Great food decent prices with friendly staff Good range in the menu and the pizzas are awesome, kebabs fresh and tasty too

We ordered and paid for our dinner online. Arrived to find a queue right outside the door, waited at least 20 mins to collect our meal that had already been paid for. It was taken out of a cupboard under the oven. Got home and had to microwave our pizza and mixed kebab as it was cold. It would be better if you could walk in and collect at the time specified on your order rather than have to queue with the people who are buying food from the counter. What’s the point in ordering online you still have to wait so long to pick it up. We wont come back anymore. Shame as been coming here for 15 years at least!

The best in area for fish and chips shop is always nice and clean. The batter was so nice and crispy on the fish.

Live locally and have used many times over the years. Will never use again after tonight's experience. Fish had obviously been waiting for a long time as the batter was beyond crisp.Chips were hard and dry and cold and almost impossible to bite into. Both went into the bin. So disappointed.

Good food which we ordered and collected in person. Friendly and approachable staff. A wide range of food available.

Worst ever! watched the guy heating up something wrapped in tinfoil, when I got fish and chips home the fish was burnt, I know what he was reheating now!

We ordered a fish supper which is actually 2 fish and chipss. Large portions which one would have done is to share. Spicy haggis is also delicious 😋

Chip shop on one half and pizza shop on the other half. One queuing system. We had the fish and chip menu not the pizza menu and they were very nice. There is some parking outside on the high street but not a lot. It was a busy Saturday night when we popped in and the staff seemed to be trying to be quick and rushing. When paying by card I needed to ask to see the amount on the screen as they just put the machine up towards the counter so you can tap the top with contactless but it’s always good to check the amount keyed in is correct and I wanted to check as they were rushing when serving... Luckily it was the correct amount. We would return a lovely little takeaway and reasonable prices too.

I called in on my arrival at Kinross. I found the staff friendly and the service efficient. It was a busy Friday evening. I had fish & chips, which I enjoyed. Called back later in the week for a pizza. A great local chippy.

Ordered on the website was told it would be under 60 min. Got a call about 60 min saying the driver has had car troubles and our food was ready to go. Waited 30 more minutes, 90 min from the order, phoned asked for a refund. Was told it would be 2 minutes and to call back. I called back and was told it would be 3 minutes and the driver had issues with the police. When was told a refund would take 4 days and not to call for a delivery again. The customer is always wrong apparently.

Living too far to make it a local when I do visit Kinross I only stop here great family-friendly place and service, The food is top-notch Italian at heart and it shows in the food. Good job Donata

I've visited this chippy on numerous occasions and I have always found them value for money, the fish and chips are served up piping hot in a box and I found them to have very little grease left at the bottom of the box. Compared to other chip shops I found this one excellent.

On arrival the takeaway was nice and clean so we were hopeful we were on to a winner, however that was not to be! Ordered fish & chips for us all and the chips were fine, albeit portions were variable. The fish however was not good - definitely not as fresh as it could be with little to no taste and the batter was spongy and not at all crisp.

Chips are cold and half raw not fresh and crispy. Onion rings were soggy and mostly batter, hard to find any onion! The food was so disgusting it was inedible.

Ordered fish supper and onion rings on Sunday night so wasn’t expecting to wait long. Waited 1 hour and 40 min for delivery . Chips were burnt and got soggy in delivery so were the onion rings at £2 for 5 of them. Fish was dry and covered in grease dripping batter. Thrown away most of the food with inside of the fish being fed to the cat. Was giving this place a chance after chance but for the last year its only getting worse. No competition makes it even worse. Will not be back

Went for a pizza and chips . Pizza was thick and chewy ...like a mattress covered in cheese and overdone pepperoni .......chips were thrown into a cardboard box with no lining paper.........chewy chips to match the pizza .....just awfull ....the service system is bizzare and takes far to long ...it only survives because there is no competition ,although there are TWO excellent pizza outlets in Kinross both thon delicious and tasty .....go to either.

This is a combination of an old school chippy and made to order pizzeria. There's social distancing procedures in place, so there was a queue well out into the pavement. When I looked at the displays, I figured the chips are probably fried together with meat, so I ordered a pizza instead. There were several vegetarian options available, with options for additional toppings, but I just went with a simple Sweetcorn Pizza. The chef does make the pizza to order and they have a proper oven for cooking a pizza. I though the pizza was only okay. The tomato puree was clearly not freshly made, with an overwhelming canned puree flavour. The prices are keen compared to a proper pizzeria, so you can't expect the best.
