Once again we had a lovely meal. The food was freshly cooked and all meals came out at the same time. Excellent service and food as always

Excellent food and service, but premises need updating/ cleaning especially behind front of house leading to and including toilets. No dogs policy a huge advantage and much appreciated.

A treat for my elderly mum, visiting with us. There were just 3 of us at 5.30 on a Saturday evening; the bar area is very lovely and drinks ordered and served to us promptly. We asked for menus to look at while we enjoyed our drinks, they were brought, we needed to ask for our table after finishing our drinks and waiting past our reservation time, , not sure why, we ordered and our starters were prompt. Our mains arrived and each one Was superb. Hanging kebab, scampi and rib eye the rib eye steak was absolutely one of , if not THE best I have had. We will be rushing back for the food and drinks.

Normally venture here for a good steak.on arrival I was delighted to see a roast beef Sunday lunch on offer.problely one the best I have eaten.wife said the pasta meatballs was amazing,and my son demolished the new burger.all in all.a great family day out

The interior has been updated and looks great. However the food is excellent and the service is good. That's why a recommend Chadderton Bar & Grill. They also do take a way, just eats also.

Visited today with the family absolutely disgusting food rubbery chicken . My 6 year old food didn't come out as they forgot to order it through. Then we confronted the manger of how we felt about the service and his comment was well we don't want ur service anyways and for us not to come back again🙈 absolutely fuming

The outside of the restaurant is lovely and adds to the experience of eating here, however the food is average and there were instances where the bar staff especially were quite off

Had a great double 70th birthday celebration here ,never been before but the food was lovely and plentiful,great cocktails and red wine, took our own cake and staff were great playing music and bringing the cake out and we even got some Turkish fez 's for the the birthday boy and girl to wear .would definitely go again .thanks to all the lovely staff.

We had the set menu Christmas Dinner it was all delicious and well cooked and served, I've never had a bad meal here. We'll be back soon.

We had a 60+ person Christmas do here and they also had another small party in. The food quality and service was still incredible.

A warm welcome by the staff. Seated quickly, with a choice of tables. Allowed enough time to choose, before ordering. The food was hot & delicious & the timing’s between courses was spot on. Great service & atmosphere, of course I will return.

1st visit since lockdown eek!! Still as good as it was in every way.

Knocked a star off as chronically understaffed for a group of 26 people. The young waiter worked like a dog serving food and manning the bar. Owner very pleasant often checking everything ok. Food absolutely superb, will definitely return. Desserts need a complete overhaul, the type of laminated sheet you'd see in an Indian restaurant. Could be much better quality if the starters/ mains are anything to go by.

We have dined here at least 3 times per year over last 3 years. The service food etc have always been good and reasonably priced my only concern is that the menu hasn't changed since we started going here and perhaps it would be encouraging if it was changed

For my 70 birthday surprise party we had a meal three of us had the steak which was more fat than meat then we got charged twice for two of the meals which nobody realised till a few days later.

Went on spur of the moment and wasn't disappointed. Food was excellent as was service. Xmas menu looks good worth thinking about.

First time here. Absolutely stunning restaurant. The food was so fresh and delicious 😋. Kids eat free with 1 adult meal which is great. Looking forward to going again

Went out husband, husband ordered steak I ordered pizza with chicken bacon and mushroom. Waited 15 mins which was reasonable. Pizza came and was wrong, had pepperoni and not bacon, server asked if this was OK to which I replied no I would like him to change it. He then proceeded to check that's what I indeed ordered to which he found out he had taken it down right it was the kitchens fault, I was told it would be 5 to 10 mins. 2 mins later pizza arrived back which was super quick, I was totally disgusted to realise the they had simply hand picked the pepperoni off and threw on some bacon bits. Server asked if I wanted a fresh one to which I said that it what I expected in the first place and not someone to put their hands all over my pizza and give me back a cold pizza. He was told it was absolutely disgusting and we got no apology what so ever. We go I there on a weekly basis and I was appalled at the lack of professionalism from staff. Pretty sure they thought they would get away with it when the server asked if I wanted a fresh one instead.

We ordered 2 hamburgers, one chicken and one beef, the chicken one was soggy, the beef one couldn't be eaten, very passable, very slow to serve, I won't repeat

Visited this restaurant and we was highly disappointed. We called ahead asking if they have a table available now, was told yes, when arriving they said to give them 5 minutes, we waited for 30 mins. When seated, no one came to take our drinks order so my partner went to the bar and the man told him he will go to our table after serving another gent. Another 20 mins went by so my partner went back to ask again to which the guy seemed to have forgotten. We ordered the chicken burger and the beef burger, these were absolutely horrid. The chicken was super dry, barely any relish in the burger and the buns they used are brioche so it was not only dry but paired with sweet bread. The beef burger wasnt any juicier, that too was so dry I had to spit out the bite my partner gave me. The only thing we enjoyed was our starters, garlic pizza and nachos. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. After staff changes and clearly kitchen staff changed from when they had to close due to certain staff not having legal rights to work in UK, the food hasnt been good at all. Shame we have lost a good restaurant.

