order did not arrive, I left comment stating the mark point on the Map was incorrect and to get the address from Google, was told food was ordered but it never arrived

food is always very good quality. however it is always at least 10 minutes late and never between the half hour time bracket that it states

Food arrived late and literally stone cold! I’m not one for complaining but when I paid £35 for some wraps and chips the least I expected was the food on time and at least warm! Unfortunately Caprinos I’ve tried you a few times now and mostly disappointed I won’t come back again now.

Quality of the food was not good today, all of the loaded fries were cold and soggy, sauce was dried up, and the cookies were burnt.

Missed an item to our order! Rang to sort, was asked for our postcode then was hung up on. Wasn’t resolved, disappointing when paid a large sum plus a tip for the driver.

The pizza was cold all over had to reheat, normally ok but wasn’t great.

Very good food this time, no problems. Driver read out everything in the order to make sure it was there. Thank you !

I have ordered a thin crust pizza but they made the deep pan by mistake. However I’ve got the second for free. Thank you Saad for making and delivering my pizza. I meant pizzas! 😁

food was alright and delivered warm, it was ordered around 7pm but didn’t arrive til 8.45 and we don’t know why it was that delayed on a wednesday night 😅

pizza was missing two toppings, I called to let them know to be told oh yes we've run out!!

Order three simple things, a wrap, Ben n Jerrys: Phish Food and an orea milkshake. When the food finally arrived, they sent the wrong Ben and jerrys ice cream, no milkshake - in which the driver said it was on its way and 45 minutes later still no milkshake. Only thing they got right was the wrap and that was slightly warm too. Third time ordering from these guys and they can’t do anything properly

I visited the store to order food and found that Adnan was the only person in the store who was managing the entire kitchen. He served me very well and was very friendly. The food was fantastic, an amazing experience I had at Caprinos Witney.

Food was generally of good quality. disappointed they have clearly changed, 🕌 hands, as pork seems to be changed with turkey (not a valid substitute, there IS NO SUBSTITUTE for bacon, END OF!) milkshake wasn't delivered and they failed to deliver my chocolate brownies as part of the meal deal (was delivered cheese cake which sadly, myself and my partner do not like) everything is generally a lot cheaper now as well but there's less customisation than before if my memory recalls correctly.

The person who served me was friendly and helpful. his name was Adhaan, I think. I wholeheartedly recommend Caprinos Pizza, Witney for a delicious meal. Wasn't hard to find Halal Pizza place in Witney! Tried Asian Classic Mix thin crust and it was so fresh & tasty. Staff was really friendly. I’d definitely recommend Caprinos Pizza, Witney for a tasty Halal food at reasonable price.

First time I've had Curly Fries delivered up here while still crispy and not soggy! Hats off to Wakar and the team

Disappointed in the food the chips were barely heated up, just frozen fries, The wings were nice and the wraps were okay..The Loaded fries are a joke. Wakar is cool though.

Order never delivered. When I asked for a refund they refused. I am profoundly deaf and unable to speak to speak on the phone. I called them several times using my relay text service and they put the phone down and refused to take the call! Avoid!

Despite being slightly late it was still tasty but we were disappointed at the lack of additional toppings. We had asked for mushrooms as an addition and we only came across 1 small piece of mushroom!! Given the additional cost for the extra toppings, we expect more than just 1 piece.
