I’ve been here a few times now, often for coffee (which is consistently good) and a couple of times for food. Tuna melt on MOST bakery sourdough is exceptional! Avocado toast and bacon sandwich is good value and very tasty. I don’t often love paying for a pot of tea in coffee shops, but here it’s served in a lovely glass teapot, loose leaf and worth paying for. The service is always good, very friendly and patient. It’s a lovely cafe just opposite Hale station. Definitely worth a try.

This is a wonderful cafe which we have visited many times since it opened. The owners are a delightful friendly couple and we are always made to feel so welcome as is our dog. The coffee served is excellent as are the cakes - possibly the best selection of amazing cakes in the local area. No good for my waistline.

I booked this place mostly based on the existing reviews and photos. This was my first visit here and everything from booking to the meal itself was perfect. I'd read some mixed information about it
