Carnaby Cafe in East Riding of Yorkshire

got overcharged for an ice cream when it should have been £3 and got charged £9.25 instead and when I went to tell a member of staff I was told to speak to the manager and got told she was busy so I had to leave my name and number and said she will ring me soon. I never got a phone call and it’s been 3 days now of the repeat so my advice to you is if you go there please do not make any payments on card as you may be charged more then for what you actually payed for

Just had an excellent hot cup of latte and delicious bacon egg and sausage butty for a fraction of the price the ‘posh’ cafes charge.

Having read previous negative reviews i thought id give it a go anyway as the other coffee shops were full. And i must say the place has vastly improved since these comments were made! There's a new manager who has turned the place around and there is a wide selection of food and cakes on offer now. The drink quality far exceeded my expectations and all in all was a lovely visit. i would urge anyone who has read the previous reviews to give it a chance as its a far cry from what it seems it once was. excellent service and excellent staff 5 stars!

Visitado después de nadar con los nietos. Personal amable y buen ambiente. Un elemento en el menú de niños ya no disponible, debería haber sido tachado como mi nieta pidió esto, entonces tuvo que volver a elegir en el mostrador, manteniendo la cola, el personal fue paciente sobre esto, pero podría haber sido evitado. Cambié frijoles por pepino, lo cual fue bueno. Descuento para los miembros, lo cual es bueno. La comida era sabrosa y caliente y buena relación calidad-precio. El lugar estaba limpio y ordenado. Admite perros en frente de la cafetería.
