I am a fan of sushi rolls and this place did not disappoint. Great option if you are looking for a quick lunch.

My go-to spot for souffle pancakes! They also serve really good japanese rolls & treats! Great value for money too! Worth the price!

I ordered a Siam peanut chicken roll and it was the best thing ever!! The combination of the peanut butter and chicken in this roll was divine. Even half of the roll was filling for me! Will definitely come back here again with other friends!

The service was amazing, very friendly staff. I tried the chicken roll which was really delicious, highly recommend. Also their milk tea soufflé pancake was better compared to the tiramisu pancake unless if you love a punch of coffee taste then it’s for you. But overall the pancake are fluffy and does not have a eggy-smell. The shop is very small inside, only 3 tables but there is seating outside. They accept cards.

Tasty fresh food, though the rice is sometimes a bit luke warm rather than hot. A nice wide variety of interesting dishes.

I’ve ordered Bun noodles before, but this has to be the best one so far. Everything came separately packaged and the portion size was great. To top it off it came with free Prawn Crackers! Definitely ordering from here again! 🙌🏼

We ordered our food at half 8, with JustEat saying it would be 45-60 mins. After paying said it would take 1h 20 mins! Hoped it would be delivered slightly earlier, but no such luck. In fact, it was 15 mins late! After a phone call to the restaurant I found out the driver had gone to the wrong address (how??), but I was assured it would be here ASAP. 5 mins later it arrived, with the spring rolls lukewarm and a bit soggy, and my housemates pad Thai congealed together in the container. My pork vermicelli was decent, and at least we got free prawn crackers. Overall very underwhelmed, will not order from here again!

We was missing a couple of items from our meal, my dumplings where tough and I was unable to eat them. I was really looking forward to eating this food but was very disappointed when it came.

There was hardly any taste to my dish and apart from Noodles/Tofu no vegtables!!! Bun Hue is a favorite of mine and what i recieved was very bad&disappointing!!

This was not Vietnamese restaurant. it is either a Chinese or an Indian restaurant pretending to be Vietnamese. Our order was wrong and the pho was so bad we couldn’t eat it. Avoid at all costs

Restaurant called as one dish was unavailable and swapped it for similar and within a few minutes the food arrived Everything was tasty and portion size was generous

Food was 50 minutes late and very bad.

Unfortunately my food was very late. I ordered udon chicken noodles and also chicken pho. Udon noodles were very soggy and unappetising. There could have been more veg and herbs for both soups. The chicken was off putting and flavourless in slabs. It wasn't what I was expecting and wasn't a great experience for me.

Poor quality cooking, fatty beef, thick battered salt and pepper squid. So disappointing.

Food wasn’t bad, but wouldn’t order from here again. Spring rolls are tiny, even after reading reviews, I was surprised. They tasted good though. The fresh rolls were very veg heavy and a little bland. The ‘health chow mein’ is certainly not healthy, but does include pieces of slimy cooked lettuce. It’s strange. But not as strange as the paper bag of nothing but lettuce that came with my meal.

summer rolls were good however quite stingy on the meat filling, I literally had 2 small bits of meat. The Pho stock was ok but the only greens I got was 3 spinach leaves and a leaf of Thai basil, very disappointing.

Horrible pho and coconut urry. They were sweet and unbalanced. And the king prawns were literally like rubber. They also forgot our drinks and took forever to bring them

Delicious summer rolls - lovely and fresh! "Healthy chow mein" wasn't terribly healthy (quite noodle heavy and a bit greasy) but still tasty. Dumplings were nice and free prawn crackers were an unexpected surprise :-)

I ordered satay chicken with peanut sauce however when it arrived the chicken was very cold even though everything else I had ordered was still pipping hot and it was also too rubbery to eat.

Flavourless pho with rubbery noodles & barely any steak. Rubbery squid. Free prawn crackers were the only good bit!