Best place in Chadderton, great food, great service, big portions, very reasonably priced. Relaxed atmosphere, feels very much like an old fashioned family run place. Always take the parents when I'm home for a visit.

We had booked a table for 4 to share with friends driving from Scotland en route to London. The warning signs were there when we arrived. Having booked for 7:30 we were told our table wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes. After waiting in the bar area for 20 minutes we enquired when our table would be ready. A table was hastily cleared and we were seated. 30 minutes later and we asked if we could place an order. To say that the waiter had a "couldn't care less" attitude would be an understatement. Food order placed we waited for our meals to arrive. 30 minutes later and no food. We asked how much longer we would have to wait only to be told "at least another 20 minutes. At this point we had had enough and walked out and went to Mcdonalds. At no point was there any apology or explanation of what was going on. There were two big parties in and they clearly took a while to be served but why allow us to book a table if you haven't enough staff to cook and serve your customers. We will not be returning.

The staff wasn’t overly friendly. My sister had the mussels starter and most of the shells were empty and hadn’t fallen out into the bowl. No breadcrumbs to be seen on the garlic mushrooms. My friend ordered a Long Island ice tea and it was meant to have alcohol in it but it didn’t have a drop of anything in it. If he wanted a mocktail he would have ordered one.

Just come back from an excellent early evening meal at Chadderton Bar & Grill. I had pre booked a table for 4.30pm,arriving a little after this due to traffic,a few people already in went we arrived. After finding a member of staff,we were shown to a table in the back,suitable for the five of us. I had already taken a look at the menu online, so had a good idea of what i was going to have,this was an outing for my daughters birthday. Once we'd ordered our drinks order we placed our food order,a leek& ham pie for me,this comes with seasonal vegetables,two minute steaks, these came with fries,salad garnish & a diane sauce, a pasta dish for my wife a margarita pizza for the youngest. All out in good time to say they were getting busy,inc a birthday party that came in while we were there. The food was great,hot & well presented,the staff were also on the ball with service,my only criticism was that the pie was a little under seasoned for my taste,but it was still clean plates all round. We chose the two courses from the midweek menu,taking the dessert option,so a creme brulee,two tiramsu & an icecream,nice way to finish. We didn't stay much longer (other commitments) i paid the bill £70..food & drinks,all good.. This was our first time, sure it won't be the last

Great place. Plenty of room for groups, outside seating & nice food. Needs a couple more bar options (fruity ciders, IPA etc), but other than that tiptop.

Went tonight to celebrate a 90th birthday nothing but praise for all the staff they went above and beyond to make our meal perfect .Even tho the restaurant was busy we was a party of 30 and was very well looked after food was amazing thank you so much x

We have been eating here regularly for well over 3 years on pretty much a weekly; we absolutely love it! The food is amazing - a fusion of Turkish and Italian; delicious! The staff are amazing; cannot do enough for you, they are polite, attentive and super friendly! If you have any food allergies and/or preferences - let the waiting staff know and the kitchen will do everything to accommodate you. I love spicy food - the waiting staff and kitchen communicate so well with one another; even non spicy dishes can have fresh chillis added to taste … this kind of accommodation doesn’t happen in many restaurants!

Food was watery and bland ,greasy garlic mushrooms,over cooked lamb shank and dry linguini. Overall poor but the service was good.

Wouldn't order delivery. Ordered a steak and ale pie and just got the filling in a foil container. No pastry. No idea why as they wouldn't do that in the restaurant if someone ordered a pie. It tasted okay. My partner ordered chicken and said it was just okay but has definitely had better from this establishment before.

Been here a few times previously and it's always been ok. Dined here last sat night, and was very disappointed by service and food. 1st problem the wrong wine bought, and when corrected, not as advertised on menu. Went for the chicken pate for starters, and one of the breads had just about seen the toaster. Followed this with the Lasagne, and its usually pretty good. Its served with 2 pieces of slice garlic bread, and they were both frozen in the middle. Told the waiter and he took them away to be replaced. So I carried on with the lasagne, and it wasn't very food. The cheese was very chewwy. On nearing the end, no sign of the replacement Garlic bread, so I told a different waiter. he came back with it after I finished my Lasagne. Told him no point having it now. He took everything away, and within seconds was thrusting the desserts menu under our noses. By this time I was starting to feel sick. I asked for the bill, within seconds, another member off staff appeared to see if it was cash or card, I replied card. A young female member came with card machine and I told her very politely how poor the food and service had been. She just smiled and laughingly said sorry. So, paid up and left. Normally I leave a £5 tip, bill was £49 something. This time I didn't bother. Be a long time before I go back, there didn't seem to be any concern or proper apology for an all round poor meal.

Well I have had to rate 1 star but easy a zero!!! Booked in advance for our Christmas dinner of 9 people. Was stood waiting in reception and took ages to be greeted. We was then shown to our table which is upstairs no atmosphere...

Was put in a corner and left for over 30 mins no one asked if we wanted a drink had to go to the bar so that could get a drink and order our food. Food was very dry and over cooked did not have anything good about our experience and couldn’t wait to leave. Poor quality and service and everything over priced for what we received. Will definitely not be going back.
