapple burger????? Another burger should have been a cheeseburger with salad, guess what????? No cheese or salad. Rang up straight away and got the most obnoxious woman ever! She argued that everything was as it should be, was most rude. Working in a restaurant myself I was appalled at her attitude! Need to do customer service training!!!! Never order from here as you don't get what you pay for and rude staff!!!!!!!

Ordered kebabs and paid the extra to ‘go large’, when the food arrived it was absolutely shocking all chips and less than a child’s portion of the chicken - I will not be ordering from this place again and have previously been a regular customer but the service and quality is now at rock bottom! Save your money or use a takeaway that actually takes a bit of pride in their service!

This is the worst place. Unfortunately, I read the reviews after I ordered...well, I can say that I'm definitely never going to order from them again. 1 and half hours wait. The chicken kebab smells of fish, no chips that was supposed to be part of my meal and the answer was "Can I give you next time, I'm a little bit busy" ... Food is not good at all.

Went for a medium doner and it came with thick cut meat that looked like boot leather and had very little lamb flavour (also had some bits of bone in the cut). It was cold out of the tin and the portion was small. The only good thing going for it was the chilli sauce which was actually decent and looked home made (hence the 2 stars). I would recommend finding a better doner meat and shaving it thin to get it nice and crispy. If you do this give me a shout and I will give it another go.

Hello there am Regular customer of this shop. Last day I order pizza. And they behave very rudely with me . They are rude at All . Am done with them .

Got awful food poisoning from this place last night. Started the new year as fire hydrant for many many hours of the early morning. Wouldn’t recommend anyways, kebab and portion size was terrible. More salad and sauce than meat.

Absolutely awful place do not eat here . The burger was burnt cheesy chips only had a pinch of cheese . My large kebab wasn’t even a small and looked like it was out of box from Asda when I rang them to tell to come and collect it and I want my money back all of a sudden they couldn’t speak . The place isn’t worth a second thought WHAT A ABSOLUTE AWFULL PLACE

I Placed an order directly on their own website however I still had to create an account via a third party orderyoyo. The delivery came promptly, however items were missing from the order. So I called within a couple of minutes of the delivery driver leaving our meals and was told my missing items would be delivered within 10 minutes. 1 hour later I called 5 times in which nobody answered and so needless to say 3 hours later the missing items still have not been delivered and the food that was received was over fried and mediocre at best.

ordered via food hub, who basically did nothing to sort the situation. I ordered meant to arrive 45 minutes, arrived 1 hour 17 minutes, chips stone cold, kebab one luke warm one cold. twice lied that delivery was 5 minutes away, and refused refund

First few orders were perfect now ordered 6 times through Uber and every single time canceled after 40 minutes disgusting customer service do not bother with this place as won't deliver to you and will leave you waiting until last minute to cancel

Terrible!!! asked for salad on a chicken kebab and got no lettuce about 3 bits of cabbage , one slither of tomato and one slither of cucumber.

Just take over by new owner very professional food quality is great they are doing all kind of food from burgers grill kebab lamb and chicken doners taste is amazing they got halal food people who like taste and halal food the other thing they got parking so you can park staff is very friendly very clean never seen that kind of take away in that area with high quality of highgene I will recommend must try very tasty

Terrible first experience. Order was 22 minutes late and iced cold. No salad or Jalapeños in any of the kebabs. Who does that?!!! Don't order from here and stick to what you know.

Disappointed, hardly no salad on the wraps. Very salty hardly ate it. And the Prawn Cocktail had a max of 10-15 prawns on. Sadly not as good as our last takeaway. Cant phone to let them know. As the phone is broken.

