It's a great café with fantastic food. All dietary requirements are catered for. And an amazing selection of gluten-free cakes and sweet treats.

A lovely local café that never fails to impress. With a wide selection of amazing cakes, it’s the perfect spot to relax with a brew. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are always friendly

Cello is always our first choice when it comes a coffee and cake morning or a lovely lunch with family or friends. The choice is always amazing and its soo nice to to feel comfortable that both me and my mum won't risk any contamination with Gluten! Absolutely loving the nostalgia of having some favorite cakes and bakes being made gluten free!

What a great find! We saw this coffee shop advertised on social media, so although it's a slight distance away, we took the trip to try their delights and it was 100% worth it! They mainly focus on gluten free goods with "normal" food available. I had a gluten free elephants foot and it was huge! So much so, that I couldn't finish it. Very reasonably priced and their staff were lovely too. If you are looking for a gluten free breakfast/ brunch or a cake treat then definitely pop in, you'll be glad you did!

First visit today and will definitely be back. Everything on the menu can be made Gluten free with the exception of the teacakes, I can live with that. Staff were informative and very helpful.

I took my Mum and sister for brunch. We had full English breakfast , coffee and takeaway Chocolate Elephant feet. Both Mum and sister are coeliac and really enjoyed the meals, The Chocolate Elephant feet were so yummy. We would definitely recommend Cello Cafe to friends and family.

We love Cello, lovely little independent coffee shop, always busy. Gluten free chocolate cake and Victoria sponge - amazing!

A nice little neighbourhood cafe where I enjoyed my scone with clotted cream and jam and a latte. It was busy (half term) which is a good sign. Plenty of home made cakes to choose from, plus sandwiches etc.

Visited every so often but always a lovely experience. Went today and the breakfast was great, waffles were great and the service was great. At first glance the menu is a bit pricier than other cafes but the quality of the food & drink is more than worth it!

With my child attending the school across the road, Cello is a place I visit regularly. On the whole, I am usually happy with the quality of food, drink and service. My only issue is I just wish they could be a little bit more accommodating. I asked if I could have a takeaway cup but also sit in out of the cold for just 5 minutes before I leave to do the school pick up. They then charged me for the takeaway cup and sitting in price. It wasn't too busy and they know I have a child at school and wouldn't be taking advantage. Plus by the time it was ready I was about to head out anyway! It just seems a bit unfair to regular customers who have spent a fair amount of money there (and often tips!) Also, I understand times are tough financially, but £1.25 for syrup in a latte seems a bit pricey too! But as I say, overall Cello is a nice and friendly little spot, so I don't want to be too negative and I'll continue to be a regular customer for the foreseeable future! :)

£4.05 for a luke warm frothy flat white. Service is always touch and go. Some are welcoming, some definitely arnt.

Quaint little place selling simple, but beautifully prepared, food. Great value, good food and drinks at very reasonable prices - £43 for 4 adults and one child, brilliant!!!!! Will call again!!!

I love coming here for the gluten free range, always such lovely options, so much so I placed an order for New Year’s Eve and it did not disappoint. The most enormous cheesecake, a share box of desserts and a quiche. All were absolutely delicious and gluten free, you wouldn’t know as a muggle either! 5* absolutely recommend. No photos as we scoffed them before any could be taken!

Prices gone up drasticly cappacino was poor very poor wasn.t even a cappacino she then said sorry forgot your biscuits then walked away and left it at that. We have been here plenty of times previously but wont be going back anytime soon.

Visited with family having visited numerous times before and not been for a while as we don’t live close. Have to say it is not what it use to be. Very expensive for what you get. £3.95 for a latte! £4.30 for a milkshake that is served in a kids milk bottle. Now it only serves breakfast/brunch not much to choose if you don’t want bacon! Don’t get me started on the sandwiches, £7.00+ to eat in, it’s two slices of bread and a bit of salad. Come on Cello get your act together bring back the previous menu. Very disappointing and won’t be visiting again. For the price we paid we could have had a full cooked meal in a pub!

Met my daughter for a leisurely brunch. So good to be able to sit outside in the sun . Really good choice of items on menu plus a range of enticing cakes in the cabinet inside. (Will return in autumn for those !) Someone here makes the best poached eggs, runny and perfect. Iced drinks and smoothies today, both equally delicious, perfect in this weather. Friendly staff and didn't feel rushed at all to move on, we spent a really good two hour catch up here.

Great place for gluten free cakes! I asked for a gluten free birthday cake at the last minute and Cello Coffee House managed to accommodate this with no issues. The cake was well received by all and also looked great. I would definitely recommend and thankyou 👍

Great brunch today with the family. Plenty of GF options on the menu to choose from and all served quickly by the polite and friendly staff. Will definitely be going again and can only highly recommend. 👍🏻

Well situated by the roundabout in Greenhill. A decent cup of coffee and it was nice to be given a Lotus biscuit with one’s hot drink. The coffee, though, was a little expensive. The inner decor is rather interesting and the customer toilets had been freshly and impeccably cleaned.

Went for my first visit and enjoyed it.

Requested GF version of one of my favourite desserts - peanut butter stack and the lovely Becky went ahead and made it for me ! Such lovely friendly service and not to mention it was delicious was such a treat to have, given there aren’t many GF options around !

