Food is always good whenever I order from here. It’s always been delivered pretty quickly and is hot on arrival. Love the chimichangas which are flavourful and packed full of food and the refried beans!

DO NOT USE THIS TAKEAWAY!!!! We placed and order over just-eat for just over £30 to be delivered to our hotel where me and my son was staying. Food arrived on time no issues with driver, upon checking our order my son realised that 1 item was missing so called the takeaway to see what happened,, call was answered and after explaining to them that a item was missing my son was told he’s a mother f*cker, A liar, he’s must of eaten it fat bas!ard I took the phone phnom my son and told them I would report it to just-eat and police to be told if I did they was coming to the hotel to stab us !!!!! All this as they forget 1 £9 burrito

Took a while to come but was hot and very tasty. Big portions and the delivery guy was very friendly too.

Placed a food order via Deliveroo when the food arrived it was cold and did not look very appetising at all. The food was bland and poor quality and overpriced overall vey disappointed will never use again so cannot recoomend

We live a few miles from Leamington and have used casa rica for about 5 years now, the food is very good, though not piping hot, very generous portions. One thing I've noticed is whatever time I ask for the food to be delivered they start cooking it straightaway or as soon as they open at 5pm so it always arrives earlier than we want to eat.

This was a nice change to a Chinese, Indian or Pizza. Food was very nicely cooked, portion sizes were very good and delivery was prompt!

Love this place so much, I order from here really regularly and its always amazing! I love the quesadilla and the burrito - such big portion sizes and its so tasty!

The food was next to terrible to be honest, everything arrived cold. I ordered fries which were cold and hard and tasted like they’d been reheated a few times. Loaded potatoes with cheese and pepperoni which were cold, a bit burnt and had a sweet taste I was not expecting. Chicken enchilada which was just chicken in a wrap essentially, no peppers or any veg. The rice that comes with the enchilada was hard and the sauce was dumped in the container (understand this may be due to travel but still). Overall I would not recommend this place as the food is not good quality and not worth the money, £22 for cold food.

I ordered from here on the back of the excellent reviews. I have to say I disagree with all of them. I ordered nachos and a vegetarian chimichanga. The chimichanga was just rice with some peppers and baby corn thrown in. No beans, no lettuce, no other ingredients but hot sauce. It was not very tasty and definitely not as advertised. The nachos didn’t fair much better. The guacamole was awful; a tasteless green sludge. And the salsa was like pizza sauce with some jalapeños chucked in. Not salsa like at all. Needless to say, I didn’t finish my meal and have no intention of ordering again. The portions were big for the price, but I can see why. No quality at all. The two stars is for the garlic bread which was actually quite nice and edible.

The food was great, chilli and rice held up. Fries were way above expectations. Would definitely order again for the food. The delivery was on time and everything was there. My only complaints would be in the menu itself, I couldn’t order any of the mains I would have liked such as the fajitas, without sour cream, which would ruin it for me. Other Mexican takeaway often have that as an optional. Also my request to call or text me instead of using my landlords doorbell on delivery was ignored. So assume any comments about how you want food prepared are ignored too. Which only adds to the problem with the inflexible menu.

I can’t understand the positive reviews. Maybe these people have only tasted Mexican food on U.K. retail parks? Just had a chilli beef burrito, a chicken chimichanga and some wedges delivered. The burrito was entirely rice, and a big sloppy rectangle. All the reviewers saying “isn’t it cheap”, “isn’t it good value”... no the only ingredient is rice. It’s not cheap for just rice and that’s not how good value works. The flavour of the big sloppy rice was decent and I’d probably be thrilled if I’d ordered a big sloppy rice. But seeing as I ordered a chilli beef burrito with lettuce guacamole sour cream etc.... not so much. The chimichanga was flavourless, and not at all crispy. The wedges were awful bought in things that could’ve come from Iceland. I feel genuinely sorry for the people on here that think this is good food.

Long delivery times on a Tuesday night! Food was so so.... and the side combo sharer was not worth the £6 something I paid for it. Disappointed as I usually have a good experience with them.

We ordered beef nachos, Mexican salad and chicken fajitas and there was more than enough for two. The food was delicious and great value for money! We'll be back!!!

