very nice food and super friendly staff

The people answering the phone is so rude and I ordered a pizza 14:99 and delivery was we're talking on his phone and my food was cold

Honestly I think I speak for everybody when I say this is the best place to eat at and I believe this is truly an experience

Missed 2 items on the delivery, never came back with them despite saying they would

I ordered 2 weeks ago and they took my order twice. I have sent 4 emails asking for a refund and heard nothing. I called the Witney store within 5 mins of seeing they had taken my money twice and they said contact the website. I have and I have heard nothing. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have ordered a thin crust pizza but they made the deep pan by mistake. However I’ve got the second for free. Thank you Saad for making and delivering my pizza. I meant pizzas! 😁

food was alright and delivered warm, it was ordered around 7pm but didn’t arrive til 8.45 and we don’t know why it was that delayed on a wednesday night 😅

pizza was missing two toppings, I called to let them know to be told oh yes we've run out!!

Order three simple things, a wrap, Ben n Jerrys: Phish Food and an orea milkshake. When the food finally arrived, they sent the wrong Ben and jerrys ice cream, no milkshake - in which the driver said it was on its way and 45 minutes later still no milkshake. Only thing they got right was the wrap and that was slightly warm too. Third time ordering from these guys and they can’t do anything properly

I visited the store to order food and found that Adnan was the only person in the store who was managing the entire kitchen. He served me very well and was very friendly. The food was fantastic, an amazing experience I had at Caprinos Witney.

If there’s something I will spend money on over and over again without a second thought. It's definitely a great meal from Caprinos Pizza, Witney. I really like this place. Great services 💯

Food was generally of good quality. disappointed they have clearly changed, 🕌 hands, as pork seems to be changed with turkey (not a valid substitute, there IS NO SUBSTITUTE for bacon, END OF!) milkshake wasn't delivered and they failed to deliver my chocolate brownies as part of the meal deal (was delivered cheese cake which sadly, myself and my partner do not like) everything is generally a lot cheaper now as well but there's less customisation than before if my memory recalls correctly.

The pizza itself was delightful, with a crispy crust and rich flavor, accompanied by fresh BBQ topping. Beyond the delicious food, the service was outstanding. The person who served me was friendly and helpful. his name was Adhaan, I think. I wholeheartedly recommend Caprinos Pizza, Witney for a delicious meal. The superb quality of both the food and service, along with a wide range of menu options. Recommended 👍🏻

Wasn't hard to find Halal Pizza place in Witney! Tried Asian Classic Mix thin crust and it was so fresh & tasty. Staff was really friendly. I’d definitely recommend Caprinos Pizza, Witney for a tasty Halal food at reasonable price.

I did not like the wrap at all. It was very cold and empty not full enough.

First time I've had Curly Fries delivered up here while still crispy and not soggy! Hats off to Wakar and the team

I’ve not received my delivery this has happened more than once

Order never delivered. When I asked for a refund they refused. I am profoundly deaf and unable to speak to speak on the phone. I called them several times using my relay text service and they put the phone down and refused to take the call! Avoid!

Disappointed in the food the chips were barely heated up, just frozen fries, The wings were nice and the wraps were okay..The Loaded fries are a joke. Wakar is cool though.

Amazing food lovely staff highly recomend

Despite being slightly late it was still tasty but we were disappointed at the lack of additional toppings. We had asked for mushrooms as an addition and we only came across 1 small piece of mushroom!! Given the additional cost for the extra toppings, we expect more than just 1 piece.

Food turned up 45 minutes late after ringing saying it was on its way and would be 2 minutes, rang 3 times after waiting 25 minutes with no answer. Food turned up wrong and what was correct was also burnt. Paid in cash delivery driver had no change. Had to drive to caprinos to get a refund.
