It was the best food I have ever had and it was so comfortable inside and they even gave me and my friend more sauce for no extra cost I am definitely going again

I ordered collection by mistake and the restaurant agreed to deliver this order for me. I order from here regularly and have never had a bad meal! These guys are brilliant. Food is great and the service is fantastic! Thanks guys!

We ordered at 5pm and our food wasn’t delivered until 7pm freezing cold and we got the wrong items!! We will make everyone aware not to go here

Ordered at 5:39pm and didn't receive food until nearly 8pm rang up twice first time was short and unhelpful with the normal excuse of we are a little busy be with you in twenty more minutes. At that point it had been over a hour and 15 minutes Waited 35 minutes more and rang again demanding a refund to be sent via a delivery driver as I had paid online and refused to wait any longer as now 2 hours later I was sick of waiting!!! food arrived shortly after. Was offered some soft drinks for inconvenience which I refused and I informed them I wanted some sort of financial refund which was given!! But still should of been paid something back regardless!!! due to poor effort of contact and excuses along with a 2 + hour wait. Three pizzas and a garlic pizza should NOT take over two hours with poor excuses and attitude. Will definitely not be using you again!!!!

Very poor. Do not trust their offers. They keep sending me messages that there is an offer of 2 pizzas for the price of one on a Tuesday. This is a complete deception. Do not believe them. I got to the store to collect the food and they tried to charge me full price. Eventually they agreed to give some discount but not even close to the full discount promised. On top of that the food was dry and awful. Do not use them. Find somewhere else. There must be better alternatives in town.

Order was supposed to take 40 mins to arrive, took nearly 2 hours, when it arrived it was the wrong order. Tried explaining to them on the phone and them came across as ignorant. Waste of time and money.

Ordered Small pizza with Jalapeno and fries on the side, Fries were raw, Pizza was grim, waited a 30 minutes for raw food.

We came across this place whilst staying overnight at alton towers, so glad we did because this is one of the nicest pizza places we've tried! It was tasty, not greasy and not overloaded with cheese like some places do. 100% would recommend to others

Had a few pizzas from here. At the start they was good Now gone really down hill. Toppings on our last 2 pizzas was next to none existent. Vegetarian pizza had a couples of pieces of green pepper and not a lot else. Sharwarma pizza terrible not enough topping to cover the pizza really gone downhill wont order from here again

Terrible experience - order took over an hour and half to come and when it did was stone cold. Kids wouldn’t eat it and we had to order from the hotel and pay for a second lot of pizza.

I recently ordered from Caprinos and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Upon receiving my food, I found that it was cold and lacked flavor, making it far from enjoyable. Additionally, the delivery driver was not very professional. The delivery was delayed, and there was a lack of communication regarding the status of my order. I hope Caprinos can address these issues, as I was looking forward to a better dining experience.

Well this has to be the first review without trying their food, placed an order on just eat for lunch at work. Offered delivery, paid and then all of a sudden my order was cancelled. Why offer delivery and then be too lazy to deliver the food!! Hopefully you put more effort into the rest of your job and actually serve customers. Waste of time,

Discovered this place while shopping yesterday and we stopped in for our evening meal we was that impressed we had it delivered to Alton towers hotel today for tonight’s meal, even delivered this was awesome the burger pizza is the muttz nuts absolute perfection, please expand to Sheffield

Ordered three 12" pizza and three sides at £60. Pizza was dry with very little tomato sauce topping. Without the small pot of garlic sauce, it would of been impossible to eat. The toppings looked like they had ran out of everything. Nothing like the pictures on the menu. Paid £1.40 for pineapple instead of jalapeños. All six tiny pieces. That's not even one piece per slice. Even less mushrooms. The fries looked very pale. I had to put them in the airfryer before I could eat them. Overall very disappointed.

worst pizza I have ever had. there was 1 strip of doner meat to cover a 15 inch " doner" pizza. the pizza was also cold when it arrived. when I called the shop I got told they wouldn't resolve the problem. I was £29 pound for the pizza and delivery and it was only fit for the bin. very arrogant staff and the food wasn't good enough for the dogs dinner let alone me and the kids.

Ordered a doner pizza and when it arrived there were practically no toppings. I called the shop and was informed that they use 1 single slice of doner per 15 inch pizza. £29 pound for the pizza and delivery and get told they will not help me out. We are staying at alton towers and have no other way of cooking so the family have to submit to a cold poor meal tonight. If the pizza was at least warm that would have been half decent of you

Terrible service, ordered the food and they claim I had received it. No food was ever deleivered and they take your money! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Rip off.

It's okay. Didn't get much meat. Clean and tidy and very presentable. Could be better by giving more meat. Certainly not the portion sizes I am used to. Came from Whitemore Reans in Wolverhampton. They know how to cook food and give decent portion sizes.

Decided to order some 'after party' food in for the team and was a bit concerned about the food we'd received but I didn't need to worry as the food was lovely, except the chips were rather anemic and could've done with a bit more cooking. Food was demolished within 10 minutes, even the pale chips, which is always a positive!

Ordered whilst staying at Alton Towers. Pizza really wasn't great which surprised me, as it's quite difficult to get wrong. Chips were the worst I've ever had. The only positive was the cookies which we ordered. You really need to sort out your pizza's.

Absolutely awful pizza and chips not cooked. Don't know what went wrong with these guys when I ordered but they look like amateurs. Service absolutely appalling, phoned to chase order as it was very very late and was told the driver was already with me. Which is a bit redundant, why would I phone if the driver was in the right place. The soggy pizza was cold, the cold chips werent seasoned and mostly uncooked, hard rigid and frankly disgusting. Food went into the bin. Wouldn't feed them this to a dog, never order from here again.

So disappointed as we've always had a great experience at this place. The order took over 2 hours to arrive and we were continuously told "it's on its way" and once that the car had broken down. No offer of a partial refund. Would now think twice before ordering from here again. Real shame :(

The driver was really rude, The pizza came mashed up, and the food didn't look like how it was shown on the app the only nice thing was the wrap and even then it didn't look like how it was promoted it was so small

Order was very late the driver did not contact me neither did the shop to let me know they were outside, when I called 20 mins later I’ve called them and they said "the delivery driver couldn’t find you so he came back" the driver proceeded to the wrong house and had to use my motorbike and get them to follow me.

Wanted to pay in cash the guy came to my door I offered him the cash twice and he said no I then got a phone call at 12am saying I didn’t pay and that they would be at my house in 2 minutes to get the money 10 minutes later they turned up terrible service

Staying at Splash Landings hotel, orders pizza deal was delivered hot and was absolutely delish the garlic pizza bread was delicious! Delivery driver called to advise he was two minutes away and we met at reception super easy for amazing food. Highly recommended.

Caprinos continue to deliver great tasting food, on time, every time. They’re so much better than the other big brands of pizza, their pizza is tastier, as are their sides. Cant fault them at all

Waited two hours for our food, when the estimated delivery time had passed I called and was told the order was “still in the oven” had to call a further two times chasing. When it arrived it was cold. It was a large order, and there where wrong orders and had chicken strips missing. The chips where oven French fries that where burnt. One positive was the pizzas where tasty just a shame they were cold.
