The food and drinks were excellent. The waiter who attended us, Sergio, was really nice and kept checking in on us constantly to make sure we were okay.

Had an amazing night here! And that one person named Darshan, he was so welcoming and made some fantastic drinks. You can tell by his nature, that he really cares about the place and the people. It’s rare to find such great service, will definitely be back!

I love stopping by the lord aberconway for a mid week drink or to get a snack in before catching a train. It’s a really nice atmosphere for a central London pub and I always feel welcomed by the friendly bar staff. I enjoy being served by Amy who is always cheerful, happy to help and does a great pour!

Love this place. Down to earth, beautiful setting, friendly staff and good selection at drinks at reasonable prices for the area. Oh and Sergio is an absolute sweetheart!

I was travelling and met a high school friend after a long time at this bar. Darshan, the supervisor, was amazing behind the bar - kept us entertained and gave us a good list of things to do in the area. Great vibes overall!

Stopped by for a quick drink and ended up staying much longer than planned, all thanks to Darshan! He added yet another great experience to our visit to London. Super friendly, and his cocktails were spot on. The whole place felt more inviting because of him. Can’t wait to visit again!

Came in, ordered the beer (from Sergio), drank the beer (Thanks Sergio!), impeccable experience!

Sergio is awesome, he served us some Guiness and then he found my camera bag and kept it safe for a couple hours after I forgot it at the table, thanks again will be back soon!

Amy served us and was absolutely fantastic! She remembered our order without even needing to ask and had fantastic customer service (girl had good chat!!!). She completely elevated our experience! 10/10 would recommend. We had food too, it was pretty nice!

I was with a group of friends in London and they recommended this place to us. It is a little expensive, but the customer service and the atmosphere of the bar were 10. To our surprise there was a Spanish waiter, Mario.

Sérgio was outstanding! Extremely polite and attentive, even after a long shift. The service was excellent, and this place has officially become my go-to spot after work for a great meal and a glass of wine. The atmosphere is fantastic—very British and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I recently visited The Lord Aberconway, and while the food and ambiance were great, I had an uncomfortable experience with the service. I was seated at a table on the 1st floor where the floor space was quite cramped. When a waiter needed to get past, I kindly moved over to make room. Unfortunately, even after moving, there wasn’t enough space, and the waiter, a man with a ponytail, pushed past me using the back of his body to get by. I understand that space can be tight in busy restaurants, but it would have been appreciated if the situation had been handled with a little more consideration for the customers' comfort. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the overall experience for future guests.

Nice friendly pub located close to Liverpool Street. Good selection of beers and spirits Didn’t have any food while I was here but people around me did and it all look delicious.

Felt expensive for 2 pints but otherwise great service and atmosphere. This pub is part of a chain of pubs so the menu is the same as some other places. Didn't eat though this time
