Castle Hill in Cheshire West and Chester

Had a delivery from here tonight and really good food. Mongolian lamb had a lovely taste and the Hong Kong fried rice had a really nice sauce and loads of veg. Arrived hot and on time. Not ordered from here before but will definitely do so again.

If you are ordering for someone who doesn’t like Chinese food and goes for the english dishes or chips instead , don’t!! the chips are horrible, truly awful and to make them even worse i found a blonde curly hair inside the actual chip.

Great food and fast service. We enjoyed our meal, the dim sum starter for two is especially nice. Cash only but there is a cash machine just a few doors away at the Tesco Express so no problem.

Absolutely hands down best takeaway in Northwich. So professional. Came within 40 mins We ordered the crispy shredded beef and Singapore vermicelli…..honestly the best in northwich amd that’s coming from us who lived in south Manchester. Thank you 🙏🏼 you’ve got new customers forever

First and last visit I ordered chicken toast it was so overcooked it was rock hard I ordered spring rolls they sent mini ones by mistake I don’t like the mini ones as no filling just soggy inside… lemon chicken the chicken was dry and the king prawn in black pepper so spicy not enjoyable.. a waste of £30

Pretty good Chinese, fast and food was pretty good and tasted fresh, well packaged. Delivery driver was great aswell. Would probably order again in the future, well priced aswell.

Won’t take card payments anymore, just cash. Lovely take away but it’s a shame you just missed out on a £50 takeaway for our family. Went to After5 instead who were happy to take out order. That’s a good way lose business in January, never mind the whole year!

Just moved to the area. Had a local Chinese, not very good. First Chinese in about 4 years we can say is decent. We will be sticking with this one. Delivery too, hot when arrived, pleasant guy…..perfect

Not sure how people can say this place serves good food 🤔. Absolute rip off, poor quality ingredients, salt and pepper ribs are unrecognisable due to thick coating of over flavoured batter, what are you trying to hide? The trend seems to be to coat in batter over season and fry it until you have trouble chewing it. Crispy lamb with pancakes cost over £9.00 for cremated dry meat

Shame to give it one star since my meal (s&p chicken) was really good. however, both my mum and father experienced really bad food poisoning from their dish (chow mein) my dad was incredibly ill for a few days.

Normally great food but sadly I waited an hour and a half for overcooked scran. I'd rather wait longer for better cooked food. However, that being said, one bad meal out of 100 won't deter me from ordering again.

Best chinese i have had in years. Portions were huge and really tasty. 5 of us had different dishes and they were all very tasty.

Our family meet up regularly and Castle Hill are definately the best takeaways in the area. They deliver promptly and you can collect the food . It is always of a high standard and the portions are enormous. You must try it and see for yourself.

This is definitely the best Chinese Takeaway we have had in Northwich. The Crispy Duck was the best I have ever had, really crispy and not greasy and there was plenty of meat. The King Prawn curry sauce was one of the best Chinese takeaways we’ve had. My daughter always gets the shredded chicken in chilli sauce and again this was one of the best. This will be my preferred Chinese from now on. Also we received a free bottle of Diet Coke and free prawn crackers which was a lovely touch Give it a try you won’t be disappointed!,,

Disappointed this evening. Duck was mostly batter, as was sweet and sour pork.

Food was ok - chow mein wasn’t great, we ordered and told 1 1/2 hours but when we arrived to collect it took another 40 minutes before we got it - I think they either forgot the order or were very busy. We didn’t get anything for it so disappointed with service

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service from this Chinese. We’ve been ordering from here for years and after our recent experience, I won’t ever be spending my money here again. They made a mistake with our order and sent us salt and pepper chicken instead of sweet and sour chicken for our dim sum set meal. We said it’s absolutely fine, we know people make mistakes sometimes, we are all human after all but we would like our sweet and sour chicken as it’s what we ordered. We were then told by the ‘manager’ that his staff don’t make mistakes and that we were lying, we must have requested the change! They made me relay the entire order conversation that I placed with the lady on the phone and still didn’t believe that I hadn’t mentioned anything about sweet and sour chicken on the call, let alone swapping it for something else. They didn’t offer to rectify the situation at all, wouldn’t accept responsibility and after 10 mins on the phone going round in circles, my partner had to go up to the Chinese to get his sweet and sour chicken (they refused to deliver it!). When he arrived, the lady that had taken our order and the manager were hiding in the back!! When he asked if he was going to get an apology, the guy behind the counter said it was nothing to do with him and that he didn’t know what had happened. They clearly don’t care about their customers or about keeping our business and it’s such a shame because it was a very minor mistake but the way they dealt with it and spoke to us was horrendous.

Good food, only slight downfall if timings are sometimes a little off, but not stopped us from going back again and again.

Food here is excellent been using this place for years occasionally we think let's try somewhere else but instantly regret it, not one thing we've had has been bad, really can't recommend it enough
