They've obviously been taken over as I didn't recognise the staff in there and the fish and chips were just awful. The chips were frozen and not fresh and the batter on the fish was disgusting!! Avoid at all costs

Increíble pescado y papas fritas. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera, el pescado está recién preparado mientras espera.

La comida es buenísima, una buena relación calidad-precio, un servicio amable. Una tienda de chips tradicional. Salsa de curry a debe! El comentario de Son fue: "así es como deberían gustar las patatas fritas". ¡Un gran elogio!

Called in here, on a recent visit to Bristol, having seen the good reviews here. Had fish and chips and they were absolutely delicious!

The best around by far, the curry sauce is to die for im not one for curry sauce but theirs is simply amazing the chips are always cooked perfectly and very friendly

My parents used to visit years ago when the old chip shop was there and, now it's been back a few years, it's the same great quality and taste. Prices are average but the taste is excellent. Always a friendly face and up for a chat. Highly recommended!

Popped in here on the way home from work the other day. I had a large battered cod and chips with extra curry sauce, this has to be one of the best curry sauces that i have ever tasted. The service was second to none. As i was served by a very friendly, chatty behind that counter. They have a wide variety on offer and i think this is a must try for anyone in the local area.
