First visit. Lunchtime menu was excellent and reasonably priced.

Amazing food and stunning salad bar with lots of variety. This was a return visit as we liked it so much the first time. The whole thing was spoiled a bit by the unexpected service charge on the bill. Admittedly you can opt not to pay it but that seemed mean. Would have just liked some notice on the menu to say that was what they did.

Extremely bad service, had to ask after 15 minutes for them to take drink order despite three other parties who arrived after us already being served. Ordered 6 meat and one fish meal, proceeded to get salads etc to find out that they did not have the fish that was ordered. Unfortunately nothing else on the menu was suitable for this person so agreed that they would just have a meal from the salad bar, the waitress said the bill would be altered accordingly….. it was one plate of salad cost £22.95! When we asked to see the manager about this he was unapologetic and said it was policy to deduct £2 as they did not offer a salad only option. His customer service towards customers was nil!! Even his staff agreed with us that it was not on as the restaurant had not been able to fulfil the fish option the meal should have at least been half price! Will not be going there again. There was 7 of us so you can imagine the bill was not cheap but feel that a special occasion was spoilt.

Handsome man o front door says he is closing soon as the meat is rare!! Emily our waitress left early due to Jane and Paulines poor jokes. The food and service was fantastic and would recommend this restaurant to everyone with an apatite for meat. Emily was our waitress and was amazing. Great lunch for four of us. Great salad and hot food buffet. The meat skewers were really flavoursome and the was a really good selection. £30 a head with a bottle of wine and service charge. Excellent value

Came for Lunch and really enjoyed our experience. A really good selection of meats which were delicious, the salad bar was fresh and fully stocked. Staff were attentive and friendly and waiters were making jokes. Overall a really lovely experience and would definitely come back.

Wow it was amazing, but I am very full now because I could not resist anything. I started with generous trip to the salad bar. I enjoyed that the salad bar included meatballs and chicken salad. I genuinely really enjoyed all of the tasty coleslaws and grilled veggies. The Brazilian beans were amazing. I could’ve had a very satisfying meal just from the salad bar. Then they’re brought out the meat in swords! Oh my! Lots of variety - which I was surprised about for a quiet Monday night. My favourite was the honey pork! The garlic bread off the sword also was amazing. Basically I had a great time and great dinner. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. No faults other than I’m very full now 👌

Had an absolutely fabulous meal here. Food was delicious, with so much choice and cooked to perfection. Jordan was brilliant as were all the staff. And I do mean all of them. We travelled over from Pontefract with the sole purpose of eating here and we weren’t disappointing. It was worth it. We will be back!

A wonderful evening filled with fruity and vibrant red wines, fantastic chilled beers and ABSOLUTELY delicious meats, available until our stomachs were bursting! I would recommend to everybody I know. TOP NOTCH!

An absolute gem of a restaurant. It would not be out of place in Central London so to find such a place in an East Yorks town is fantastic. The food was excellent and mojito's were as good as anything I've had before. It's a 2 hour drive for us to get here but we will be back soon. Very highly recommended.

With £23.95 per head in weekends, you can enjoy the salad bar and all-you-can-eat Brazilian grills. Leg of lamb and honey pork are my first pick. If you are the driver of the day, a mocktail, Virgin Caipirinha, is recommended which is a refreshment from the grills. BTW, the service is great and the staff are nice and friendly, highly appreciated.

I went there for my 20th birthday and it was a very nice. We had a lovely server who made us all laugh and the experience a lot more fun. The service was quick and we got the varieties of meat that we needed. In the end we were stuffed so I would definitely recommend going there for a nice meal out. And I would love to say a special thanks you Jordan for making the experience the best.

Lovely atmosphere for an early valentines date night. Meat cooked to perfection, and the desserts were perfect. Friendly service with a smile from Pusat & Ilona. Special thanks to the bartender also for the fantastic cocktails. Would definitely recommend it. 10/10 👏

Always good here, food can come out a bit too fast once you turn your card over but overall a great place to eat.

