Really good Sunday brunch and not too busy as the City quietens somewhat at the weekend. Service with a smile and tasty food. Thought the price of the jalepino corn bread was a bit much for one tiny slice but other than that it was perfect. Lovely coffee too.

Not declaring a white pizza as white (no tomato sauce) on the menu should be a sun. It’s always so disappointing when you’re expecting a ‘normal’ pizza and get a white pizza. Even if it’s not said on the menu the wait staff should check that’s what your are expecting. The main star of the pizza the caramelised onions were not caramelised and it was overall extremely lacking. The service was poor but the Jamon croquettes were lovely

I don’t normally write reviews but my friend and I were so shocked at what we saw here. The majority of our experience was amazing, we had turned up on a Sunday and the place seemed rather busy but they still managed to seat us without a booking. We were sat at the window which was actually rather nice, our waiter was lovely, and the Irish man who sat us was so nice finding us a place. The way everyone was so nice made us even more shocked when we witnessed some of the most appalling and rude behaviour by a heavily tattooed, brown haired woman we believe might have been a barista, or at least working behind the bar. This woman practically yelled across the restaurant and actually clicked her fingers at some of the other staff, and the tone of voice she used with the other woman behind the bar was so patronising. Considering how nice everyone else was it was really disappointing to see this sort of behaviour, I have worked in hospitality before so I understand it can get busy and stressful, but there’s still no excuse

Went for lunch with four adults, four kids. We were expecting to be able to get the kids pizzas while we ate a proper lunch. Their website says all day menus, flexibility etc. Very disappointing that it was only the brunch menu until 4pm. Kids ended up having a side of sausage and a side of chips each. Bit rubbish when they were expecting pizza. Our brunch was hopeless too. Forgot mushrooms, poached eggs rock hard, no runny centre at all. No flat bread. Just a very disappointing meal. We won’t be going back.

Fabulous meal. Loved the Salmon rice bowl and the corn bread. Excellent service. I am adding this as one of my local favourites. Booking recommended.

Visited on a Saturday for breakfast. The shakshuka, in particular, was excellent. The only minor complaint we had was that our hot drinks were not delivered hot, but slightly tepid.

I’ll keep it short. The drinks took ages to arrive at the table, starters were bland. The pork main dish was ok. Desserts again, nothing worth mentioning. Service slow, un personable and quite struggling with simple maths when it came to splitting the bill. It looked like quite the inconvenience for them. No acknowledgment when leaving. Won’t be rushing back, the end.

Acceptable food, acceptable level of service, aside from the appalling restaurant manager, shouting five times in two hours to the whole table that he needed us to leave at 7 pm. Completely ruined the evening.

The food was delicious and the service in general was good apart from one waitress who pointed and shouted very rudely to us that she wanted ‘our coats gone’ from the seat next to us even when they were nowhere near the next table. Very rude and totally uncalled for! It would help if there was a safe place we could put our coats! I would still recommend for eating and hope that this was just a one off with one member of staff who doesn’t know how to treat customers properly. We have never been spoken to so rudely in a restaurant before.

23-Apr-23 Caravan City: Visited for Saturday brunch. Good service and a comfortable, light & airy restaurant space. Main course was disappointing, with poached eggs almost stone cold. Dessert was better.

Very good food but terrible management. Kicked off table (albeit politely) despite having ordered desert and waiting for 20 minutes. Then unprepared desert rushed to table which we declined. Literally told we had to leave or take table outside which we did not want. Management just not good enough but what we had to eat we enjoyed

Tasty healthy looking food. Perfectly cooked fish. A good place for a business meal for lunch or dinner. Service is friendly and efficient.

What a wonderful gem this place is! Whenever we go to London we always try to discover new places. Whether it's for entertainment, food or drinks, so when we found Caravan City it looked like a great place to start the weekend. And we were not disappointed. First things first, the staff were INCREDIBLE! We were running a little late and they were very understanding, they were incredibly attentive, and went the extra mile when we had a very bizarre request for them! The staff can make or break a venue, and they really shone! The food itself was wonderful! When it comes to breakfast or brunch, it can be easy to dish out the same food you can get anywhere - but this place really thought about what they want to do. The spicy beans are an incredible example - really a surprising addition to the dish. And they cooked our eggs to perfection! I know that seems simple, but it's amazing how many places get this wrong despite being asked. Add to this the amazing tea collection, and high quality coffee - this has made it to the list of places we will definitely visit again!

My lovely friend and I went in for lunch and during our unpleasant time there we got to witness some absurd and unprofessional behaviour. From witnessing racism towards their customers/staff, to them treat their staff unreasonably & horribly as well.

We visited Caravan for a birthday brunch as we were staying in the area. A couple of positives, it’s fairly nicely decorated and feels modern, bright, and airy. Good outdoor seating. Service was friendly and quick so no complaints there! We both ordered iced coffees and they were both weak and watery, I didn’t even finish mine. My yogurt, berries, and granola was tasty. However there was literally one sliced strawberry for the fruit, and not enough yogurt so I ended up eating dry granola for most of it. My boyfriends poached eggs on toast were good however! Overall just a bit of a let down unfortunately.

Very slow service once ordered. Lots of requests to takes orders but as soon as placed they vanish & take AGES to come. Food took over hour which wasn’t great given we had 2.30 window for supper before catching a train. Food nice if not a bit random. Had table opposite door which meant there was a constant freezing draft everytime guests entered & left. Sat through meal in my coat (maybe that’s why food was so slow as thought we we leaving!) The restaurant as a door curtain for a reason . Got up 2x from our table to shut the door. Layout of those tables are just poorly planned for winter climates.

This place is always a good choice and they provide great food, great service and the general atmophere is funny with a lot of charming guests.