I was looking forward to authentic Vietnamese food but it really wasn't. Bland and flavourless. The Pho was water, noodles, Chinese leaves and a few prawns mixed together, no flavour. First and last time I will order from this place.

I was a little bit disappointed with this order - the food was a little bland and most of my dishes were predominantly iceberg lettuce shredded. Wish there would have been some higher quality ingredients for the price.

I ordered from here last night after having yet another terrible food and customer service experience at OA Com Tam on Holloway Rd, who had given me the wrong order and would not offer a refund or re-delivery. The food at Fresh Roll is far superior with better portions. The delivery man was lovely and there is little to complain about. Definitely my new Vietnamese. I recommend Fresh Roll highly. Thank you :)

Spring rolls: Slim things that do not resemble what Vietnamese Spring Rolls should be- disappointing. Seaweed Prawn Roll: No seaweed in sight. Was one piece of prawn with Chinese fishcake in fried in batter. Tofu Sweetcorn Soup: Good authentic Chinese Sweetcorn Soup. Udon: Not bad, but doesn't contain the veg they claim. Overall it feels like Chinese trying to cook Vietnamese cuisine, think it's best they just stick to what they know.

Generally good generous potions.

food was horrible to my standard barely edible, left nearly everything

The meat in both dishes had a really horrible texture/ consistency and I couldn't eat it. Also the shaking beef did not have the classic vietnamese flavours I would associate with the dish having eaten it in other restaurants.

ordered tango orange but it wasnt delivered. advised the restaurant owner and he said he would deliver it or deduct it on the next delivery. the pho tofu was tasteless, such a disappointment especially coming from vietnamese cuisine. very little amount of toppings such as beans sprout and the basil was not asian basil but italian basil which taste so different. shame that pho's was tasteless but the rest was good

The food was edible, but really not great. I love Vietnamese food but I wouldn't order from this place again.

I don't have any complain to about anything, the food was extra hot and fresh. The delivery guy was super nice. The food came on time, and the portion was huge!!! And came with extras.

37 minutes late WOW that's a bad start ...plus ugly Pho and foreign change given so unprofessional. will not order ever again and certainly not recommend this restaurant if we call that a restaurant. Waist of money and time.

The Pho was really disappointing

The vegetable dumplings were amazing but the tofu pho's we ordered were a flavourless broth and therefore I don't think it was worth the price. I will try a different place next time. Delivery time was good.

Udon soup was disgusting (main meal) veggie dumplings were delicious.

The pho was nothing like real pho, with beef covered in a glutinous coating and spinach instead of coriander ...?

the pork was flavoured in soya sauce so bland singapore rice looked orange n toxic not authentic flavours the squid was so crispy it felt just like nuggets of batter

This is not Vietnamese food. I ordered to Pho and the chicken was chewy and rubbery. Tastes nothing like Pho. Ordered chicken dumpings, again tasteless and really oily.

Great bun sa and morning glory. The spring rolls are a bit on the thin side for me but otherwise the food is top notch and fast delivery.

Food would've been great had it been hot. Delivery guy called saying he couldn't find my building even though I put very specific instructions in the note section, which obviously wasn't read. Vermicelli beef was good but seemed a bit on the small side. I was a bit hesitant to order the spring rolls as last time they weren't great. They were much better this time, but as I said, food was cold so very disappointing. Will try somewhere else next time!

The chicken was ok I guess as was the spring roll - mediocre - but the rice was horrendous. All stuck together and mushy. It was supposed to be coconut rice but it was like a rice paste with a vague coconut smell. I try not to leave reviews unless it's positive but in this case I feel it's my duty to warn people.

