A very modern and clean tea bar serving traditional Indian tea, other drinks a a good selection of Indian street food. There’s is a toilet on site and kept clean. The hostess at the till (Harmanpreet) was very polite. I bought a Kawal chai and stuffed paronta. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend a visit to this place. There is a large selection and the place was busy

I've never really tried the food at this chain, but thought I'd give it go during a mini shopping trip to Southall. We ordered paneer, paronthe, chips and samosa chaat. The samosa chaat was ok. The paronthe was a version of the horrible shana parontha, but extra dry. The paneer was so chewy and dry. I couldn't believe how awful it was - and I love paneer normally. The chips were really overcooked and greasy. Overall the meal was horrible. I hate food waste, but we just couldn't eat it all despite being hungry. Also gutted that they don't provide alternatives to cows milk.

We decided to try out this place today as we were in Southall. Didn’t know anything about this before but my daughter said she had heard of them. We ordered chicken tikka wrap Butter chicken wrap and vegetable wrap. Karak tea and mango falooda. I needed to wash my hands so visited toilet, oh dear god it was disgusting dirty. The lady on next table offered hand sanitizer. Chicken tikka wrap was in a paratha and was absolutely tasteless, the butter chicken wrap was as thin as a sausage with mushy chicken and veggie wrap again thin as a sausage . Mango falooda tasted of coconut, very little mango flavour. Karak tea was ok. Will not be visiting again

A quick chai stop - the chai was fresh, tasty and full subtle flavours. It was well priced and the service was prompt and efficient. Definitely worth a visit.

We went to this restaurant as a group of an organized group tour. Place was little clumsy for big group. Food taste and preparation was average. Can be opted if no choice available.

We had takeaway from here. Biryani was the best dish. The others were all very nice and no real complaints. Delivery was prompt and the food was hot.