Literally the worse takeaway going,Regulary takes 1:30-2 hours for delivery 10 minutes away. Always greasy,chips are like cardboard. Phone doesn’t work so you can’t complain. This place is a joke,avoid it at all costs

No show. When I phoned they just said to "cancel my order". I doubt very much I can cancel an order after 10 mins it was meant to be delivered! £18 I'll never see again :( Live and learn

Ordered a delivery which never arrived yet they took payment. Took 3 days to get hold of them to be told that it wasn’t there problem that there website allowed customers to order when they were closed and that it was my issue and that I had to contact their web provider to request a refund. When I contacted the web provider, they explained that it was down to then to provide the refund but that they would contact them due to the terrible service I had received when I tried to resolve the issue myself. Will not order from them again simply due to the customer service received.

Watch these people they close the store and don't turn the online app off meaning you order get no food and money is still taken. Numerous phone calls and no help what so ever. Use to order regularly but won't be spending anything here again.

Really disappointed with my order today, arrived in 1 hour and 40 minutes, although it said will be delivered up to 45 minutes. I called them three times to accelerate. Food arrived cold as I guess they prepared it and left it for a while. I also called them and asked to put chilly sauce separately, but they poured it on the meat and my kids could not eat it. Waste of time and money….

Chicken and Lamb Doner ordered with no salad but 2 x Chili's. Sides of fries and onion rings. Food arrived inside delivery window and there the disappointment started, meat was dry, only 4 green chili's on the kebab. Onion rings were chewy not crisp and fries were cold and chewy. Not the worst food I've ever eaten, but bad enough I won't return. Adore much better than this and I regret not using them tonight.

This is a really long overdue review, sorry guys! I've had the House Special Kebab 6 times now and it's awesome! On the menu it's £23, but if you collect it's £18.50. Included: A large tray of various meat, 2x pittas, chips, separate salad and 2x sauces, garlic and chilli. Their chilli sauce is divine and burns! For a family of 4 you may want to order an extra couple of pittas, but as it is we're always well and truly stuffed!

Very bad pizza, very salty and greasy. Very bad customer service and extremely rude to customers. Apparently they are supposed to be halal but Infront of me he was making fun and insulting halal belief.

Our favourite kebab shop, always the best around. Highly recommended!

Waited an hour from the call, the burger was luke warm with cold chips, double chicken burger was ok but better if warm. 2 years later I thought I'd try again but disappointed with another Luke warm meal. Donner and chips over priced onion rings and cheap burger meat, altogether not worth the money.

Exceptional chicken wrap with salad! Wonderful homemade chilli sauce. Chips were hot and crispy! Friendly service. We appreciated the way everything was wrapped in paper rather than styrofoam. We will be back!

£9.20 for a mixed kebab, the meat was cold, came in a metal tray, pitta separate not cut, salad in a burger box = will never return

Great kebab shop. Have used this place a few times now, each time getting food for up to 20 people. The guys that work there are friendly and welcoming. The people I get food for are not easily pleased and each time I’ve gotten food, there has been not one complaint. Each order was hot, with all the right salad and sauces on. Highly recommended from me and we will continue to get food here for as long as the high standards are maintained.

I've ordered food for delivery from here a few times and some of their menu items are good (kebab wraps & chips). I wouldn't bother with the garlic bread or onion rings. Never had any problems with delivery.

Very rude guy on the phone. Raised his voice and accused me with calling him a lier which I never done just was trying to confirm my address. Said that Bishopstoke is 8 miles away. Basically he runs his business 8 years and knows what he's talking about. Unbelievable! I wish I recorded that phone call and posted it to shame him!

Just ordered a burger and chips and they managed to take an hour and half to deliver this when it said 40 mins, thought I'd give them a go but after this will only ever be recommending adore, were kind enough to give me an extra chips for the wait but they got all the condiments in the burger wrong as well and chips.

The food was average... chip portion size poor, chilli sauce was not spicy at all and the salad was basically non existent (I had to make one for myself at home to add). We will never be using Marmaris again and suggest that you don’t either!

Good service, food was delivered on time and arrived hot. Very generous servings too. Couple of things on order were wrong although we did repeat order over phone 3 times but overall a fun experience!
