McDonald's in Eastleigh

The drivers car wouldn’t start, and the milkshake was melted and the food was stone cold

Still giving full score despite one of my hash browns not there. It was a freebie so didn’t cost me anything.

When i ordered it said 15 minutes. The timer went down to 3 minutes, then went up to 10 minutes and then the next messsge was a further 15-25.

food was good, delivery was good, couldn't fault it.

We didn’t receive any straws for our milk shakes so not as enjoyable !

The chips were undercooked, the cheese dippers tasted dry and like they had been sat under a light for an hour and the drinks were flat. Not the quality you expect when you order £45 worth of McDonald’s

Food was COLD waited 30 minutes for bigmac and chips were like card board would not recommend

Very friendly staff, there is a small playground for kids. Food is much better with more variety than McDonald in France.

you need to seriously sort out how you package your drinks safely as today I had all the drinks I ordered either half empty or empty

Standard McDonald's menu. Early morning visit, not as busy, this may be due to Easter break Tables on two floors. Main toilets on first floor. Disabled toilet is on the ground floor. Good service. The Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Nearest Disabled parking is opposite the restaurant, there are bays in a nearby carpark, a short distance further along the road. Parking is also available in High Street which is chargeable, and now on BANK HOLIDAYS

Wrong order delivered had one meal the rest was all incorrect

I ordered a delivery through the app and there was food missing, called the restaurant and got no help or refund or the missing food!

not only the order was LATE but I had to hot-spot the guy who delivered my cold food

Nothing wrong with the delivery. The delivery driver was lovely. McDonald’s Eastleigh is perhaps the worst McDonald’s. They take forever, and one of the burgers was really burnt. The problem is, you’re too hungry by the time it arrives you just need to eat. If they went any slower, they would go back in time.

Slow service, app never works at this location, scanners on tills are broken so you can’t use vouchers. It’s also always heaving in here.

No happy meal for my 3 year old! Absolutely gutted and tantrum occurred! No nether flame sauce (i understand the popularity in this on a Friday, however the management should’ve predicted this, just as I did!). Waited over an hour and my kids are super disappointed. Thanks for ruining a Friday!

It was on time, which for recent times, hasn't been the case and orders have been cold. Great driver.

Completely wrong order delivered. Courier advised of this at the door. He promises he will bring the correct order. If not I will have a very unhappy birthday boy 😔

It was first taken to the complete wrong address and I was trying to explain to the driver that wasn’t my address, it keeps getting delivered to an address that is not mine. I have changed the pin on the map a number of times but it still doesn’t come to my address. So by the time I receive the food it’s so cold it’s inedible.

lovely breakfast (Sausage & Pancakes) but ordered this for 8.40am and didn't come untill 9.22am!!

Quality of the food was poor. Both happy meals that were ordered were cold and needed to be reheated at home. They were not even remotely warm. The delivery itself was quick

bro showed up and left after literally 2 seconds, my drink is in my mcflurry and half of my drink was in the bag. I need a new mcflurry delivered on time and in one piece

Called in for a quick lunch around 12 noon, before the cinema, the place looked clean, and the food arrived at our table quickly as it wasn't busy but did get busier just as we were leaving, around 12.30. Used the self-service machine, so I didn't really interact with anyone. Self-service did fail to print a receipt. Other than that, there are no issues. Food was hot on arrival.

Large fries were not large fries, they were in a large fries container but only half full

Delivery driver took ages rang me to ask me to go outside in rain then didn’t get out of his car for another 5 mins when stood beside vehicle and foods was stone cold

Nice to receive a Macdonalds that was still an edible heat. Quality that it should be so much better than other branches

I enjoyed what I had everything was still hot enjoyed the food

It is a fast food, so if you need something quickly and not expensive this is the place for you, but the quality is of a fast food: not high at all!

Given someone else’s order ticket ripped off so delivery driver tried to hide mistake

Meal was very cold when I received it, spent £24 for that. No straws for our cokes also ordered ketchup and sweet chilli to go with nuggets and selects. Not happy!