Sadly they’ve decided to “go woke”. The menu now refers to a ginger bread man. As a ‘ginger bread person’. GET A GRIP

We often visit Cello as my husband is Coeliac and Cello are excellent at proving GF food. For this reason I choose Cello to provide a Lemon Drizzle birthday cake and Strawberry Cheescake for my husband’s 70th birthday celebrations. The Lemon Drizzle cake was delicious and the cheesecake was outstanding. Give them a visit!

I had smashed avocado and poached eggs on a toasted muffin. It was made freshly, which is great, but as everybody knows the poached eggs are one of the greatest joys in life so it was very, very disappointing to discover that both of my poached eggs were actually hard boiled. Such a shame as the potential is there, someone has taken the time to make my food to order but to overcook a poached egg is a crime in my eyes so no forgiveness for this one. Another disappointment was that nobody was bothered. Nobody has asked how my meal was even though there were ample opportunities to do that. And one more thing - how can one serve green tea brewed in boiled water is beyond me. I thought everyone knows that green tea gets bitter in boiling water and that the brewing temperature shouldn't exceed 85 degrees.

New to the area.Tried a latte today, was absolutely terrible, was just a shot of espresso drowned in hot milk, and very expensive.

Cello is a fabulous independent coffee shop with delicious food. They also bake delicious gluten free cakes and my daughter needed a gluten free wedding cake. Cello made her a perfect in every way gluten free, royal iced cake, just as she'd wished for. We really can't thank Cello enough.

Really bad coffee. Asked for a flat white, got a huge tasteless latte type thing. Told staff it wasn't a flat. They then proceeded to tell me it was. (it wasn't ) Also the most expensive coffee I've ordered in Sheffield £4.15

Lovely food and drinks, staff were super nice and friendly, daughter loved her GF waffles with Nutella and Strawberries. Even came away with a bag full of goodies to enjoy later

Really disappointed to travel to what has been out favourite GF cafe for a long time and not be able to get a table as apparently you now have to prebook so we ended up asking to take food away to eat in the car as this was not suggested to us! Our bill was just short of £50 so we would have liked a seat…..2 parties of 2 were sat at tables of 4 seats not needing the space!! Poorly arranged had they have been seated at the vacant table of 2 we could have been seated….we were not allowed to pull spare chairs up either. Disappointing and unlikely to call in again now, and risk a long wait for food and no seating. I think some thought to seating plans and being clear that it’s pre-bookings would be great

Visited on Monday 12th whilst visiting my family before a long journey back to Lancashire. We came to Cello Coffee House the last time I visited and it was lovely and this time didn’t disappoint either 😊 all the ladies behind the counter were welcoming, smiley and friendly which is always lovely. The menu is really diverse with lots of options to eat and drink and really well priced and good value for money as portions are large, the food is hot & everything is presented well. Myself and my sister went for eggs royale with added avocado, my partner went for a bacon & egg bun and our dad went for a big fry up - all were delicious and just bob on for what we wanted, don’t think there was a crumb left on any of our plates. My partner and sister had a smoothie which they both loved, dad and I got coffee which again were really good. The cafe was absolutely spotless from head to toe and clearly looked after, just read a review from ‘MonkeyPiglet’ back in July - this person clearly needs to learn more about what’s going on in the world in regards to product increase, general bills and the world of hospitality, don’t think I’ve ever read such an ignorant review in my life - wether or not people are entitled to an opinion. Encouraging your children to ‘play games’ in cafes by sticking menus to tables and chairs is completely and utterly disrespectful and says more about you than the cafe itself. Having a cafe back at home myself I’d have asked you to leave if I saw you mocking my business this way - should be ashamed of yourselves and I’m sorry to Cello House staff for having to deal with rude people who clearly have no respect. You guys do a great job and have a lovely place! Thank you so much, can’t wait to visit again when I next come to see my family - will always be my go to place before my journey home. Amazing choice of Gluten free brunches, sandwiches, cakes and cheesecakes. I have never seen so many gluten free options in one place. The staff were lovely, very friendly but efficient. I'm not local, but already trying to work out how many visits I can make before returning to the South West.

Have been a few times now and every time the food has been amazing. The staff are great and friendly and it always has a relaxing atmosphere. It is a great place to meet friends or go on your own. I can't wait for my next visit!

Terrible food & even worst a service! The staff are so rude & unprofessional it's really sad! But on a brighter note, Sarah's Kitchen is literally just across the road and it's well nicer & better service!!!

10/10 amazing food, lovely staff couldn’t do more for us and the food was well cooked, tasty and a good portion size. I had the breakfast sandwich with tinned tomato’s 10/10 the local coffee that they sell is also very nice. Will be coming back again and again when ever I can. It was a pleasure to dine!

Absolute gem of a place for anyone with gluten sensitivities, visited recently for my birthday and was completely spoilt for choice had a gluten free club panini followed by billionaires slice no complaints from myself, husband or daughter with any of the food or service!! Only problem is there’s too much choice 😂 so we’ll definitely be back to try the rest!!!! I even took home some cornflake tart home which was delicious and the coffee is as good as costa!!!!!
