McDonald's in Eastleigh

Horrible service… 8 crew members and just 3 orders on screen but they take 25 minutes to prepare

Slow service, app never works at this location, scanners on tills are broken so you can’t use vouchers. It’s also always heaving in here.

Says open until 23:45, but did not let us in.

Called in for a quick lunch around 12 noon, before the cinema, the place looked clean, and the food arrived at our table quickly as it wasn't busy but did get busier just as we were leaving, around 12.30. Used the self-service machine, so I didn't really interact with anyone. Self-service did fail to print a receipt. Other than that, there are no issues. Food was hot on arrival.

It is a fast food, so if you need something quickly and not expensive this is the place for you, but the quality is of a fast food: not high at all!

Good mcdonald's but always busy! so get seating as soon as you can! Never had an issue with the food thankfully but the staff (even though are nice if you ask them something) look like they've had enough all the time.

I wouldn't recommend to eat there food always comes cold and most of the time they missing your order

My friend didn't recive his food after 40 minutes of waiting, not very McHappy.

Unfortunately this is the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. And they seem incapable of doing customised orders correctly. It’s a bit rough in the evenings due to the locals using it as a hangout.

food arrived on time...that's the best bit, items missing, the burger looked like it was thrown together and cold, very poor quality, will not be ordering again.

ordered a grilled chicken wrap but the wrap didn't arrive

I got discriminated and belittled by one of your delivery driver. Started of saying there was too much rubbish outside my house,which has none of his concern at all and also shouted because i was trying to understand what he was saying absolutely rude and not acceptable.

My food was colder than my milkshake. Had to cook again ourselves in the oven.

Missed of a Big Mac meal, missed of three chicken select, all three diet cokes were flat so had to be thrown away and the food that did arrive was cold!

I ordered 5 chicken selects and was given 10 mozzarella dippers? I love a mozzarella dipper but not 10 of them.

have bad experiences with the mc Donald's app and with delivery..so was happy this was a perfect order

Awful delivery experience half the order was missing, missing a burger and no fries whatsoever. Drinks had been spilt all over the bag. Drinks are totally flat and food was stone cold. Will not be ordering again!

Not really a big fan of MC Donald's but security here are very lovely and for a place like Eastleigh it does make the place little safer.

McDonald’s needs a policy where if delivery orders are not picked up by Deliveroo / Uber etc in good time that they remake the food fresh and charge the waste back to the delivery service. Too many times have I received food that was stone cold or ice cream melted from McD. It’s basically inedible.

some of the order was missing and the nuggets were so over cooked they were rock hard. how hard is it to read a screen to get what you paid for and was looking forward to this but very disappointed

My chips were a bit cold but very nice man.

Restaurant is fine, however at the times I go there are a large number of youths hanging around usually 15-20 causing anti social problems so I would avoid at around 3pm-9pm

Customer service is just non existent here. You get ignored at the till and when you do get the attention of somebody and tell them your concern you get blanked or looked at like you have spoken a language they can't understand. I can't stand the place but the kids want it.

Wrong drink and another drink missing!

Terrible! Delivery was nearly an hour and a half - I live 10 mins from the restaurant. The delivery time was pushed back at least a dozen times before I stopped checking but I couldn't cancel because a driver had been assigned. Food stone cold.

I ordered a bottle of water and I stood for 10 minutes waiting for it.

We visited yesterday, it was very busy. The team copped well, providing the service that is expected and made sure tables were cleared quickly.

Honestly this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Have seen two teenagers dealing drugs in here before (about 2 years ago though.) and I think that’s it disgusting knowing that Eastleigh is so unsafe to the point where they need a security guard outside of the McDonald’s. Have seen flies near the condiments area. The wait is always terrible and too much priority is given to the delivery drivers. The chicken nuggets never taste fresh!

Missing dips for nuggets (always the case, why ask what you want?) Only received 18 nuggets out of 20 shareholders. 2 large portions of chips were barely a medium portion, box half empty. One burger was falling out the box.

I ordered at 4.10pm and it said 20 minute delivery. This kept getting moved back and it finally arrived at 6pm. By this time I had cooked for my children as they were so hungry. All this food was wasted. Not happy at all.

Over 14 minutes to get my order , asked 10 minutes were my order was and was met with attitude eventually got my food no sorry for the wait for the delay and the coffee clearly be made 10 minutes earlier because that was Luke warm and the pancakes were burnt. Left hand didn’t seem to know what the right hand was doing. no organisation wasn’t even that busy not a great start to my day

Yet again McDonald's maintains it 100% order failure rate, I've yet to have an order arrive and be correct. Today the box labelled Double Quarter pounder with cheese which I had ordered contained a single quarter pounder. I don't know why I order for delivery. Mcd's quality checks are non existent I think they should start to receive fines for incorrect orders only then might they pack the orders correctly.....

There were two burgers in the order and they took 25 minutes to prepare, a very long wait, the children could not get to the toilet because the second floor was closed.

We ordered at 15:57 with a delivery time at 16:50. The actual delivery was 17:58 that we missed out evening activities.

Food was cold probably due to late delivery. The Spicy Veggie One and Large Vegetable Deluxe Meal were missing from this delivery. Cost of missing items were £11.58, Just Eat have only added £8.68 credit to my account. Will not use Just Eat again

Took over an hour for food to finally arrive

Food was ordered to arrive asap. Food was made at 8.24pm food arrived at 8.50pm. Food missing a burger as well as being stone cold. We live less than a 5min drive away food should not be arriving cold and missing items!

Truly appalling. Stone cold food that arrived just over two hours after ordering. Not the first time this particular McDonald’s has proven that every person that works there is clearly incompetent and their management don’t properly hire enough to run the place

Took ages to receive our food and when it turned up half of the order was not there, we order 5 meals and 2 burgers, not a single meal had all of the items. Delivery driver to lazy to go and pick up what was missing. this happens far to often!!!