Spent over 20 pound on food that I couldn't eat Onion rings and mozeralla sticks and chicken wings were so over fried they tasted disgusting. Potato skins were microwaved and soggy. I rang to complain and was shouted at and spoken to very rudely and told that the food is fried that is why it was crispy. The man I spoke to seemed unable to understand that the food was burnt not crispy as it had been fried too long. He refused to give me my money back DO NOT ODER FROM HERE Disgusting food and even worse service You'd thing if there was a problem they would refund their customers but they won't do that

We often order and the food is usually excellent and generally beats their estimated delivery time. It was way too spicy this time though, don't know if we just got a chef who was a bit heavy handed with the chilli.

Terrible !!! So I've made an order at Costa Rica at 25 minutes past 6 and it said it will be ready at 18.55. Fair enough, but after 40 minutes of waiting and no food, I called the restaurant and the manager told me that the guy been gone a while and it should arrive any minute. He did arrived at 19.35 with the food stone cold. Having talked with the just eat staff, they tried to refund me the money, but surprise, even if the manager knew how long it took for the food to be delivered to me, he refused to make a refund! Be aware of rude and unprofessional service! And be aware that you might pay for something you might have to put it in the bin, as I had to do tonight! Waste of money that was !!!

Chimichanga was chunky, greasy, full of veggie goodness. Wedges were nice, too, but generally too small and cooked for too long.

First time we've used them, delivered to Kenilworth 20mins earlier than expected and I have to say the food was amazing (and we're pretty hard to pls!). I hope to keeping using them if they can keep the quality up.

Excellent food arrived on time hot and fresh, be careful if your a wimp like me though and can only handle mild spice as your mouth will be on fire! But for all the right reasons! Full of flavour and definitely recommend

Unfortunately I can't comment on whether the food was edible or not as we did not receive any! The delivery driver rang us twice to confirm where we were, could not find us despite our instructions, then rudely told us they don't deliver to us, and that they were returning to the shop. I then spoke to the shop who advised me the manager would be contacted, and a re-delivery or a refund agreed upon. I'm still awaiting the outcome, despite 2 different Just Eat team members also contacting them. Casa Rica's customer service is utterly appalling, and on that basis I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Avoid!!!

It was very busy but the staff were friendly and although we had to wait a whole for the food it was nicely cooked and presented. Will return.

The food was still nice and warm and delivered at the expected time but unlike previous occasions it was far too spicy! I couldn't eat my meal as the spice was burning my mouth so badly.

Food arrived 15 minutes earlier than stated which wasn't a problem had it not been soggy and stone cold. Ordered a Burger, Fries and a some garlic bread went straight in the bin. Won't be ordering from them again

Tacos were wet, no lettuce or salsa, Chimichanga was soggy mush, no crunch, Rice was tasteless, Chips were cold, When we rang to say we were not satisfied we were passed on to a very rude man who basically called us liars. Will DEFINITELY not be ordering from here again !!!

Steak a bit tough, but tasty nonetheless.

Daughters Main corse missing who is very autistic so trying to fob her off with a burrito not the best of fun squealing and smashing things for half an hour. Phoned up to say the Tim was missing and got no apology they just said they would get it to me and give me a bottle of coke and that wasn't even diet. Try talking to your customers and handle complaints a bit better and don't be in a rush to hang up as I was talking when you did.

We had dinner for 4, so we ordered plenty of food. Some of us are really into Mexican food, and I think we were all pretty satisfied with the quality and amount that we got. The order was also quite quick and arrived half an hour before the estimated time. That's not a surprise since I live close to the takeaway, but it still needs to be mentioned as a significant plus.

I'm glad Casa Rica is away from the main shopping and tourist area in Leamington Spa, or else people might discover how good it is! It's a teeny weeny shop front which almost exclusively do takeaways but boy, do they know their food. The nachos were the best I've ever had, packed with guacamole and salsa, and the vegetable burrito was equally generously sized and also delicious. Such great value for money. I'm definitely going to be a regular now that I've discovered it.

To start off, I can't say enough great things about Casa Rica, and everyone who works there. I've been going here for years, and have never once been disappointed. I've been to a lot of Mexican restaurants around the world, and who would have thought that a small take away in Leamington Spa would be number one on my list of favourite restaurants in the world! All in all, this is a great restaurant, with some hard working, brilliant people, churning out some amazing food! 100% worth a visit... Or two.. Or ten!

Very nice food however bit heavy on the grease side, my sofa suffered a mini grease shower, my kitchen floor is now as slippery as ice and my girlfriends fat, but other than that would use again.

First time trying this takeaway. Delivery was super fast! Had two portions of chicken quesadillas - delicious but could have been more chicken hence four not five stars. Garlic bread was yummy! Would definitely use again.
