Amazing chippy! Go here every Friday when on lunch from a local school. The guys in here are always friendly and food is lovely, huge portion sizes. Only area of improvement would be to add a cheaper and smaller portion size.

As we were new to the area we didn’t know about this fish shop, but really glad we found it, customer service was great, and was totally shock by the size of the fish and portions of chips well worth going too.

Wow how this Chippy has turned things around. After a not so good experience when it was Jude’s Bar, we have not bothered with this place favouring Stotesburys. We decided it was worth another try tonight. My Wife had the Chicken/Mushroom Pie and I had the cod strips. We shared a large portion of chips. The result: Goodbye Stotesburys and Hello Carisbrooke Fish Bar! The chips were out of this world - not greasy or stodgy but slightly crispy and perfectly dry. My cod strips were equally good. Batter was crispy and dry whilst the meat was moist. A truly enjoyable Friday night tea. We’ll definitely be returning. Well Done to everyone that ha turned this place around. Keep it up………

Cod is always fresh, large, battered to perfection and delicious. Chips are plentiful and never greasy or bitty. Customer service is 10/10 as is delivery. So so happy to find this excellent Fish bar having tried almost all others on the Island that were okkkk...ish..but not a patch on Carisbrooke.

We have lived in Carisbrooke for nearly 10 years (Islanders born & bred though), but have only recently started getting our Fish & Chips from Carisbrooke Fish Bar - we have been missing out!! Service is always super quick, food hot and portions a great size. The chips are amazing - no soggy, greasy chips here. They are your standard chip-shop chips, but somehow they are also crispy? Delicious! We won't be going anywhere else now!

Best fish and chips we have had! Visited late afternoon and met the owners who were really friendly and so we placed an order for later that evening for delivery. The fish was really thick and tasted great and the chips were crunchy hot and had middles to them! We were really impressed and pleased we visited. Please visit snd see for yourself and support this local business you won’t regret it!

Mid week fish and chips, very friendly staff. Excellent size portion of chips could easily of shared one between 2 adults.

I had cod and chips was delicious cod cooked to perfection no skin but thin batter and chios was nice and crisby cant fault it .. thank you so much will be back as we r local now !

Used this fish bar tonight for the first time, based on recommendation and also knowing the great food they serve at their sister restaurant Ada’s in Carisbrooke. We weren’t disappointed and it was delicious. Friendly service. Will use again for sure.