Noodles were bland with no taste at all. Avoid the pho noodle soups

This place specifically grows all their produce in a way that ensures the final dish will lack anything resembling a flavour!!! NO SAUCES ON NOODLES! teeny weeny spring rollies very soggy from the bland flavourless worm-like vermicelli!!! As a bonus you get two separate 'vegetable selection' boxes, consisting of a few lettuce leaves, thinly sliced carrot that's magically been rid of any carrot flavour too, and a few more chopped up lettuce leaves. MMMMM! YUMMY! To apologise, they offered us a 10% discount on future orders, which sadly we won't get to use, as we will NEVER EVER order from this take away again!

Very disappointed in food quality. Ordered Pho that was impossible to eat, the beef was like rubber and the soup was brown and tasteless. It had no herbs and overall did not feel very fresh.

Chicken was under cooked, just eat and the restaurant made no effort to refund, was given a £5 voucher from just eat. Appalling service.

The coconut chicken curry tasted bland as it was rushed to me rather than cooked and took its time to get to my door. I have had this many times but this was by far the worst I have ever eaten. Need to be consistent in orders. As this is very common. One time it will be the best food out there then it's slip down. Keep going. Don't give up!

I was very hungry and looking forward to my food. I was very disappointed. The food was tasteless. The Vietnamese beef coconut curry was padded out with onions and vegetables. The salt and chilli ribs and squid did not have any flavour. It was not authentic. If you want an excellent Vietnamese meal go to Mien Tay in Shoreditch. My first and last time. I feel cheated!!! The only good thing was that the restaurant rang me back to check my food allergy.

I ordered a pho. If anyone is a pho lover they would know the side dish if vegetables that is always served alongside the Pho its always quiet alot. Countless times I've ordered and found one, YES ONE leaf of basil and a wedge of lime and two sticks of bamboo shoots im really unimpressed.

Generous portion size, the food, however was not great. The pho was a massive let-down as it wasn't aromatic and infused with spices and herbs like how it should be, it was more like msg dissolved in boiling hot water and ingredients were just thrown in afterwards. The curry was very bland as if a curry cube was bought from else where, again, dissolved in hot water and ingredients were thrown in. I was very excited when I saw the menu because of all the different variety of dishes to choose from, little did I know, I was in for a big disappointment. Not the best, sorry guys..

Dumplings were good, but hanoi grilled fish was greasy. Spring rolls were mainly just wrapping paper, no filling, and the hot & sour soup actually tasted bad. It had a flavour of gone off meat or seafood - very odd! Not sure we chose badly or if all their food is below par...

This was not Vietnamese food. The 'pho' was bland chicken stock with spinach leaves instead of herbs, and the summer rolls weren't wrapped properly and packed with iceberg lettuce.. Very bad.

Worst Vietnamese I've ever eaten will never order from them again !

A disappointment. Good quality, fresh and delivered on time, but couldn't detect any seaweed in the (battered) prawn rolls; the spicy coconut was sweet, not spicy (but lots of prawns), couldn't find the chilli /veg / peanuts /lemongrass in the bun sa - just dry rice noodles and fried tofu. Not bad, but not good either.

Never received my order... Not happy! Spoke to restaurant which advised I would be refunded!

Consistent taste and delivery on time

We ordered 3 starters and 2 mains. The gyoza was the best we've had, not soggy at all. The spring rolls were an odd shape, long and thin, but lovely. The mains were good too. We got a free bag of prawn crackers (a couple a bit stale). It's a shame they charged £1 for delivery, they lost a star for that.

I was surprised that the food was quite flavourless. I had the pho and it was very disappointing. I'm sorry to leave a bad review, but for the money spent, it wasn't what I was hoping for.

The food was really good. Best delivered dim sum I've found.

All dishes arrived luckwarm boarding on cold. The batter on the squid was stale and cold. The noddles were bone dry with a drizzle of sugary sauce which only coated the bottom of the plastic takeaway container. Very disappointed. Shan't be ordering from here again, I phoned up as soon as food arrived to complain was told Manager would call me back alas he didn't.

