He estado comprando fish 'n chips de ellos durante años. Nunca me han decepcionado con lo que producen, desde su pequeña porción para 2. 50 a lo suficiente como para alimentar a cinco de nosotros. Puede esperar mientras se cocina pescado fresco o más chips, pero siempre vale la pena.

chips were undercooked and fish and sausage was soggy. ordered at 17.20 food didn't arrive until after 19.00 although I was told it would be an hour wait for delivery it was an hour and a half I had to call twice to find where my order was each time told it was on the way. Really disappointed.

really disappointed in our service on this occasion, normally service is fairly slow, but the food quality was also very poor, chips were refried and didn’t taste very nice at all.. not very pleased

The burger was nearly cold. The fish and pineapple ring extremely soggy and when I got to the apple pie and spring roll (which didn’t take long to do so) they both appeared burnt and tasted awful. To wait 50 minutes for this was very dissapointing as so hungry. Sadly the quality has gradually gone down.

Hacer un pedido con solo comer. El pedido llegó 5 minutos tarde, lo cual está bien, pero el conductor de la entrega nos dio la comida equivocada. Llamé a llevar y dijeron que se pondrían en contacto con el conductor de la entrega y me devolverían la llamada. Durante ese tiempo, el conductor de la entrega regresó porque había olvidado nuestra botella de coca. Le dije que la comida entregada era incorrecta y él regresó a su auto y nos trajo la comida correcta. Después de todo esto nos sentamos a comer ya que estábamos hambrientos. Las patatas fritas eran agradables, pero el bacalao estaba tan seco como si hubiera estado en un armario con calefacción toda la tarde y la noche. Mi compañero tenía una hamburguesa de pechuga de pollo que tenía lechuga vieja y patatas fritas cursi que sabía desagradable como el queso estaba! ¡Nunca volverá a usar esta extracción!

Food was late to be delivered waited nearly 2 hours for food then realised they shut at 21:00 and that was the time so no one answered the phones when we rang they had my payment but no food untill 9:15 which I gather was on there way home from Work.. food was cold fish was chewy and sausage undercooked would not order from here ever again

Our order was 30 mins late so called them up to shed some light on where it was. The woman who answered the phone was snappy and couldnt get off of the phone quick enough stating that it "wouldn't be long". It arrived 10 mins later barely warm. After reheating the food it was below average and the portion sizes were small. The best thing was the over priced bottle of coke which I have to say was flawless. They are only 2.2 miles away and I wouldn't expect it takes that long to drive on a Wednesday night after 6PM. Very disapointed.

Decidí hacer un pedido a través de Just Eat y noté que la comida para llevar estaba cerrada pero recibí pedidos para la entrega a las 6 p. M., Así que hice mi pedido para toda la familia y pagué a través de mi tarjeta de débito.Con mi dinero y orden, nos sentamos y esperamos a que llegara la comida.A las 5 . 50 pm, sin embargo, recibo un correo electrónico de Just Eat que dice que la comida para llevar ha cancelado mi pedido debido a que están demasiado ocupados o no tienen suficientes conductores para cumplir con mi pedido. Absolutamente, un servicio totalmente inaceptable, lo que significaba que no tenía más remedio que hacer otro pedido desde otro lugar, lo que demoró otros 45 a 60 minutos en entregarse. ¡Para cuando todos nos moríamos de hambre! !

Ordered child meal said comes with toy didn’t come with one plus a milk shake didn’t come with one either came with one of those cheap juice cups. Also ordered spring roll which wasn’t even edible wasn’t cooked only on the first outer layer was cooked. Ordered it at 5.10didn’t get it till 6.45

I love this place, everything cooked to order and have used them for years.

After waiting 1hr 40 min. The food was burnt, onions rings soggy, it went straight in the bin as chicken also tasted funny as well as chips, beans were also horrible, I will never ever order from you, to think I even gave a tip....... never ever again

delivery time pushed back 25mins however they took another 45mins beyond that before being delivered...terrible chips were hard and dry by the time the food arrived really disappointing and won't be ordering from Caseys again

Just got the order.....for what I paid you would think the fish would be great....clearly the Plaice and Cod were either yesterday or there oil is very old i ate all the oil drenched onion rings......the top of the fish is fine its the bottom side that gives it away...... fast to great and dry around the edgies....

We were disappointed that on a weekday evening we were told it would be an hour and a half for delivery and then even with a long delivery time the food was 15 mins late and there was no apology from the delivery driver

Food took 2 hours to arrive and when it did the coleslaw had very clearly gone off and didn't enjoy anything else we ate either the Missis wasted half of hers so don't think we will be using caseys again

No kids toys with kids meals! The right drinks weren't available for the kids meals! Pizza was rock hard ! So not very good all in all

Order placed at: 1730, Delivery time 1835, Restaurant added 10 minuets to order making the time 1845 after calling the restaurant at 1855 it finally arrived at 1905. Very poor delivery & customer service, food in itself perfect

This was the second time we ordered from here first time was fantastic, this time the driver rang to say he was going to be 10 mins late which was far enough but when our order came the fish was soggy and greasy as been left wrapped up for too long also had to heat it up in microwave as it was cold.

Late on delivery, when I contact them I was told delivery had just left. Less than 1 mile to travel and food was cold. Would not recommend.

Pizza was cold,hard crust and looked under cooked. Fish was nice tho

Usually really good, but this time was small portions, the oil was dripping off and even though they confirmed with time 15 mins later than requested (1 1/2 hours wait time) it's still managed to arrived cold.

the food cooked here isn't to bad,the chips are nice,what i am not kean on is that apart from the chips you have to order what you want and then they cook it.i also think that they are a bit more pricey than other chipshops.they do have a bigger menu than most chippy's,which the kids like.the place is nice and clean and parking is easy.

Kids meal advertised a milkshake and toy, my kids were very disappointed when there was no sign of the toys and the drinks cheap cups of squash. My burger was no better than one bought at a festival burger van and they forgot the bacon. But the chips were good.

Food taste lovely decent portion size only issue was the long wait for delivery also childrens meal states comes with milkshake and a toy ours came with a carton of juice and no toy

This is one of the most constant quantity Fish and Chips shop I have been too. Great service and a pleasant attitude. Highly recommended.

Food arrived after 1.45mins shop didn't answer and calls to chase up food. It was cold and vile when it eventually arrived.

If I could give no stars I would.... Delivery was 5 minutes late. But for some reason took 1.5 hours anyway! Food was cold, tasted horrible, all went straight in the bin! Waste of money!
