failed to deliver the order 😪 10 pounds out of pocket

Delivery driver was very polite and friendly. He followed the order notes perfectly which we appreciated.

Discovered this place while shopping yesterday and we stopped in for our evening meal we was that impressed we had it delivered to Alton towers hotel today for tonight’s meal, even delivered this was awesome the burger pizza is the muttz nuts absolute perfection, please expand to Sheffield

worst pizza I have ever had. there was 1 strip of doner meat to cover a 15 inch " doner" pizza. the pizza was also cold when it arrived. when I called the shop I got told they wouldn't resolve the problem. I was £29 pound for the pizza and delivery and it was only fit for the bin. very arrogant staff and the food wasn't good enough for the dogs dinner let alone me and the kids.

Took 2 hours. And food arrived stone cold.

It's okay. Didn't get much meat. Clean and tidy and very presentable. Could be better by giving more meat. Certainly not the portion sizes I am used to. Came from Whitemore Reans in Wolverhampton. They know how to cook food and give decent portion sizes.

Couldn’t fault the service or the food

they had to come a distance for just one pizza so I feel bad but I needed to order for my autistic daughter who was in meltdown after day at Alton towers. So thanks so much it was an emergency and delicious.

initial delivery when I ordered at 18.30 was stated 19.15. The delivery time was delayed twice with the pizzas turning up eventually at 20.15

Everything delicious apart from fries. Some not cooked fully others over cooked. Hard and cold.

Fries where uncooked and cold when arriving and Mac and cheese bites had no filling in them and had been cooked for far too long long. This totally spoiled our meal and the price I was expecting a lot more

Decided to order some 'after party' food in for the team and was a bit concerned about the food we'd received but I didn't need to worry as the food was lovely, except the chips were rather anemic and could've done with a bit more cooking. Food was demolished within 10 minutes, even the pale chips, which is always a positive!

Ordered whilst staying at Alton Towers. Pizza really wasn't great which surprised me, as it's quite difficult to get wrong. Chips were the worst I've ever had. The only positive was the cookies which we ordered. You really need to sort out your pizza's.

Absolutely horrendous nearly an hour late with my food trying to keep my kids happy after not eating since lunch time. Food was freezing and soggy the time we received it not happy at all

Absolutely awful pizza and chips not cooked. Don't know what went wrong with these guys when I ordered but they look like amateurs. Service absolutely appalling, phoned to chase order as it was very very late and was told the driver was already with me. Which is a bit redundant, why would I phone if the driver was in the right place. The soggy pizza was cold, the cold chips werent seasoned and mostly uncooked, hard rigid and frankly disgusting. Food went into the bin. Wouldn't feed them this to a dog, never order from here again.

So disappointed as we've always had a great experience at this place. The order took over 2 hours to arrive and we were continuously told "it's on its way" and once that the car had broken down. No offer of a partial refund. Would now think twice before ordering from here again. Real shame :(

The driver was really rude, The pizza came mashed up, and the food didn't look like how it was shown on the app the only nice thing was the wrap and even then it didn't look like how it was promoted it was so small

Order was very late the driver did not contact me neither did the shop to let me know they were outside, when I called 20 mins later I’ve called them and they said "the delivery driver couldn’t find you so he came back" the driver proceeded to the wrong house and had to use my motorbike and get them to follow me.

Wanted to pay in cash the guy came to my door I offered him the cash twice and he said no I then got a phone call at 12am saying I didn’t pay and that they would be at my house in 2 minutes to get the money 10 minutes later they turned up terrible service

Foot was disgusting it was totally unedible it tasted of chlorine and chemicals

I had to find the driver outside as he seemed lost!

Staying at Splash Landings hotel, orders pizza deal was delivered hot and was absolutely delish the garlic pizza bread was delicious! Delivery driver called to advise he was two minutes away and we met at reception super easy for amazing food. Highly recommended.

Caprinos continue to deliver great tasting food, on time, every time. They’re so much better than the other big brands of pizza, their pizza is tastier, as are their sides. Cant fault them at all

Waited two hours for our food, when the estimated delivery time had passed I called and was told the order was “still in the oven” had to call a further two times chasing. When it arrived it was cold. It was a large order, and there where wrong orders and had chicken strips missing. The chips where oven French fries that where burnt. One positive was the pizzas where tasty just a shame they were cold.

Atrocious, ordered and over an hour later still not arrived and been told on the phone it was on the way, kept swapping people on the phone and they all asked the same questions and didn’t give any help as to where my food was and now nearly 2 hours later still nothing!

Sent the wrong ice-cream, didn't realize until I tried some, if I was allergic to nuts I'd be in the hospital right now.

delivery guy fine, apologised for being late which is all good. Food incredibly average, curly fries cooked uner a lamp, pizza as limp as cooked spaghetti. saved us a fortune at Alton Towers Hotel though so that's a plus.

After 2 hours of waiting they decided to cancel my order, ordered at 9pm and at 11 I got a notification that it was cancelled, I tried calling them and my phone call didn’t get picked up.

I ordered deep pan as I am hungry, this pizza arrived with an apology, what choice did I have?....I could have gone to Dominos. The pizza size was measured in slices...How big is a slice???? Not huge in all honesty, I've eaten the pizza and now going to order another Pizza from Domino's which are much more satisfying. Will I buy again? Doubtful, this pizza which was on time and tasted nice lacked substance and everything which most order pizza for!

Really nice fresh & tasty pizza. One of the nicest I've had. Sides were good & big portions. Delivery was quick too. 5 stars.

Absolutely terrible food. 'Deep pan' less than half a cm thick. A terrible taste, highly greasy, parts of the base were uncooked. Only saving grace were the brownies.

Hello the food was great but the delivery time was poor

Didn't even leave the car to give us the order, I had to go out into the rain to collect about 8 boxes. Upon opening, one of the pizzas was squashed with all cheese on the top of the box & chips were cold & hard like cardboard. Great birthday dinner.

Curly fries were soggy, chicken needed to be cooked longer. No grease proof paper in the boxes so the food tasted like cardboard. Tiniest pizza for £11.99 and was over faced with peri peri sauce. Really disappointed and so hungry 😩

Delivered to difficult location with no problems, margherita pizza had a good cheese ratio, spicy wings very good, pizza arrived hot, bottles of coke arrived cold. All good.

Ordered many times from here but I was very disappointed this time with the pizza I had . There was literally 1 piece of pepperoni on each slice of my pepperoni pizza . On 1 slice there was none at all . Not good !

Pizza & wedges were ok-ish. Wings were bland and dry. Piri wrap tasted weird. Desserts were nice. Not great overall though.