The food was late, dumplings cold and the large steak soup, was not steak. It was beef and flavourless. Probably the worse takeaway I've had in North London. I was really looking forward to a good takeaway on a Saturday night, gutted.

The dumplings and salads were nice - but not as good as other local Vietnamese. The chilli squid was awful - the worst I've ever had with a claggy, uncooked flour taste to the dough.

The duck was deep fried for so long that the meat was crumbling, no soft meat. So I couldn't have any duck pancakes. My summer rolls were all broken. Eaten with fork which defeats the object of a roll.

We order food here at least once a week. It's always fresh and good. We can recommend the bun sa and the vegetarian crispy duck highly.

Unbelievable. The salad was roughly a week old, I'm mostly sure they cleaned out their fridge into our bag. Coconut curry tasted of water, the pho was tasteless. I called to get a refund because we were unsatisfied and was met with rude indifference. Went through JustEat and they were apologetic but couldn't refund without the restaurants permission, they rang the restaurant and they said no! Absolute garbage, and a scam! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Save yourself the trouble and make pot noodle and empty an ashtray in it. AWFUL!

I would have given it 4* but the Pho was poor. The summer rolls were excellent although I would have thought a spicy fish sauce dipping sauce would have been better than hoi sin. The Pho lacked depth and flavour. I would question how long they claim they have prepared the stock for as it tasted like a beef consommé but without the Vietnamese flavour. I couldn't taste star anise. I couldn't taste smokey ginger or onions. I couldn't taste fennel. Or coriander. And the herbs and greenery they provide was also poor - little (if any) coriander, hardly any chilli's with small amounts of basil and mint. And the rice noodles had been boiled to breaking point. Not sure if I'd go back here.

Edible but not enjoyable. Duck was cooked with a gloopy flavourless sauce. Deep fried lamb (also bland) served with noodles which resembled old shoelaces. Take heed, this food is not for those who enjoy intense and sophisticated flavour. Delivery took an hour and the food was barely warm when it arrived but i would have excused this had the food been tasty but as you know dear friends- it was not!

Don't order from here, the worst takeaway I've ever had. Waste of (bad) ingredients, waste of money. By the way, just so you know, I ordered the chicken pho and summer rolls. If you feel inclined for whatever reason to order from here, at least don't order those items. Just a warning.

Extremely disappointed with the takeaway. The prawn crackers were stale, the salt and pepper squid did not taste fresh and there was very little difference between the pho and Bon hue- both tasted like beef stock, with little flavour. Barely ate the food

Food was very disappointed, I love Vietnamese food and this was not. The salad and noodles were very blend and salad tastes as is if it didn't get washed. Both chicken and beef of very poor quality

have ordered from here a few times and have tried different dishes - all really tasty,and good quality. The only criticism is sometimes the food has cooled a bit by the time it gets to me. Would def recommend and will order again.

one thing you don't mess up ever is mixing meat and vegetables, yet thats what they did out grilled veggie dumplings contained pork, my partner who is a vegetarian ate one. this place is a disgrace plus the sweet tamarind chicken was not sweet and tasted both bland and sour. awful place, vegetarians beware!!!

The pho that was delivered was faaaar away from the real pho. It was savourless and simply not pho! The tofu on Bun Sa was ok but that's pretty much about it. I don't think I'll ever order from Fresh Roll again.

Was verbally abused by delivery driver when he arrived! Who shouted at me over the phone to "get outside" as he was standing in the rain. Couldn't find a telephone number to complain.

I wish i had read the reviews before i ordered. I have never had such a tasteless meal in my life. Prawns over cooked and chewy. Spicy chicken Sauce tasted like it was out of a tin and cheap nasty chicken. I will never order from these guys again - disgusting. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Food was disgusting what a waste of money !!!

The order was wrong (Coke rather than Diet Coke), rice cold and congealed, main dish bland and indistinguishable (more like Chinese stir fry), chicken satay tough as if reheated, summer rolls looked nice but were fairly tasteless.