Stuck an extra £21 service charge on and then ask if i was happy with it after I had already paid and the food might as well been Garlic flavoured meat

Thursday evening, restaurant quite busy, good atmosphere, more groups than couples. Service excellent with very attentive and knowledgable people (shout out to Ilona and to Jordan). Food absolutely excellent, varied and tasty selection on the salad bar, the many and various meats on offer all beautifully cooked and presented. Will visit again, and recommend you do also.

Spontaneous visit to this wonderful place. Have eaten here before. The "salad" bar is an absolute party for the mouth ... So much choice. The meat was served medium rare and was mouh-wateringly delicious. We shared a jug of Sangria which refreshed our mouths in-between courses. We ate around 3pm so was quieter than usual but we had some lovely parle with the staff. Would highly recommend.

Out of all the meats they offered only a few were fresh and tasty. The guy kept bringing new meat every 3 minutes even after asked to slow down a bit. Waste of $.

First time visit and well worth it. Excellent service and quality food. The salad bar offering was first class and the choice of meats excellent. There was a great selection of to choose from, and plenty of it. We were not rushed which was nice, also a good choice of desserts to choose from. The restaurant ambience was also very nice, modern and very well maintained. I would recommend a visit for lunch or dinner, you should have a lovely experience eating here. Enjoy

We go every year for our grandfathers birthday and every year its amazing. Great good, very friendly staff and just generally all round great restaurant.

Had a meal with friends. Good selection of wine and food. Meat was very salty though, and the garlic was also very strong. Nicely cooked otherwise. Great staff.

Really quick rotation of meats. However some of it was tough and over done. Some of it was fantastic.

Incredible food, great service. I barely touched the salad bar but plenty of nice options there, the main attraction is the foods brought to your table. The honey pork was to die for, and all the steaks were delicious, was the best garlic bread I’ve ever tasted too. Not cheap, especially the dinner menu, but it’s a worthwhile experience. Me and my partner have been 3 times over the last few years.

Superb salad bar (it even had hot beef stew) and a wonderful selection of roasted meats served to with flair. The service was friendly and welcoming-I felt like I was at a friend’s BBQ that had an extra large fiery pit full of meat. Definitely will visit and feast again. Wear your Joey pants!

I went with my wife and her guide dog and also my son. The selection of meat was lovely and cooked to perfection. The staff were tentative and eager for us all to enjoy the experience. I would definitely recommend this eatery.

This was our first time here, the food was excellent, service very good, seating arrangement could have been better as a couple we were put next to a group of lads the tables were joined, the place was lovely clean, great staff, great food. Will be going again.

The food was superb, the waiter and waitress were wonderful, the manager, or owner? Was possibly the most miserable human being I think I've ever met! Didn't even try to smile once, infact his expression was as wet as the weather outside, even when we left and enthused to him about the meal we'd had he still managed to look like the most miserable person on the planet, would we go again, for the food and the waiting staff yes, for the benefit of this gent, certainly not!

Book a window table over 3 months ago as it was a special occasion (birthday) Rude staff arguing with us re table which was free Large table of over 10 people kept getting food to their table we had to keep asking We all pay the same price regardless of table size Not a pleasant experience 😕

I had an amazing experience at Chamas with Charlie being our server! The variety of succulent meats and delicious salad bar was impressive. The staff was attentive, and the ambience was perfect for a great dining experience. I'll definitely be returning for more mouthwatering steak!

Called in as a walk in and what a pleasing meal. Excellent choice from the buffet and then a feast of cooked meats and treats served continually and regularly. Staff are always on hand and v polite and coutrteous, lovely experience worth a visit, don't eat before you arrive😁👍

Huge salad bar - worth the money just for the amazing food at the self serve counter. Then the fun begins 😃 keep your card at green and the staff keep on coming with various cuts of meats from steak, lamb, chicken thighs, pork, gammon. Also Sauages, garlic bread, pineapple 🍍 - we had to turn the card over to red (missing out on some of our most favourite) as we were so full. Thank you to front of House staff and chefs in the kitchen. Everyone amazing 👏
