Was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Hubby had the pancake stack three freshly made pancakes, cream, syrup and fruit along with a latte which he enjoyed. I had a fruit scone and jam it wasnt the biggest scone however was tasty the jam was served on a spoon which for me was fine as I only take a scrapping , the staff were very friendly and we would return when back in the area

The deli is small but has a nice atmosphere and staff are always welcoming and helpful. The food is consistent and fresh. The shop is in the same general space but doesnt encroach on people eating. Good coffee.

Was in Lanark for work, and as it was the place where my mum and grandparents are from, thought I would stay a little longer as it was a nice day and I had time to spare. Had been on the go all morning and thought I would grab a on the go lunch, and decided upon Duke's Deli. Great little deli with a warm welcome from friendly staff, and a good sized menu that you will be sure to find something to your taste. Ordered a cheese and ham roll, and a can of lemonade (all locally sourced produce) and was exactly what I was after. Will most certainly be back again in future when in the area again.

Stopped for a quick lunch after visiting the Glenmuir Outlet Shop. Had home made quiche, salad and hummus with flavoursome coffees. They also do hampers if you are stuck for presents for those who have everything. The owner and staff were very attentive and friendly. Well done Stuart. Thoroughly recommend.

Come here often for Coffee and the Delis famous breakfast buns which are delicious. Came in for lunch with family. All of us had a different item from the menu and all of us said the same thing. That there were so many flavours on the plate! It was absolutely delicious. The premises are licensed and you can have a bottle/glass of wine or a bottle of Craft Beer as well. The Sharing Cheese Board is too die for!! I would highly recommend to anyone, Delicious food and always amazing service from the owner (Stuart) and the lovely girls (Debbie & Lynn) who work there. Will return!!

The staff are lovely and very helpful. Biggest disappointment - the scones - they are tasteless and look like supermarket scones out of a packet. If the scones improve this little cafe would be rated a 5!

Visited here today with a friend. Can not fault the good , quiche salad and toastie, both excellent and plentiful. Only fault was the temperature inside the deli , was far too warm and made it very uncomfortable to sit in and eat lunch . Definitely worth a visit .

Been here several times and the food and coffee is always very good. Recently they have upgraded the seating arrangements which is not before time. Previously it was limited and ad-hoc with little chance of getting a seat. Owner and workers are all nice. They do their own bread and baking so it's it's all good.

Premises underwent renovation and changed it's name to Duke's Deli but has lost none of it's character or friendly staff. The revamped deli has made better use of its internal space and now offers more seats and tables which is a great improvement. Coffee is very good, the bakery options excellent and the staff are pleasant and friendly without being intrusive. Sandwiches & Soups are terrifi , jug of flavoured water brought to your table and the portions size is fab !! Bread freshly baked by the proprietors (Battlefield Bakery), salads and filling fresh and plenty choice , they do home-made quiche and a range of platters etc cheeses & meats! Food shop with luxury items and alcohol section lovely wines etc !! They occasionally do Wine and Champange evenings but the tickets are sold very quickly! Not to be missed if yo looking for a bite to eat in great surroundings.

We don’t get much time off together due to work commitments but when we do, we love to go to Carraghers. Whether it’s a morning Coffee with cake or a lunchtime snack with a beer and a glass of wine it’s fabulous. Food, breads and cakes are excellent, very well prepared with good portions and served excellently by very friendly and efficient staff. It’s so relaxed the food is great and we now consider the proprietor Stuart to be a good friend. Nothing is any trouble, it’s like coming out and being amongst friends.
